Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan spike dari suatu umpanan dan spike dari umpanan ke belakang terhadap teknik spike. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan spike dari suatu umpanan berpengaruh, dengan hasil thitung = 11,419> ttabel = 2,024, (2) pelatihan spike dari umpanan ke belakang berpengaruh dengan hasil thitung = 14,888 > ttabel = 2,024, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan spike dari suatu umpanan dengan spike dari umpanan ke belakang terhadap teknik spike bolavoli thitung = 2,930 > ttabel = 2,024. Disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh pelatihan spike dari suatu umpanan dan spike dari umpanan ke belakang mengalami peingkatan yang signifikan terhadap teknik spike bolavoli. Disarankan untuk pelatih bolavoli dapat menerapkan pelatihan spike dari suatu umpanan dan spike dari umpanan ke belakang untuk meningkatkan teknik spike bolavoli.Kata Kunci : spike dari suatu umpanan, spike dari umpanan ke belakang, teknik spike bola voli. Aim of this research is to know the influence of spike training from a feed and spike from back feed to spike technique. Research subjects amounted to 40 people. This study used the modified pre-test post-test group design. Data analysis using t-test at 5% significance level. The result of data analysis (1) spike training from an influential feed, with tcount = 11,419> ttable = 2,024, (2) spike training from backward feeding effect with tcount = 14,888> ttable = 2,024, and (3) Between spike training of a feed with a spike from back feed on spike bolavoli technique thitung = 2,930> ttable = 2.024. It was concluded that the effect of spike training on a feedback and spike from the back feed experienced significant improvements to the bolavoli spike technique. It is advisable for the bolavoli trainer to apply the spike training of a feed and spike from the feed backward to improve the bolavoli spike technique.keyword : spike of a feed, spike from feed backward, spike volleyball technique.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan call the number drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling, (2) pengaruh pelatihan speed dribble drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan call the number drill dan speed dribble drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling. Jenis penelitian menggunakan eksperimen, subyek penelitian dengan jumlah 36 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan dribbling melewati cones. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan call the number drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 13,866 > ttab = 2,110, (2) pelatihan speed dribble drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 16,035 > ttab = 2,110, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan call the number drill dan speed dribble drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 0,830 < ttab = 2,042. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan call the number drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket sebesar 3,39%, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan speed dribble drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket sebesar 3,67 %, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan call the number drill dan speed dribble drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket dengan selisih 0,05%. Kata Kunci : keterampilan dribbling, pelatihan call the number drill, speed dribble drill. This research aimed at knowing (1) the effects of call the number drill coaching toward dribbling skill, (2) the effects of speed dribble drill coaching toward dribbling skill, and (3) the differences of the effects of call the number drill and speed dribble drill coaching toward dribbling skill. This type of research uses experimental, the number of research subject was 36 peoples. This research used the modified pre-test – post-test group design. The test which used was dribbling skill test by passing the cones. Data analysis used statistic calculations of t-test at a significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis show that (1) the coaching of call the number drill was affected toward dribbling skill with result of thit = 13.866 > ttab = 2.110, (2) the coaching of speed dribble drill was affected toward dribbling skill with result of thit = 16,035 > ttab = 2.110, (3) there is no differences between the effects of call the number drill and speed dribble drill coaching toward dribbling skill with result of thit = 0.830 < ttab = 2.042. It can be concluded that (1) there is the effect of call the number drill coaching toward basketball dribbling skill by 3.39%, (2) there is the effect of speed dribble drill coaching toward basketball dribbling skill by 3.67%, (3) there is no differences between call the number drill and speed dribble drill coaching toward basketball dribbling skill with a difference of 0.05%. keyword : dribbling skills, training call the number drill, speed dribble drill.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh pelatihan incrimental vertical hop dan side hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu atau kuasi dengan rancangan penelitian the modified pre-test poest-test group design. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli Madrasah Aliyah Negri 1 Buleleng tahun 2017 sebanyak 34 orang. Power otot tungkai di ukur dengena vertical jump, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikan 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 24,0. Hasil analisis data, (1) pelatihan incremental vertical hop berpengarug terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil t hitung 11,79> t tabel 2,03. t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel sehingga hasilnya signifikan, (2) pelatihan side hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung 5,59> t tabel 2,02. Berarti t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel sehingga hasilnya signifikan, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan incremental vertical hop dan side hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung sebesar 3,52> ttabel sebesar 2,11. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pelatihan incremental vertical hop dan side hop terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Buleleng mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Dengan demikian disarankan untuk pelatih, pembina, guru olahraga, dan atlet untuk menerapakan pelatihan incrimental vertical hop dan side hop terhadap power otot tungkai. This research method is quasi or quasi experiment with research design of the modified pre-test poest-test group design. The subjects of this study were students of extracurricular volleyball students of Madrasah Aliyah Negri 1 Buleleng in 2017 as many as 34 people. Leg muscle power is measured by vertical jump, then the data is analyzed by independent t-test at significant 0.05 level with the help of SPSS 24.0 program. The result of data analysis, (1) incremental vertical hop training on the leg muscle power, with result t arithmetic 11.79> t table 2.03. T count is greater than t table so the result is significant, (2) side-hop training effect on leg muscle power, with tcount of 5,59> t table 2.02. Means t arithmetic greater than t table so that the result is significant, and (3) there is difference of influence between incremental training vertical hop and side hop to increase leg muscle power, with result of titung equal to 3,52> ttable equal to 2,11. It was concluded that there was an effect of incremental training of vertical hop and side hop on leg muscle power in students extracurricular volley Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Buleleng experienced a significant increase. It is therefore advisable for coaches, coaches, sports teachers, and athletes to apply incidence of vertical hop and side hop training to leg muscle power.keyword : Incremental training vertical hop, side hop, muscle limb volley power

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pelatihan alternate leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, dan (3) perbedaan pelatihan alternate leg bound dan single leg speed hop dalam meningkatkan power otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler Pencak Silat SMK N 1 Tejakula tahun 2017, yaitu sebanyak 30 orang. Data power otot tungkai diukur dengan tes vertical jump, selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan paired samples t-test dan independent t-test pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada kelompok pelatihan alternate leg bound diperoleh nilai sig. (0,000) < 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa ada pengaruh pelatihan alternate leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai. Sedangkan pada kelompok pelatihan single leg speed hop diperoleh nilai sig. (0,000) < 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa ada pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Selain itu, berdasarkan independent t-test diperoleh nilai sig. (0,045) < 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan alternate leg bound dan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai dimana pelatihan alternate leg bound memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan single leg speed hop. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan alternate leg bound dan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : alternate leg bound, single leg speed hop, otot tungkai. This research was aimed to determine: (1) the effect of alternate leg bound to power of leg muscle, (2) the effect of exercise single leg speed hop to power of leg muscle , and (3) the differences of alternate leg bound and single leg speed hop training to improvement power of leg muscle. This research is a quasi-experiment research with the modified group pre-test – post-test design. The subjects of this research werel students of extracurricular Pencak Silat SMK N 1 Tejakula in 2017, which consists of 30 students. The data of Power of leg muscle was measured by vertical jump test, then the data were analyzed using paired samples t-test and independent t-test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the result of data analysis on the alternate leg bound training group obtained the significance value (0.000) < 0,05 so it can be said that there is effect of alternate leg bound training to power of leg muscle. While the single leg speed hop training group obtained significance value (0.000) < 0,05 so it can be said that there is effect of single leg speed hop training to power of leg muscle. In addition, based on independent t-test obtained significance value (0,045) < 0,05 so it can be said that there is difference of effect of alternate leg bound and single leg speed hop training to power of leg muscle where alternate leg bound training have better effect than single leg speed hop training. So it can be concluded that the training of alternate leg bound and single leg speed hop are effects to power of leg muscle.keyword : alternate leg bound, single leg speed hop, leg muscle.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kelincahan melalui pelatihan footwork maju mundur depan belakang dan footwork perintah pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan Uji-t dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 For Windows. Pada kelompok eksperimen I nilai pretest diperoleh dengan rata-rata nilai 20.38, dan nilai posttest eksperimen I 19.57. Sedangkan pretest eksperimen II diperoleh dengan rata-rata nilai 20.38, dan nilai posttest eksperimen II diperoleh dengan nilai rata-rata 19.99. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa, pelatihan footwork maju mundur depan belakang berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan, pelatihan footwork perintah berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan, dan kedua pelatihan tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan. Disarankan untuk pelatih ekstrakurikuker bulutangkis agar dapat menerapkan pelatihan footwork maju mundur depan belakang dan footwork perintah untuk meningkatkan kelincahan.Kata Kunci : pelatihan, footwork,maju mundur depan belakang, perintah. This study aims to improve agility through front and backward footwork backward training and command footwork at students badminton extracurricular. This research is a quasi-experimental study with the modified pre-test post-test group design. Research subjects amounted to 30 people. Data were analyzed using T-Test with the help of SPSS 16.0 For Windows. In the experimental group I the pretest value was obtained with an average value of 20.38, and the experimental posttest value I of 19.57. While pretest experiment II was obtained with an average value of 20.38, and the experimental posttest value II was obtained with an average value of 19.99. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that, footwork training back and forth adversely affects agility, command footwork training affecting agility, and footwork training back and forth backward is more improved compared to command footwork training. It is recommended for badminton extracurricular trainers to be able to apply front and backward footwork front footwork training and command footwork to improve agility.keyword : training, footwork, back and forth backward, command.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing satu dua terhadap keterampilan passing control sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan umpan terobosan terhadap keterampilan passing control sepakbola, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing satu dua dengan umpan terobosan terhadap keterampilan passing control sepakbola. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan teknik undian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja Tahun 2018 dengan sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0 For Windows. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut (1) pelatihan passing satu dua berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing control sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 9,448 > ttabel = 2,093, (2) pelatihan wall pass berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 5,000 > ttabel = 2,093, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing give and go dengan passing drop pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola thitung= 0,718

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh pelatihan servis bawah tangan menggenggam dan servis bawah tangan terbuka, terhadap ketepatan servis bawah bola voli. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian the modified pre-test poest-test group design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Sawan tahun 2018 sebanyak 40 siswa dari variabel bebas yaitu tangan menggenggam dan tangan terbuka dan untuk variabel terikat yaitu ketepatan, hasil dari Ketepatan servis di ukur dengena servis bawah bola voli, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikan 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 20,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, (1) pelatihan servis bawah tangan menggenggam berpengarug terhadap ketepatan servis bawah bola voli, dengan hasil t hitung 15,42 > t tabel 2,03. t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel sehingga hasilnya signifikan, (2) pelatihan servis bawah tangan terbuka berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan servis bawah bola voli, dengan hasil thitung -14,32 > t tabel 2,02. Berarti t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel sehingga hasilnya signifikan, dan (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan servis bawah tangan mengenggam dan servis bawah tangan terbuka terhadap ketepatan servis bawah bola voli. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) pelatihan servis bawah tangan menggenggam meningkatkan ketepatan servis bawah bola voli pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Sawan Tahun 2018 (2) pelatihan servis bawah tanggan terbuka berpengaruh meningkatkan ketepatan servis bawah bola voli pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Sawan tahun 2018 dan (3) Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan servis bawah tangan menggenggam dengan servis bawah tangan terbuka pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Sawan tahun 2018. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, (1) pelatihan servis bawah tangan menggenggam berpengarug terhadap ketepatan servis bawah bola voli, dengan hasil t hitung 15,42 > t tabel 2,03. t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel sehingga hasilnya signifikan, (2) pelatihan servis bawah tangan terbuka berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan servis bawah bola voli, dengan hasil thitung -14,32 > t tabel 2,02. Berarti t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel sehingga hasilnya signifikan, dan (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan servis bawah tangan mengenggam dan servis bawah tangan terbuka terhadap ketepatan servis bawah bola voli. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) pelatihan servis bawah tangan menggenggam meningkatkan ketepatan servis bawah bola voli pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Sawan Tahun 2018 (2) pelatihan servis bawah tanggan terbuka berpengaruh meningkatkan ketepatan servis bawah bola voli pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Sawan tahun 2018 dan (3) Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan servis bawah tangan menggenggam dengan servis bawah tangan terbuka pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Sawan tahun 2018. The subjects of the study were students of extracurricular volleyball of SMP Negeri 2 Sawan in 2018 as many as 40 students from the independent variable that is hand held and open hand and for the dependent variable that is the accuracy, the result of the service precision in the measuring dengena service under the volley, then the data is analyzed by the test -t independent at a significant 0.05 level with the help of SPSS 20.0 program. Based on the results of data analysis, (1) service training under the hand grip on the precision of the service bottom of the volleyball, with the result t arithmetic 15.42> t table 2.03. t count is greater than t table so that the result is significant, (2) service training under open hand affects the service precision under volley, with tcount -14,32> t table 2.02. This means that t counts are greater than t table so that the results are significant, and (3) there is no significant difference in influence between service training under the grasping hand and open-handed servicing to the precision of service under the volley. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) service training under hand grips improve the accuracy of service under volleyball in students extracurricular participants volleyball SMP Negeri 2 Sawan Year 2018 (2) training service under open responsibility affect the accuracy of service under volleyball in students participants extracurricular volleyball SMP Negeri 2 Sawan in 2018 and (3) There is no significant influence between training services under the hands grasping with open-handed service on students extracurricular participants volleyball SMP Negeri 2 Sawan in 2018 . . From the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) service training under hand grips improve the accuracy of service under volleyball in students extracurricular participants volleyball SMP Negeri 2 Sawan Year 2018 (2) training service under open responsibility affect the accuracy of service under volleyball in students participants extracurricular volleyball SMP Negeri 2 Sawan in 2018 and (3) There is no significant influence between training services under the hands grasping with open-handed service on students extracurricular participants volleyball SMP Negeri 2 Sawan in 2018 keyword : Keywords: under hand service grasping, open hand service, accuracy

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan the tunnel drill terhadap teknik dribbling, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan three chair drill terhadap teknik dribbling, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan the tunnel drill dan three chair drill terhadap teknik dribbling. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen, subyek penelitian dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes Dribbling dengan melewati cone. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan the tunnel drill berpengaruh terhadap teknik dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 8,367 > ttab = 2,145, (2) pelatihan three chair drill berpengaruh terhadap teknik dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 4,938 > ttab = 2,145 dan (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan the tunnel drill dan three chairr drill terhadap teknik dribbling. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan the tunnel drill terhadap teknik dribbling yang signifikan, (2) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan three chair drill terhadap teknik dribbling yang signifikan dan (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh dribbling antara pelatihan the tunnel drill dengan pelatihan three chairr drill. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: Teknik dribbling, pelatihan the tunnel drill dan three chair drill. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (1) the effect of training on the tunnel drill on dribbling technique, (2) the effect of training of three chair drill on dribbling technique, (3) the difference of training effect of tunnel drill and three chair drill on dribbling technique. The research method used experiments, research subjects with a total of 30 people. This research uses the modified pre-test - post-test group design. The test used is the Dribbling test by passing the cone. Data analysis used t-test statistic (t-test) at significance level 0,05%. Result of data analysis (1) training of tunnel drill have an effect on dribbling technique, with result of thit = 8,367> ttab = 2,145, (2) training of three chair drill have an effect on dribbling technique, with result of thit = 4,938> ttab = 2,145 and (3) There was no difference in effect between training the tunnel drill and three chairr drill on dribbling technique. It was concluded that (1) there was a significant effect of training on the tunnel drill on significant dribbling techniques, (2) there was a significant effect of three chair drill training on dribbling technique and (3) there was no difference of dribbling effect between the tunnel drill training with three chairrill drill . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan pass and shoot drill terhadap teknik shooting, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan change of pace and direction drill terhadap teknik shooting, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan pass and shoot drill dan change of pace and drill terhadap teknik shooting. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes shooting under-basket. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) yang dibantu SPSS 16.0 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja dengan jumlah 30 orang. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan pass and shoot drill berpengaruh terhadap teknik shooting, dengan hasil thitung = 10,640 > ttabel = 2,145, (2) pelatihan change of pace and direction drill berpengaruh terhadap teknik shooting, dengan hasil thitung = 8,228 > ttabel = 2,145 dan (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan pass and shoot drill dan change of pace and direction drill terhadap teknik shooting, dengan hasil thitung 0,628 < ttabel = 2,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan pass and shoot drill terhadap teknik shooting yang signifikan dengan peningkatan sebesar 5,8%, (2) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan change of pace and direction drill terhadap teknik shooting yang signifikan dengan peningkatan sebesar 5,13% dan (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh teknik shooting antara pelatihan pass and shoot drill dengan pelatihan change of pace and direction drill. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : shooting, pass and shoot drill. The purposes of the study were (1) to find out the effect of pass and shoot drill training toward shooting technique, (2) to find out the effect of change of pace and direction drill training toward shooting technique, and (3) to find out the differences between the effects of pass and shoot drill training and change of pace and direction drill training toward shooting technique. This study was using the modified pre-test – post-test group design. 30 students of extracurricular of basketball in SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja who were tested shooting under-basket were the sample. The data were analyzed quantitatively by using t-test and done by SPSS 16.0 with significance 0.05. As the result, (1) pass and shoot drill training statistically affect shooting technique with (tc¬¬) 10.640 > (tt) 2.145, (2) change of pace and direction drill training affect shooting technique with (tc) 8.228 > (tt) 2.145, and (3) from the result (tc¬¬) 0.628 < (tt) 2.048, it shows that pass and shoot drill training and change of pace and direction drill training did not show significantly different effects toward shooting technique. It indicated that (1) there was a significant effect of pass and shoot drill training toward shooting technique 5,8%, (2) there was a significant of change of pace and direction drill training toward shooting 5,13%, and (3) There was no significant difference between pass and shoot drill training and change of pace and drill training toward shooting. As the suggestion for another researchers, it should be developed with different technique to improve the results.keyword : shooting, pass and shoot drill.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan five players star drill terhadap peningkatan teknik passing (chest pass), (2) pengaruh pelatihan around the chairs drill terhadap peningkatan teknik passing (chest pass), (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan five players star drill dan around the chairs drill terhadap peningkatan teknik passing (chest pass). Subjek dalam penelitian berjumlah 30 orang yang merupakan siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 bantuan komputer program SPSS 24,0 For Windows. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan five players star drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass), dengan hasil thitung= 9.539 > ttabel = 2,145, (2) pelatihan around the chairs drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass), dengan hasil thitung= 9.291 > ttabel = 2,145, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan five players star drill dengan pelatihan around the chairs drill terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass), dengan hasil thitung= 0,206 < ttabel = 2,048. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan five players star drill terhadap peningkatan teknik passing (chest pass) yang signifikan dengan peningkatan sebesar 5,10%, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan around the chairs drill terhadap peningkatan teknik passing (chest pass) yang signifikan dengan peningkatan sebesar 5,11%, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan five players star drill dan around the chairs drill terhadap passing (chest pass).Kata Kunci : passing (chest pass), five players star drill, around the chairs drill This study aims to determine (1) the effect of five players star drill on improvment the skill of passing, (2) the effect of around the chairs drill on improvement the skill of passing (chest pass), and (3) between five players star drill with around the chairs drill training on improving passing skill (chest pass). Students extracurricular basketball SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja 2019 amounted to 30 people and uses program SPSS 24,0 for winddows. This research uses quasi experiment method with the modified pre-test post test group design. Data analysis using t-test statistic at significance level (α) 0,05. Result of data analysis (1) training of five players star drill influence to skill passing (chest pass), with tcount = 9.539 > ttabel = 2,145, (2) training of around the chairs drill influence to skill passing (chest pass), with tcount = 9.291 > ttabel = 2,145, and (3) there is no difference of influence between training five players star drill with training of around the chairs drill to passing skill (chest pass) with tcount = 0,206 < ttabel = 2,048. The research results that (1) there was a significant effect of five players star drill training toward passing (chest pass) technique 5,10% (2) there was a significant effect of around the chairs drill training toward passing (chest pass) technique 5,11%, (3) there was no difference between five players star drill with around the chairs drill on improvement the skill of passing (chest pass).keyword : passing (chest pass), five players star drill, around the chairs drill
