Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop dengan single leg speed hop terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Subjek penelitian dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok, dengan hasil thit = 59,58> ttab = 2,14, (2) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok, dengan hasil thit = 96,77> ttab = 2,14 dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dengan single leg speed hop terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok, dengan hasil thit = 22,11> ttab = 2,04. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dengan single leg speed hop terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok dimana pelatihan single leg speed hop lebih baik dalam meningkatkan daya ledak otot tungkai. Disarankan bagi pelatih selanjutnya dapat mengembangka pelatihan double leg speed hop dengan single leg speed hop untuk meningkatkan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Kata Kunci : Hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok, pelatihan double leg speed hop, single leg speed hop. This study aims to determine the effect of double leg speed hop training with single leg speed hop on long jump style squatting. Research subjects with a total of 30 people. This study uses the modified pre-test - post-test group design. Data analysis used t-test statistical calculation (t-test) at 5% significance level. The result of data analysis (1) double leg speed hop training influenced the long jump style of squatting, with result of thit = 59,58> ttab = 2,14, (2) single leg speed hop training influence to long jump style squatting, with Result of thit = 96,77> ttab = 2,14 and (3) there is difference of influence between training of double leg speed hop with single leg speed hop to result of long jump style squatting, with result of thit = 22,11> ttab = 2,04 . It was concluded that there is a difference of influence between double leg speed hop training with single leg speed hop on long jump style of squats where single leg speed hop training is better in improving explosive muscle limb power. It is advisable for the next trainer to develop double leg speed hop training with single leg speed hop to improve the long jump style of squats. keyword : Long jump style jump results, double leg speed hop training, single leg speed hop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan call the number drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling, (2) pengaruh pelatihan speed dribble drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan call the number drill dan speed dribble drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling. Jenis penelitian menggunakan eksperimen, subyek penelitian dengan jumlah 36 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan dribbling melewati cones. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan call the number drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 13,866 > ttab = 2,110, (2) pelatihan speed dribble drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 16,035 > ttab = 2,110, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan call the number drill dan speed dribble drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 0,830 < ttab = 2,042. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan call the number drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket sebesar 3,39%, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan speed dribble drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket sebesar 3,67 %, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan call the number drill dan speed dribble drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket dengan selisih 0,05%. Kata Kunci : keterampilan dribbling, pelatihan call the number drill, speed dribble drill. This research aimed at knowing (1) the effects of call the number drill coaching toward dribbling skill, (2) the effects of speed dribble drill coaching toward dribbling skill, and (3) the differences of the effects of call the number drill and speed dribble drill coaching toward dribbling skill. This type of research uses experimental, the number of research subject was 36 peoples. This research used the modified pre-test – post-test group design. The test which used was dribbling skill test by passing the cones. Data analysis used statistic calculations of t-test at a significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis show that (1) the coaching of call the number drill was affected toward dribbling skill with result of thit = 13.866 > ttab = 2.110, (2) the coaching of speed dribble drill was affected toward dribbling skill with result of thit = 16,035 > ttab = 2.110, (3) there is no differences between the effects of call the number drill and speed dribble drill coaching toward dribbling skill with result of thit = 0.830 < ttab = 2.042. It can be concluded that (1) there is the effect of call the number drill coaching toward basketball dribbling skill by 3.39%, (2) there is the effect of speed dribble drill coaching toward basketball dribbling skill by 3.67%, (3) there is no differences between call the number drill and speed dribble drill coaching toward basketball dribbling skill with a difference of 0.05%. keyword : dribbling skills, training call the number drill, speed dribble drill.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan tepukan dribble dan slalom dribble terhadap teknik dribbling. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 36 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi α =0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan tepukan dribble berpengaruh terhadap teknik dribbling sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 9,628 > ttabel = 2,10. (2) pelatihan slalom dribble berpengaruh terhadap teknik dribbling sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 10,720 > ttabel = 2,10, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh tepukan dribble dan slalom dribble terhadap teknik dribbling sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 3,511 > ttabel = 2,03. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pelatihan tepukan dribble dan slalom dribble terhadap teknik dribbling sepakbola Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Buleleng tahun 2017 mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Dengan demikian disarankan untuk pelatih sepakbola dapat menerapkan pelatihan tepukan dribble dan slalom dribble untuk peningkatan teknik dribbling sepakbola. This study aimed to know the influence coaching dribble tap and slalom dribble toward dribbling technique which amounts 36 persons. This study was experiment with design The Modified pre-test post-test group design. The data was analyzed by uji-t on significant level α = 0,05. The results of analysis data were (1) coaching dribble tap was influence toward soccer dribbling technique with the resultcount= 9,628>ttabel= 2,10. (2) Coaching slalom tapwas influence toward soccer dribbling technique with the resultcount= 10,720>ttabel =2,10, and (3) There was the difference influence between coaching dribbling tap and slalom dribble toward soccer dribbling technique thitung= 3,511 > ttabel= 2,03. Can be concluded that there was the difference betweencoaching dribbling tap and slalom dribble toward soccer dribbling technique Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Buleleng year 2017 experienced a significant increase. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan plyometric medicine ball twist terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan plyometric bar twist terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan plyometric medicine ball twist dan bar twist terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen, subyek penelitian berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes hasil lempar cakram. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan medicine ball twist berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram, dengan hasil thit = 7,14 > ttab = 2,09, (2) pelatihan bar twist berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram, dengan hasil thit = 9,65 > ttab = 2,09 dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan medicine ball twist dengan bar twist terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram, dengan hasil thit=3,59 > ttab =2,02. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan medicine ball twsit terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram yang signifikan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan bar twist terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram yang signifikan dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan medicine ball twist dengan bar twist terhadap peningkatan hasil lempar cakram dimana pelatihan bar twist lebih baik dalam meningkatkan hasil lempar cakram. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh hasil lempar cakram yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : Hasil lempar cakram, pelatihan plyometric medicine ball dan bar twist. This study was aimed at knowing (1) the effect of plyometric medicine ball twist training on the improvement of discus throwing result, (2) the effect of plyometric bar twist training on the discus throwing result improvement, and (3) there is a difference of effect between plyometric medicine ball twist and bar twist training on the improvement of discus throwing result. This study was an experimental study amounted to 40 people.This study used the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Test being used was the result of discus throwing result. The obtained data were analyzed using t-test at a significance level of 5%. The results show that (1) medicine ball twist influences the improvement of discus throwing result, with tobs = 7,14 > tcv = 2,09, (2) bar twist training influences the improvement of discus throwing result, with tobs = 9,65 > tcv = 2,09, and (3) there is a different of effect between medicine ball twist with bar twist on the discus throwing result improvement with result of tobs=3,59 > tcv =2,02. This study concludes that (1) there is a significant effect of training ball medicine on the improvement of discus throwing result, (2) there is a significant effect of bar twist training on the improvement of discus throwing result, and (3) there is difference of effect between medicine ball twist training with bar twist to the increase of discus throwing results where the training of twist bars is better. Suggestion for further researchers is to develop research with different training to get better discus throwing results.keyword : Discus throwing results, plyometric medicine ball and bar twist training

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pelatihan alternate leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, dan (3) perbedaan pelatihan alternate leg bound dan single leg speed hop dalam meningkatkan power otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler Pencak Silat SMK N 1 Tejakula tahun 2017, yaitu sebanyak 30 orang. Data power otot tungkai diukur dengan tes vertical jump, selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan paired samples t-test dan independent t-test pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada kelompok pelatihan alternate leg bound diperoleh nilai sig. (0,000) < 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa ada pengaruh pelatihan alternate leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai. Sedangkan pada kelompok pelatihan single leg speed hop diperoleh nilai sig. (0,000) < 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa ada pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Selain itu, berdasarkan independent t-test diperoleh nilai sig. (0,045) < 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan alternate leg bound dan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai dimana pelatihan alternate leg bound memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan single leg speed hop. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan alternate leg bound dan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : alternate leg bound, single leg speed hop, otot tungkai. This research was aimed to determine: (1) the effect of alternate leg bound to power of leg muscle, (2) the effect of exercise single leg speed hop to power of leg muscle , and (3) the differences of alternate leg bound and single leg speed hop training to improvement power of leg muscle. This research is a quasi-experiment research with the modified group pre-test – post-test design. The subjects of this research werel students of extracurricular Pencak Silat SMK N 1 Tejakula in 2017, which consists of 30 students. The data of Power of leg muscle was measured by vertical jump test, then the data were analyzed using paired samples t-test and independent t-test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the result of data analysis on the alternate leg bound training group obtained the significance value (0.000) < 0,05 so it can be said that there is effect of alternate leg bound training to power of leg muscle. While the single leg speed hop training group obtained significance value (0.000) < 0,05 so it can be said that there is effect of single leg speed hop training to power of leg muscle. In addition, based on independent t-test obtained significance value (0,045) < 0,05 so it can be said that there is difference of effect of alternate leg bound and single leg speed hop training to power of leg muscle where alternate leg bound training have better effect than single leg speed hop training. So it can be concluded that the training of alternate leg bound and single leg speed hop are effects to power of leg muscle.keyword : alternate leg bound, single leg speed hop, leg muscle.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan four corner drill terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing (chest pass) bola basket, (2) pengaruh pelatihan five player star drill terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing (chest pass) bola basket, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan four corner drill dengan pelatihan five player star drill terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing (chest pass) bola basket. Siswa Ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2017 berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05.Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan four corner drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass) bola basket, dengan hasil thitung = 13,525> ttabel =2,145, (2) pelatihan five player star drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass) bola basket dengan hasil thitung= 11,936> ttabel =2,131, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan four corner drill dengan pelatihan five player star drill terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass) bola basket dengan hasil thitung= 0,475 ttable = 2,145, ( 2) training of five player star drill effect on skill passing (chest pass) basketball with tcount = 11,936> ttable = 2,131, and (3) there is no difference of influence between training four corner drill with training of five player star drill to passing skill chest pass) basketball with thitung = 0,475

Tes yang digunakan adalah tes Dribbling dengan melewati cone. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan the tunnel drill berpengaruh terhadap teknik dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 8,367 > ttab = 2,145, (2) pelatihan three chair drill berpengaruh terhadap teknik dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 4,938 > ttab = 2,145 dan (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan the tunnel drill dan three chairr drill terhadap teknik dribbling. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan the tunnel drill terhadap teknik dribbling yang signifikan, (2) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan three chair drill terhadap teknik dribbling yang signifikan dan (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dribbling antara pelatihan the tunnel drill dengan pelatihan three chairr drill. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: Teknik dribbling, pelatihan the tunnel drill dan three chair drill. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan floating overhand service terhadap ketepatan service, (2) pengaruh pelatihan hook service terhadap ketepatan service dan, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan floating overhand service dan hook service terhadap ketepatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t yang dibantu dengan SPSS 16.0 pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Subyek penelitian peserta ekstrakurikuler berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) pelatihan floating overhand service berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan service, dengan hasil thitung = 5,451 ttabel = 2,145, (2) pelatihan hook service berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan service, dengan hasil thitung = 9,563 ttabel = 2,145 dan, (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan floating overhand service dan hook service terhadap ketepatan service, dengan hasil thitung = 3,522 ttabel = 2,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan floating overhand service terhadap ketepatan service, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan hook service terhadap ketepatan service dan, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan floating overhand service dan hook service terhadap ketepatan service dimana pelatihan hook service lebih baik memberi pengaruh terhadap ketepatan service. Disarankan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan penelitian dengan variabel yang sama baik itu dari variabel bebas maupun variabel terikat. Selain itu, peneliti selanjutnya juga dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh ketepatan service bola voli yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : ketepatan, floating overhand, hook service This research aims to identify the effect of 1) floating overhand service training method towards service accuracy, 2) hook service training method towards service accuracy, and 3) the difference between those two methods towards service accuracy. In the study, a modified pre-test and post-test group experimental design are used as research methodology. The data obtained from the research are analyzed through the t-test in SPSS 16.0 at the significance level of 0.05. The samples for this study are all the 30 students who are currently in the extra-curricular group activity for volleyball. The result showed that 1) floating overhand service training affected the accuracy, with a t test= 5.451 t table= 2.145, 2) hook service training affected the accuracy, with a t test= 9.563 t table= 2.145, and 3) the difference between those two training is significant with a t test= 3.522 t table= 2.048. With the result, we can conclude that 1) there is an impact from floating overhand service training method towards service accuracy, 2) there is an impact from hook service training method towards service accuracy, and 3) there is a difference between floating overhand service training method and hook service training method towards service accuracy at the significance level of 0.05. Suggested results of this study can be used as reference research with the same variable either from the independent variable or dependent variable. In addition, further researchers can also develop research with different training to obtain better volleyball service accuracy.keyword : accuracy, floating overhand , hook service

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing drop pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing wall pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing drop pass dengan passing wall pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola. Subjek berjumlah 30 orang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut (1) pelatihan passing drop pass berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 6,09 > ttabel = 2,145, (2) pelatihan passing wall pass berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 5,29 > ttabel = 2,145, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing drop pass dan passing wall pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola dengan hasil thitung = 0,79 < ttabel = 2,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing drop pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing wall pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing drop pass dengan passing wall pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola. Disarankan peneliti selanjutnya juga dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh teknik passing sepakbola yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : drop pass, wall pass, passing This study aims to determine (1) the effect of passing drop pass training on football passing technique, (2) the effect of passing wall pass training on football passing technique, and (3) the difference of influence between passing drop pass training with passing wall pass to football passing technique . The result of the research as follows: (1) passing drop pass training have an effect on football passing technique, with tcount = 6,09> ttable = 2,145, (2) passing wall pass training influencing footballing technique, with tcount = 5,29> ttabel = 2,145, and (3) there is no difference of influence between passing drop pass and passing wall pass training on football passing technique with tcount = 0,79

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan ladder drill terhadap kelincahan pemain sepakbola, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan pemain sepakbola, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan ladder drill dan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan pemain sepakbola. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen, subyek penelitian dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes kelincahan Illinois agility. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan ladder drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan sepakbola, dengan hasil thit = 15,448 > ttab = 2,145 , (2) pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan sepakbola, dengan hasil thit = 14,189 > ttab = 2,145 dan (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan ladder drill dan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan sepakbola. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan ladder drill yang signifikan terhadap kelincahan, (2) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill yang signifikan terhadap kelincahan dan (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh kelincahan antara pelatihan ladder drill dengan pelatihan three corner drill. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Peningkatan kelincahan, pelatihan ladder drill dan three corner drill. This study aims to determine (1) the influence of ladder drill training on improving the agility of football, (2) the influence of three corner drill training on improving the agility of football, (3) the difference of ladder drill and three corner drill on the increase of football agility. The research method used experiments, research subjects with a total of 30 people. This research uses the modified pre-test - post-test group design. The test used is the agility Illinois agility test. Data analysis used t-test statistic (t-test) at significance level 0,05%. The result of data analysis (1) ladder drill training has an effect on the increase of football agility, with result of thit = 15,448> ttab = 2,145, (2) training of three corner drill influence to increase football agility, with result of thit = 14,189> ttab = 2,145 and (3 ) There is no difference in influence between ladder drill training and three corner drill against football agility. It was concluded that (1) There is significant influence of ladder drill training on significant agility, (2) There is influence of three corner drill training on significant agility and (3) There is no difference in the effect of agility between ladder drill training and three corner drill training.
