Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini ialah (1) Untuk mengetahui aktivitas masyarakat di Desa Buku dalam pengelolaan minyak kelapa.(2) Untuk mengetahui bentuk jaringan yang dibangun masyarakat Desa Buku dalam proses pemasaran minyak kelapa.(3) Untuk mengetahui dampak budidaya minyak kelapa bagi perekonomian petani kelapa di Desa Buku Kecamatan. Mapilli Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi,wawancaran dan Dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian lapangan meunjukkan bahwa; (1) dalam aktivitas masyrakat di Desa Buku dalam pengelollan minyak kelapa menggunakan cara tradisional yaitu,proses pembuatan minyak mandar dengan menggunakan alat yang sederhana dengan cara tradisional.(2) jaringan yang dibangun oleh masyrakat Desa Buku dalam pengelolaan minyak kelapa Di Desa Buku terbagi menjadi dua yakni secara langsung dan tidak langsung (3) Dampak usaha minyak kelapa mampu memberikan pengaruh positif bagi mayarakat Desa Buku.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence and impact mothers' fashion trends in Singa Village, Herlang District, Bulukumba Regency. This research is a descriptive study using qualitative data. To achieve this goal, the researcher employed data collection techniques that included observation, interviews, document review, and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed and interpreted based on relevant theories and research findings. The results show that the main factor driving the party uniform fashion trend is social media as an initial source of inspiration, where mothers see fashion trends from posts on platforms like Facebook. Other supporting factors are the social environment, such as the encouragement to appear uniform and united in groups, the desire for social recognition, and the spirit of togetherness at social events. Economic independence also gives them more freedom to follow this lifestyle. Positive impacts of this uniform trend include increased creativity, self-confidence, and a medium for self-expression through clothing. However, there are also negative impacts, such as wasteful habits, a consumptive lifestyle, and the assumption that a party is incomplete without uniforms. This trend is slowly shaping a new lifestyle in the social lives of mothers in the village. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang memengaruhi dan dampaknya terhadap ibu-ibu dalam mengikuti trend fashion di Desa Singa, Kecamatan Herlang, Kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan data kualitatif. Untuk mencapai tujuan itu maka peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumen dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dan diinterpretasi berdasarkan teori dan hasil penelitian yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang mendorong tren fashion baju seragam pesta adalah media sosial sebagai sumber inspirasi awal, di mana para ibu-ibu melihat tren fashion dari unggahan di platform seperti Facebook. Faktor lainnya yang turut mendukung adalah lingkungan sosial seperti dorongan untuk tampil seragam dan kompak dalam kelompok, keinginan mendapatkan pengakuan sosial, dan semangat kebersamaan dalam acara-acara sosial. Kemandirian ekonomi juga membuat mereka lebih bebas dalam mengikuti gaya hidup tersebut. Dampak positif dari tren baju seragam ini antara lain meningkatnya kreativitas, rasa percaya diri, serta menjadi media ekspresi diri melalui pakaian. Namun, ada juga dampak negatif, seperti kebiasaan boros, gaya hidup konsumtif, dan anggapan bahwa pesta tidak lengkap tanpa baju seragam. Tren ini perlahan membentuk gaya hidup baru dalam kehidupan sosial ibu-ibu di desa tersebut.

Abstract

History is the best teacher in life. By learning history, every citizen will have a high love and loyalty to their country. However, it is undeniable that in the midst of global progress, the younger generation, especially the millennials, are exposed to a lack of historical awareness and understanding. Therefore, this activity was designed to provide an in-depth understanding to the millennial generation related to history, especially those related to the history of Makassar City. This activity in the form of a seminar involved the millennial generation from the campus environment, history teachers. After the activity took place, an evaluation was carried out by asking questions directly to the younger generation regarding this activity. In general, they were enthusiastic about this activity and have an understanding that Makassar City today has a longhistorical dynamic.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the view of Makassar women, the view of Malabbiri and the elements that influence the view of Malabbiri. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The key informants in this research are students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law as the main subject of research. Researchers used data collection techniques conducted by observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that Makassar women are women who are brave, loyal and always maintain the value of siri'na pacce in behavior and behavior, and are able to serve their husbands well, because that is the provision in serving their husbands well. Malabbiri is a woman who maintains attitude and behavior, is intellectually intelligent, maintains polite and courteous ethics, is elegant in dress and speech. The element that influences the view of Malabbiri is modernity, including the entry of outside cultures, technological developments, and environmental influences. Abstract

This study aims to determine: the process of implementing the Pattutoang tradition, the community's view of the pattutoang tradition, and the existence of the pattutoang tradition in Bontomate “ne Village. In this study, descriptive qualitative research was used. The data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Based on the results of the study showed that: (1) the process of implementing the pattutoang tradition has 3 stages, namely the determination of the place, the preparation stage and the implementation stage, and provides various types of food in one assembly to be washed away. (2) the community's view of the pattutoang tradition is very important in order to avoid bala (calamity) or bad luck and as a form of respect and respect for the traditions of their ancestors. (3) the existence of the pattutoang tradition until now continues to be carried out among the community because it remembers and appreciates existing traditions as a legacy from ancestors and has become a habit of the people in Bontomate “ne Village even though the way of implementation has changed.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: why the Makkau Sorong tradition only applies to older sisters, the meaning of the Makkau Sorong tradition, preparation and implementation in the Makkau Sorong tradition in Lalampanua Village. This research uses descriptive research with qualitative data. The validity test was carried out using data triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique uses functional analysis. The results showed that: The Makkau Sorong tradition only applies to older sisters, because men are relatively active in choosing a mate, and women are passive, so if a younger sister's marriage precedes her older sister's, it is a pamali. This is a disgrace, the community will assume that the sister has something bad and not good in her, this is one of the reasons it is difficult for the sister to get a mate because it becomes a consideration in the future if there is a man who wants to propose to the sister. The meaning of the Makkau Sorong tradition as a condition for aborting pamali, as a form of request for blessing, apology, and a form of gratitude from the younger brother to the older brother who was preceded. Abstract

Abstrak. Ritual sedekah pasca kematian merupakan praktik keagamaan yang telah mengakar kuat dalam kehidupan masyarakat Gowa dataran tinggi khususnya di Desa Datara dan Desa Tonrorita. Pengetahuan tentang praktik keagamaan ini diproduksi dan direproduksi melalui pewarisan pengatahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bentuk, fungsi, dan makna sedekah pasca kematian sebagai praktik keagamaan mainstream pada masyarakat Desa Datara dan Desa Tonrorita. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ritual sedekah pasca kematian tidak hanya dipahami sebagai kewajiban agama, tetapi juga sebagai institusi sosial dan kultural yang memperkuat solidaritas, mereproduksi nilai siri’, serta memadukan ajaran Islam dengan adat lokal (pangngadakkang). Sedekah pasca kematian hadir dalam bentuk pemberian makanan, sumbangan uang, partisipasi doa, dan kerja kolektif yang terorganisir. Meskipun mengalami perubahan akibat modernisasi, praktik ini tetap menjadi tradisi mainstream yang memelihara kohesi sosial masyarakat dataran tinggi Gowa.Kata Kunci:    Pengetahuan keagamaanl, sedekah, upacara kematian, mainstream, Gowa dataran tinggi.
