Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap kelincahan tendangan T, (2) pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap kelincahan tendangan T, (3) perbedaan kelincahan tendangan T antara kelompok perlakuan dot drill dan down the line drill. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler pencak silat SMP Negeri 3 Mengwi berjumlah 24 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan kelincahan tendangan T. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan dot drill berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan tendangan T, dengan hasil thit = 13,85 > ttab = 2,074, (2) pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan tendangan T, dengan hasil thit = 11,82 > ttab = 2,074, (3) terdapat perbedaan kelincahan tendangan T antara pelatihan dot drill dan down the line drill, dengan hasil thit = 5,61 > ttab = 2,074. Pelatihan dot drill memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan down the line drill terhadap kelincahan tendangan T, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan dot drill = 23,17 > pelatihan down the line drill = 18,75.Kata Kunci : kelincahan tendangan T, pelatihan dot drill, pelatihan down the line drill. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of dot drill training toward the T-kick agility, (2) the effect of down the line drill training toward the T-kick agility, (3) the different of T-kick agility between the dot drill group and down the line drill group. The subjects of this research were 24 male students of Pencak Silat extracurricular SMP Negeri 3 Mengwi. This research was an experimental study, with the modified group pre-test – post-test design. The data collection test was using T-kick agility skills test. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the dot drill training affected to the T-kick agility, with result thit = 13.85 > ttab = 2.074, (2) the down the line drill training affected to the T-kick agility, with result thit = 11.82 > ttab = 2.074, (3) there was differences in the T-kick agility between the group dot drill group and down the line drill group with result thit = 5.61 > ttab = 2.074. The dot drill training gives a better effect than the down the line drill training to the T-kick agility, seen from the average result of the dot drill training = 23.17 > the down the line drill training = 18.75.keyword : the T-kick agility, the dot drill training, the down the line drill training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing bawah berpasangan terhadap kemampuan passing bawah, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing bawah ke dinding terhadap kemampuan passing bawah, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing bawah berpasangan dan passing bawah ke dinding terhadap kemampuan passing bawah. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMAN 2 Mengwi-Badung tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Data passing bawah diukur dengan tes passing bawah individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan passing bawah berpasangan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing bawah, dengan hasil thitung = 20,28 > ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan passing bawah ke dinding terhadap kemampuan passing bawah, dengan hasil thitung = 8,49 > ttabel = 2,042 (3) pelatihan passing bawah berpasangan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan passing bawah ke dinding terhadap kemampuan passing bawah, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 42,06 > 35,50. Kata Kunci : Passing Bawah Bola Voli, Latihan Passing Bawah Berpasangan, Latihan Passing Bawah Ke Dinding. This study aims to determine the (1) the effect of passing the training down in pairs to the bottom passing ability, (2) the effect of passing the training down to the bottom wall of the passing ability, (3) variability in the effect of passing the training down in pairs and passing down to the bottom wall of the passing ability. The subjects were by boys volleyball extracurricular participants SMAN 2 Mengwi-Badung in 2014 totaling 36 students. The data passing under test is measured by passing down the individual. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analysis of the data using statistical t-test calculation (t-test) at significance level of 5%. The results of this study (1) passing the training down in pairs under the influence of the passing ability, the result of t = 20.28> t table = 2.042 (2) passing the training down to the bottom wall of the passing ability, the result of t = 8.49> table = 2.042 (3) passing the training down in pairs give better effect than passing the training down to the bottom wall of the passing ability, visits with an average yield of 42.06> 35.50. keyword : Volleyball Passing Down, Down Couple Passing Exercise, Exercise Passing Down To Wall.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan padat terhadap peningkatan keterampilan pukulan lob, (2) pengaruh pelatihan terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan keterampilan pukulan lob .(3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan padat dan terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan keterampilan pukulan lob. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Kintamani tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Tes pengumpulan data pukulan lob dengan menggunakan clear test. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini (1) metode pelatihan padat berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan pukulan lob, dengan hasil t_hitung=18,46 > t_tabel=2,042, (2) metode pelatihan terdistribusi berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan pukulan lob, dengan hasil t_hitung=17,74 > t_tabel=2,042, (3) metode pelatihan padat memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding metode pelatihan terdistribusi terhadap keterampilan pukulan lob, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 59,81 > 50,44.Kata Kunci : Pukulan lob, pelatihan padat, pelatihan terdistribusi This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of massed training to lob skill enhancement, (2) the effects of distributed training on skill enhancement lob. (3) variability in the effect of massed training and skills upgrading distributed to lob. Subjects were participants of extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 1 badminton Kintamani 2014, amounting to 32 students. Test data collection lob by using clear test. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data analysis using statistical t-test calculation (t-test) at significance level of 5%. The results of this research (1) solid training methods affect the lob skills, with the result t_arithmetic = 18.46> t_table = 2.042, (2) distributed training methods affect the lob skills, with the result t_hitung = 17.74> t_tabel = 2.042 , (3) massed training method gives a better effect than the distributed training methods to lob skills, visits with an average yield of 59.81> 50.44.keyword : lob, massed training, distributed training

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai.(3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop dan dobule leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMAN 1 Banjar tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Data daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan tes vertical jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil t_hitung=18,694 > t_tabel=2,063, (2) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil t_hitung=10,473 > t_tabel=2,063, (3) pelatihan single leg speed hop memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 59,56 > 54,48. (3) variability in the effect of training speed single leg hop and dobule leg speed hops on muscle power limbs. Subjects were by boys volleyball extracurricular participants SMAN 1 Banjar 2014, amounting to 50 students. Data explosive leg muscle power was measured with a vertical jump test. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data analysis using statistical t-test calculation (t-test) at significance level of5%. The results of this study (1) the training speed of single-leg hop influence on leg muscle power, with the result t_hitung = 18.694> t_tabel = 2.063, (2) training of double-leg speed hops affect leg muscle power, with the result t_hitung = 10.473> t_tabel = 2.063 , (3) the training speed of single-leg hops give a better effect than the double-leg speed hops training on leg muscle power, seen with an average yield of 59.56> 54.48. keyword : Training Single Leg Speed Hop, Double Leg Speed Hop, Limb Muscle Power

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan obstacel run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan obstacel run dan three corner drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet putra club prima yang berjumlah 22 orang. Kelincahan diukur dengan test suthle run. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent taraf signifikansi α (thitung = 0,05) dengan bantuan computer program SPSS 16,0. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test - post-test deslign. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent, (1) pelatihan obstacel run berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan thitung 6,687 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. (2) pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan thitung 20,58 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 dan, (3) hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent pada variabel kelincahan dari masing-masing kelompok diperoleh nilai thitung yang berbeda dengan signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α (thitung = 0,05) sebesar 0,00 sehingga hipotesis dinyatakan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan obstacel run dan three corner drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, diterima. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa; pelatihan obstacel run dan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan obstacel run dan three corner drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Kata-kata kunci: pelatihan obstacel run, three corner drill, kelincahan, sepak takraw. Kata Kunci : pelatihan obstacel run, three corner drill, Kelincahan. sepak takraw *ABSTRACK This study aimed to determine (1) the obstacel runtraining affect the increased agility,(2) three-corner drill training affect the increased agility, (3) difference between the effect of the obstacel run training and three corner drill training to increased agility. 22 sepak takraw athlete male who were selected as the sample of this study.Agility was measured by using shutle run test.This research was designed quasi-experimentally in which the nonrandomized control group pretest posttest design was used. The data was analyzed by using uji-t independent in which the significant level is α(thitung =0,05)which then was analyzed by using SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of independent t-test, (1) obstacel run training affect the increased agility of thitung6.687 with the significant 0.000 count smaller than α = 0.05. (2)Based on the results of independent t-test, (1) obstacel run training affect the increased agility of thitung20,58 with the significant 0.000 count smaller than α = 0.05. (3) results of data analysis using independent t-test on agility variables of each group obtained thitung different with significantly smaller than the value of α (thitung= 0.05) of 0.00, so the hypothesis is stated there is a difference between training effect and obstacel run training and three corner drill training to increased agility, accepted. Based on the result of data analysis and the discussion, it can be concluded that obstacel run and three corner drill training affect the improvement of agility. However, there is a different effect between obstacel run and three corner drill training toward the improvement of agility. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing formasi segitiga terhadap keterampilan passing, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing formasi dalam lingkaran terhadap keterampilan passing, (3) perbedaan pengaruh latihan passing formasi segitiga dengan formasi dalam lingkaran terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014 dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen The Modified Group Pre-test – Post-test Design. Tes pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melempar dan menangkap bola. Analisis data menggunakan statistic uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada variable keterampilan passing (chest pass). Kelompok passing formasi segitiga dari 12,73 sampai 24,00. Pada kelompok passing formasi dalam lingkaran dari 12,80 sampai 19,40. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan passing formasi segitiga berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass), (2) pelatihan passing formasi dalam lingkaran berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass), (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara passing formasi segitiga dan formasi dalam lingkaran dimana passing formasi segitiga lebih baik dari pada passing formasi dalam lingkaran pada siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan passing formasi segitiga, formasi dalam lingkaran, keterampilan passing (chest pass) bola basket. This study aimed to (1) the effect of passing the training triangle formation on passing skills, (2) the effect of passing training in circle formation on passing skills, (3) the effect of passing drills in a triangular formation with the formation of the circle passing skills (chest pass). Subjects were participants in extracurricular basketball student SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in 2014 the number of 30 people. This study used an experimental method The Modified Group Pre-test - Post-test Design. Test data collection is done by throwing and catching a ball. Data were analyzed using t-test statistics (t-test) at a significance level of 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of data analysis showed an increase in the average value of the variable skills of passing (chest pass). Group passing a triangular formation of 12.73 to 24.00. In the group in a circle formation passing from 12.80 until 19.40. From the results of the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that (1) the training effect on the triangular formation passing passing skills (chest pass), (2) passing the training effect on the formation of the circle passing skills (chest pass), (3) there is a difference between the effect of passing triangular formation and formation in a circle passing a triangular formation which is better than passing in a circle formation on the student participants in extracurricular basketball SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in 2014. keyword : Training passing a triangular formation, formation in a circle, passing skills (chest pass) basketball.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan skipping dan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data power otot tungkai diukur dengan tes Vertical Jump . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan skipping berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung = 2,07>ttabel = 0,042 (2) pelatihan double leg speed hops berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung = 7,37> ttabel = 0,042 (3) pelatihan skipping memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 58,44>53,72. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara skippingdengan double leg speed hops, dimana pelatihan skipping lebih baik dari pada pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan berpasangan terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, (3) perbedaan kecepatan dribbling bola antara kelompok perlakuan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris dan berpasangan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 kerambitan berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified Non-randomized pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan kecepatan dribbling bola. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, dengan hasil thit = 50.473 > ttab = 2,048, (2) pelatihan berpasangan berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, dengan hasil thit = 35.225 > ttab = 2,048, (3) Terdapat perbedaan kecepatan dribbling bola antara pelatihan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris dan berpasangan, dengan hasil thit = 2,526 > ttab = 2,048. Pelatihan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan berpasangan terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris = 15,64 < pelatihan berpasangan = 17,02. This study aimed at investigating (1) the effect of formation dribbling line up players on dribbling speed, (2) the effect of couple dribbling on dribbling speed, (3) the difference of dribbling speed between the group of formation dribbling line up players and couple dribbling. 30 students of SMP Negeri 2 Kerambitan was chosen as the subject of this study. This study used the modified Non-randomized pre-tes post-test design. Dribbling speed test was used as data collection. The data was analyzed by using independent sample t-test (α: 0,05), with assissted by SPSS 16,0. The result of this study showed that (1) there was an effect of dribbling formation line up players on dribbling speed, in which thit = 50.473 > ttab = 2,048, (2) there was an effect of couple dribbling on dribbling speed, in which thit = 35.225 > ttab = 2,048, (3) there was a difference on dribbling speed between dribbling formation line up players and couple dribbling, in which thit = 2,526 > ttab = 2,048. Dribbling formation line up players gave a better effect than couple dribbling on the dribbling speed. It could be seen from the mean score of dribbling formation line up players was 15,64 < couple dribbling was 17,02. keyword : Formation dribbling line up players, couple dribbling, dribbling speed football.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh bentuk latihan push-up terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan, (2) pengaruh bentuk latihan pull-up terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan,(3) perbedaan pengaruh bentuk latihan push-up dan pull-up terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan pada perguruan pencak silat perisai diri cabang sekaan tahun 2014. Subjek penelitian adalah pesrta perguruan pencak silat perisai diri cabang sekaan sebanyak 30 orang. Tes pengumpulan data power otot lengan dengan menggunakan two hand medicine ball put. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%.Dari analisis data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1.)Bentuk latihan push-up berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan pada perguruan pencak silat perisai diri cabang sekaan tahun 2014. (2.) Bentuk latihan pull-up berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan pada perguruan pencak silat perisai diri cabang sekaan tahun 2014. (3.) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara bentuk lathan push-up dan pull-up terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan pada perguruan pencak silat perisai diri cabang sekaan tahun 2014. Pengaruh bentuk latihan push-up lebih baik dibandingkan bentuk latihan pull-up pada peningkatan power otot lengan pada perguruan pencak silat perisai diri cabang sekaan tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pengaruh bentuk latihan push-up terhadap power otot lengan, dengan hasil thit= 11.89. Sedangakan ttab= 2,048. (2)Pengaruh bentuk latihan pull-up terhadap power tot lengan diperoleh hasil tht= 8,31. Sedangakan ttab= 2,048. Dilihat dari hasil rata bentuk latihan push-up 303,40>bentuk latihan pull-up 278,67. Kata Kunci : push-up, pull-up, power, otot lengan This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the push-up exercise to increase muscle power arm, (2) the influence of the pull-up exercises to increase muscle power arm, (3) differences in the effect of exercise forms of push-ups and pull-ups to increase in arm muscle power in martial arts college branch swabs shield themselves in 2014. Subjects were participants of martial arts college branches shield themselves swabs of 30 people. Test data collection arm muscle power by using two hand medicine ball put. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data were analyzed using t-test statistical calculations (t-test) at the 5% significance level . From the analysis of the above data it can be concluded that (1) The form of push-ups exercise affect the increased muscle power arm to shield himself martial arts college by 2014 swab branch. (2) The form of exercise pull-up effect on the increase in arm muscle power in martial arts college branch swabs shield themselves in 2014. (3) There is a difference between the effect of the form for the practice of push-ups and pull-ups to increase muscle power arm to shield himself martial arts college by 2014 swab branch.Effect of exercise forms of push-ups better than any form of exercise pull-ups on increasing muscle power arm on shield themselves martial arts college by 2014 swab branch. The results of this study (1) the influence of the form of push-up exercise on muscle power arm, with the result thit = 11.89. While the ttab = 2.048. (2) Effect of exercise forms of pull-ups to power the arm tot obtained results thit = 8.31. While the ttab = 2.048. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 1 Kintamani berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan box jump berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = -19,261 > ttab = 2,145, (2) pelatihan depth jump berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = -5,264 > ttab = 2,145, (3) Terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan box jump dan depth jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 5,936 > ttab = 2,048. The results of this study (1) the training effect on the box jump leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = -19.261> ttab = 2.145, (2) depth jump training effect on leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = -5.264> ttab = 2.145 , (3) There is a difference between training box jumps and depth jumps on explosive leg muscle power, with the result thit = 5.936> ttab = 2.048.
