Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, kendala yang dihadapi dan upaya dalam implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SMA Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi yang dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2025/2026. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi selama dua bulan dengan cara observasi,wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Setelah data dikumpulkan , data dianalisis secara pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis fenomenologi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum terbagi menjadi 4 Tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Pada tahap perencanaan, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum mengarahkan seluruh guru untuk menyusun rancangan pembelajaran terlebih dahulu, kemudian menyesuaikannya dengan hasil pemetaan kebutuhan belajar peserta didik. Pada tahap pengorganisasian, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum melaksanakansosialisasi terkait konsep dan penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, serta mengadakan berbagai kegiatan penguatan kompetensi guru seperti workshop, in house training dan seminar. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, strategi yng diterapkan melalui penguatan komunitas belajar mata pelajaran dan lintas mata pelajaran sebagai wadah berbagi pengalaman, diskusi kendala dan refleksi praktik pembelajaran upaya mengatasi kendala tersebut, wakakur melakukan penguatan komunitas belajaar guru, peningkatann pendampinggan teknis melalui monitoring dan observasi kelas, penguatan pelatihan berbasis praktik, serta evaluasi dan pendampingan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of self-control on academic anxiety among university students, motivated by the high academic demands faced during the transition from secondary school to higher education. During this period, students are required to adapt to a new environment, heavy academic workloads, and more independent learning systems, which may lead to academic anxiety. Academic anxiety can result in decreased concentration, excessive worry, and lower academic achievement. One factor presumed to influence academic anxiety is self-control, defined as an individual’s ability to regulate behavior, thoughts, and decision-making. Effective self-control enables students to manage academic pressures more adaptively. This study employed a quantitative method with an ex post facto approach. The sample consisted of 143 students selected through simple random sampling. The instruments used included a self-control questionnaire with 27 items and an academic anxiety questionnaire with 27 items. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results showed an Asymp. Sig value of 0.200 and an R Square value of 0.137. The regression equation indicates that self-control has a significant effect on academic anxiety, meaning that higher levels of self-control are associated with lower levels of academic anxiety.

Abstract

Adolescence is full of problems and dynamics because this period will find the true identity and self. Adolescents who fail are identical to deviant behavior called juvenile delinquency. Where this juvenile delinquency is caused by peer conformity including culture, personality and social roles. This study aims to determine the relationship between peer conformity and juvenile delinquency at SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population in this study were students of grades VII and VIII of SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi. The sampling technique used random sampling technique with a total of 200 students. Data analysis used correlation through the SPSS IMB 22 program. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between peer conformity and juvenile delinquency in students at SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi, with the results of the correlation analysis getting a result of 0.601 which was in a moderate correlation or capable relationship. The percentage results of the analysis of the peer conformity variable were 54.4% at a moderate level and the percentage results of juvenile delinquency were 76% at a high level.

Abstract

The research background highlights the critical role of high-quality administrative services in supporting effective educational processes, with school principals playing a strategic leadership role. Objectives include identifying the principal's strategies, challenges, and solutions to improve administrative service quality at SMA Negeri 6 Kota Jambi. This qualitative case study employed purposive sampling from the school staff population, focusing on the principal, head of administration subsection, and administrative staff. Instruments comprised structured interviews, non-participant observation, and document analysis, processed via Miles & Huberman model (data reduction, display, and verification) with source triangulation. Findings reveal strategies such as integrated planning, SOP implementation, and service digitalization, hindered by limited honorary staff and technology adaptation issues. The conclusion asserts that participatory approaches and motivational incentives effectively address constraints, yielding more efficient services.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya layanan administrasi berkualitas untuk mendukung proses pendidikan efektif di sekolah, di mana kepala sekolah berperan strategis dalam pengelolaannya. Tujuan penelitian mencakup mengidentifikasi strategi kepala sekolah, kendala, dan solusi dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan administrasi di SMA Negeri 6 Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus menggunakan purposive sampling pada populasi staf sekolah, dengan sampel utama kepala sekolah, kepala subbagian tata usaha, dan staf tata usaha. Instrumen terdiri dari wawancara terstruktur, observasi non-partisipan, dan studi dokumentasi, dianalisis melalui model Miles & Huberman (reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data) dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil menunjukkan strategi berupa perencanaan terintegrasi, penerapan SOP, dan digitalisasi layanan, meski terkendala keterbatasan tenaga honorer dan adaptasi teknologi. Kesimpulan menyatakan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif dan apresiasi efektif mengatasi hambatan, menghasilkan layanan lebih efisien.
