Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the factors that influence the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is a quantitative method, while the sample in this study used purposive sampling with predetermined criteria. This research uses an analytical technique that uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 23 computer program to determine the factors that have an influence and relationship on capital structure. The factors that influence the capital structure in this research are in terms of profits, assets and liabilities of the company. The results of the analysis in this study, Return On Equity has an effect on Capital Structure, in this study it states that Return On Equity has a positive and insignificant effect on capital structure, so H1 is rejected. Current Ratio has an effect on Capital Structure, in this research it is stated that Current Ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure, so H2 is rejected. Debt to Asset Ratio has an effect on Capital Structure, in this research it is stated that Debt to Asset Ratio has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, so H3 is accepted. Overall, ROE, DAR and CR are factors that influence capital structure

Abstract

In the competitive business era, optimizing employee performance is the key to success for every organization. Work discipline, organizational culture and employee creativity are factors that play an important role in achieving superior and sustainable performance. This research aims to investigate the relationship between work discipline, organizational culture, and employee creativity in optimizing performance. The research method used is quantitative research with data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees from various levels in the organization. Data analysis was carried out using statistical techniques to test the relationship between these variables. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between the level of work discipline, supportive organizational culture, employee creativity, and performance. These findings provide an important contribution to understanding how these factors interact to achieve optimal performance in an organizational context.

Abstract

Facebook merupakan salah satu media sosial yang digunakan Roumah Wakaf sebagai sarana yang efektif. Facebook tidak hanya dapat dilihat oleh semua orang, tetapi juga media sosial yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat umum. Akun Facebook Roumah Wakaf sebagai sarana untuk menyampaikan informasi dengan mengunggah kontenterkait Wakaf dan Zis yang dirancang sebagai meme, flayer, foto dan video pendek sesuai program tim Markom Roumah Wakaf. Menurut peneliti, keberadaan media baru Facebook Roumah Wakaf memberikan jangkauan yang luas sehingga memungkinkan mereka untuk berinteraksi dengan banyak orang tanpa harus mengunjungi langsung lokasi Lain Roumah Wakaf. Selain itu, akun Facebook Roumah Wakaf mengajak masyarakat untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai kebaikan dan danpak positifnya.

Abstract

A Muslim, before practicing all its teachings, it is very important to really understand Islam. There are several methods or approaches that can be used in studying Islamic studies. This Islamic studies approach is a way or method used to study and understand Islam in depth. This research aims to analyze what approaches are used in studying Islamic studies. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach (case study design). The case study approach is a form of qualitative research based on understanding and human behavior based on human opinion. The results showed that there are six approaches to Islamic studies, namely: i) normative approach, ii) semantic approach, iii) philological approach, iv) hermeneutic approach, v) discourse approach, vi) historical approach. Islamic studies approaches are very important to learn and know. Because as Muslims we must be able to know about Islamic understandings using approaches and how to apply them to life. The results of this study can be used as initial data for subsequent researchers in studying this problem in different contexts and issues.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SD Kecamatan Salo Kabupaten Kampar baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Permasalahan utama yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah masih ditemukannya variasi kepuasan kerja guru yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal organisasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, dengan pengujian asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi (R²), pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan alpha 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru; (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru, serta menjadi variabel dengan pengaruh dominan; (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru; dan (4) secara simultan, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,587 mengindikasikan bahwa ketiga variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 58,7% variasi kepuasan kerja guru, sedangkan sisanya 41,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan kerja guru dapat diwujudkan melalui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif, pemberian motivasi yang memadai, serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi kepala sekolah dan pemangku kebijakan pendidikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas kerja guru.
