Abstract

The rise of fanatics and terrorist attacks carried out in the name of Islam is soaring rapidly around the world, especially in Indonesia, which poses a threat to religious freedom. Islam is still a target of criticism in the country, and jihadist dogma has been perverted into a pretext to exert pressure on Muslims under the guise of religion. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of religious moderation in Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri 1 Batusangkar. The research method used is a qualitative method with a field study approach. The results of the study found that SMAN 1 Batusangkar can instill moderation in the student community, even students who have a religious disposition, very significantly. Some religious attitudes in students are firm, caring and fair.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of writing this article is to describe the relevance of KH Ahmad Dahlan's thoughts on Islamic Religious Education in the 5.0 era. This research is qualitative research, data sources are obtained by conducting library research. This research includes biographical research, because it tries to conclude, analyze and make interpretations about the thoughts of figures. The purpose of this research is to find out the biography and thoughts of KH. Ahmad Dahlan on Islamic education in Indonesia. From the results and discussion it can be concluded that according to KH Ahmad Dahlan, Islamic education is a formulation of the goals of Islam so that Islamic education should be directed at efforts to form human beings who are virtuous, pious in religion, broad views and understand the problems of science. This means that Islamic religious education is an effort to foster human morals, have taqa and as a caliph on this earth. To realize this, KH Ahmad Dahlan did tajdid which combined general science and Islamic religious knowledge.AbstrakTujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk menggambarkan tentang relevansi pemikiran KH Ahmad Dahlan tentang Pendidikan Agama Islam di era 5.0. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, sumber data diperoleh dengan melakukan penelitian pustaka (library research) Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian biografi, karena berusaha menyimpulkan, menganalisis dan membuat interpretasi mengenai pemikiran tokoh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui biografi dan pemikiran KH. Ahmad Dahlan terhadappendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Dari Hasil dan pembahasan  dapat disimpulkan bahwa menurut KH Ahmad Dahlan Pendidikan Islam merupakan rumusan dari tujuan agama Islam sehingga hendaknya pendidikan Islam di arahkan pada usaha membentuk manusia yang berbudi luhur, alim dalam agama, luas pandangan dan paham masalah ilmu pengetahuan. Hal ini bermakna bahwa pendidikan agama Islam merupakan upaya pembinaan akhlak  manusia, bertaqa dan sebagai khalifah di muka bumi ini. Untuk mewujudkan itu KH Ahmad Dahlan melakukan tajdid yang memadukan antara ilmu pengetahuan umum dan ilmu pengetahuan agama Islam.

Abstract

The decline in religious values and morals among students in Tanah Datar Regency indicates a significant moral crisis. Morals are an important foundation for obtaining blessed knowledge. The school and community need Immediate and strategic action to overcome this problem and create a generation that is not only academically intelligent but also noble and religiously observant. This research employed development research (Research and Development). The data source of this research was PAI (Islamic Religious Education) teachers at four MAN (Islamic Senior High Schools) in Tanah Datar Regency. The data collection techniques were observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive, qualitative, and quantitative. The results showed that the validity of the model of extracurricular activities based on religious strengthening in the character building of students obtained an average of 100% with a highly valid category. The results of the practicality test obtained an average of 91.7% in the very practical category. Thus, the model of extracurricular activities based on religious strengthening in character building is declared very effective

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk individu yang tidak hanya memahami agama, tetapi juga memiliki akhlak dan kepribadian yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) di lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki tantangan kompleks, baik dari segi eksternal maupun internal. Artikel ini menyelidiki berbagai aspek manajemen SDM dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, mulai dari konsep dasar, proses pengembangan, strategi hingga tantangan-tantangan yang mungkin dihadapi. Metode kajian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan, dengan analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwa pengembangan SDM di lembaga pendidikan Islam memerlukan proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan yang berkelanjutan. Strategi manajemen yang holistik, meliputi rekrutmen, pengembangan karyawan, kepemimpinan, manajemen kinerja, teknologi, dan kolaborasi, menjadi kunci keberhasilan. Tantangan-tantangan eksternal seperti perkembangan teknologi, perubahan demografi, dinamika sosial budaya, faktor ekonomi, serta perubahan hukum dan politik, mempengaruhi pengelolaan SDM. Respons cepat dan manajemen internal yang efektif diperlukan untuk menjaga agar lembaga pendidikan Islam tetap relevan dan berkualitas. Manajemen SDM yang baik akan mendukung pencapaian tujuan lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam membentuk individu yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts to improve the quality of madrasa education in the digital era. Madrasa education in the digital era has brought changes in various aspects of people's lives, including education. Various kinds of challenges, advantages and disadvantages in the implementation of the teaching and learning process become the thoughts of teachers and education stakeholders to be able to participate in realizing national education goals. The research method used is a literature review method related to the transformation of education in the digital ear with various studies sourced from references from books, journal articles and other sources that support this paper. The results show that improving the quality of education is a top priority in all educational institutions including madrasas, to achieve quality education, efforts can be made by planning curriculum, improving the quality of teachers/educators, costs and infrastructure to produce the best graduates who can face educational challenges. in the digital era and accepted by society.

Abstract

The basis of Islamic education is based on the Al-Quran and Hadith, these two pillars are built onthe basic concept of Islamic education, the starting point of which is the human concept according to Islam. The purpose of writing this article is to provide an overview of the basic concepts of Islamic education with sub-chapters consisting of the nature of Islamic education, basic concepts of Islamic education, goals and principles in Islamic education. This research is a library research, namely research that is sourced from library materials using a qualitative approach. In this case, the researcher explored a number of data, both primary data and secondary data with the following steps: reading and studying in depth primary data such as books, journals, articles, theses, theses and dissertations related to the discussion of the basic concepts of education. Islam. The results of the discussion show that Islamic education is a conscious effort in the form of direction, guidance and training for students, so that they become Muslim individuals as much as possible in accordance with the guidance of the Qur'an and hadith. The concept of Islamic education is formal Islamic education and non-formal Islamic education and informal Islamic education. The purpose of Islamic education includes two main aspects, namely realizing happiness in life in this world and happiness in the hereafter.

Abstract

Merdeka belajar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan, baik soft skills maupun hard skills, agar lebih siap dan relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman, menyiapkan lulusan sebagai pemimpin masa depan bangsa yang unggul dan berkepribadian. Pendekatan dalam penulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa delapan bentuk program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka yang meliputi 1) pertukaran pelajar, 2) magang/praktik kerja, 3) mengajar diinstansi pendidikan, 4) proyek di desa, 5) penelitian/riset, 6) kegiatan kewirausahaan, 7) studi/proyek independent dan 8) proyek kemanusiaan.

Abstract

Writing this article aims to describe how important educational philosophy is in shaping one's character through education in schools. The method used in this research is library research (library study). Data sources are collected through articles/scientific journals, books, websites, and others, then processed and analyzed using a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that educational philosophy has a function to provide guidance and direction in the development of educational theories into educational science or pedagogy. Meanwhile, character building through education is efforts that are systematically designed and implemented to help students understand the values ​​of human behavior related to God, oneself, fellow human beings, and the environment. Character education involves aspects of knowledge, feelings and actions. When these three things go hand in hand, it will shape a person's character, which can be good or bad.

Abstract

On the one hand, in today's modern era, progress in the field of technology has helped human life a lot, which is a factor of progress and civilization, technology itself has developed through a research and development process that requires intellectual knowledge, experimentation and testing.
