Abstract

Physics is a subject that is considered difficult by many students. The large amount of calculations and the difficulty of visualizing the concepts being learned can make it challenging. As a result, many students feel that they do not understand Physics well. This problem can be addressed, in part, by using appropriate learning media. For the topic of direct current electricity, the author used a virtual Lab based on the PhET Simulation, to make it easier for students to understand the concepts being learned. This research was conducted on XII MIPA class students at SMAN 5 Tangerang Regency, and the results showed a significant improvement in student understanding, with an N-Gain score of 0.71, which is in the high category and effective in improving student understanding.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh reward dan lingkungan kerja pada kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Matahari OPI Mall Palembang. Populasinya berjumlah 127 karyawan di PT. Matahari OPI Mall Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menerapkan metode probability sampling ataupun secara random. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada para karyawan. Analisa menggunakan regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, koefisien korelasi, uji T dan uji F melalui bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasilnya menyimpulkan dalam uji –F ada pengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel reward dan lingkungan kerja pada kepuasan serta nilainya 0,000 < 0,05. Dan dalam uji secara parsial (uji –T) reward secara parsial mempengaurhi signifikan pada kepuasan kerja senilai 0,000 < 0,05 dan lingkungan kerja sebagian tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja senilai nilai 0,916 > 0,05.   Kata Kunci: Reward, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja.   ABSTRACT   This study aims to test the hypothesis of the effect of reward and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Matahari OPI Mall Palembang. The population is 127 employees at PT. Matahari OPI Mall Palembang. The sampling technique applies the probability sampling method or randomly. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to employees. The analysis uses multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, T test and F test with the help of SPSS version 22. The results conclude that in the F-test there is a significant effect between reward and work environment variables on satisfaction and the value is 0.000 <0.05. And in the partial test (T-test) reward partially has a significant effect on job satisfaction with a value of 0.000 <0.05 and the work environment partially does not affect job satisfaction with a value of 0.916 > 0.05.   Keywords : Reward, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui kemampuan anak mengenal warna dan pelaksanaan foot painting pada anak usia 5-6 tahun dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal warna di TK Kenten Permai Palembang Tahun 2021/2022 dan Meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal warna pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Kenten Permai Palembang Tahun 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan atau Research and Development Borg and Gall. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan menghitung besar peningkatan dengan rumus n-gain ternormalisasi (normalized gain). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang jelas terhadap pengembangan kemampuan mengenal warna pada anak usia 5 – 6 tahun di TK Kenten Permain Palembang pada kegiatan pre-test dalam kategori mulai berkembang 64%. Sedangkan pada kegiatan post-test setelah dilakkannya pengembangan, hasil pengembangan dalam kategori berkembang sesuai harapan 90%. Jadi ada peningkatan perkembangan anak dalam menggunakan foot painting sebesar 27% Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di Tk Kenten Permai Palembang. Sehingga pengembangan foot painting dalam mengenal warna pada anak usia 5-6 Tahun di TK Kenten Permai Palembang dapat digunakan sebagai media.

Abstract

Bank Mandiri didirikan pada tahun 1999 melalui penggabungan empat bank pemerintah dalam rangka program restrukturisasi perbankan di Indonesia. Sejak saat itu, Bank Mandiri berkomitmen untuk menjadi bank terdepan di tingkat regional, dengan fokus utama pada pertumbuhan non-organik dan digitalisasi layanan perbankan. Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam cara masyarakat menggunakan jasa perbankan. Digitalisasi dianggap sebagai solusi strategis yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik kepada nasabah. Meskipun terdapat fluktuasi dalam produktivitas kerja karyawan, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital karyawan memiliki dampak besar terhadap produktivitas tersebut. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor kunci dalam menghadapi tantangan yang muncul akibat kemajuan teknologi. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini melalui pelatihan karyawan. Program pelatihan yang efektif dapat membekali karyawan dengan keterampilan digital yang diperlukan, sehingga mereka dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan dan berkontribusi secara maksimal terhadap kinerja bank. Digitalisasi dan pelatihan karyawan merupakan dua pilar utama yang akan membantu Bank Mandiri dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat di industri perbankan. Dengan menerapkan strategi ini, Bank Mandiri dapat mempertahankan daya saingnya serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada nasabah. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya strategi tersebut untuk mempertahankan daya saing dan meningkatkan layanan di pasar perbankan.

Abstract

The facts illustrate that the vocational school teachers in Metro City has not had a high professional competence. The problem of this research are: (1) Is there a relationship between the perception of school leadership with the professional competence of teachers? (2) Is there a relationship between achievement motivation and professional competence of teachers? and (3) Is there a relationship between the perception of school leadership and achievement motivation together with the professional competence of teachers? This study was conducted in SMK Metro City from August to October 2015. This research used survey method. Populations studied are vocational teachers in Metro City. Samples were taken randomly by randomized to 153 people. The data were analyzed with regression and correlation techniques. The finding of the analysis are follows: (1) There is a positive relationship between the perception of principal leadership with the professional competence of teachers. Conceptually it can be stated that the proper perception of the principal leadership, the higher the professional competence of teachers, (2) There is a positive relationship between achievement motivation and professional competence of teachers. Conceptually it can be stated that the higher the achievement motivation, the higher the professional competence of teachers, and (3) There is a positive relationship between the perception of principal leadership and achievement motivation together with the professional competence of teachers. By increasing together, both perceptions of principal leadership and achievement motivation, it will also increase the professional competence of teachers.

Abstract

State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) banks have a crucial role in maintaining economic stability and growth. In addition to focusing on profit, these banks are also socially responsible in supporting infrastructure development, MSME development, and other programs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure and cash turnover on the profitability of state-owned banks with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The research conducted was a descriptive quantitative study with a causal approach. The researcher determined the number of samples at 45 by considering several criteria such as state-owned banks listed on the IDX for the 2014-2023 period, banks that published complete financial reports on the IDX for the 2014-2023 period, and banks that attached all variable data currently used by researchers for the 2014-2023 period. The data analysis tool used E-Views 12 software. The results of the study found that capital structure had no effect on profitability. Cash turnover had a negative and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure had a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Cash turnover had a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Dividend policy does not affect profitability. Based on the results of the test of the influence of intervening variables using the Sobel test, it shows that dividend policy is not able to mediate between capital structure and profitability. Dividend policy is not able to mediate cash turnover on profitability.
