Abstract

This community service article discusses a seminar activity entitled “The Human Resource Management Innovation in Supporting Branding and Digital Marketing of UMKM Products” conducted in Cipasung Village, Lemahsugih District, on August 29, 2025. The purpose of this activity was, to enhance the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) actors and PKK cadres in facing the digital era, particularly in branding, digital marketing, and human resource management aspects. The method used was a participatory seminar consisting of material presentation, interactive discussion, case studies of successful UMKM, and simple mentoring by students. The results showed to increase participant awareness of the importance of digital marketing and branding as business identity. Several UMKM actors began to consider creating logos, improving product packaging, and utilizing social media and digital platforms for promotion and sales. This activity demonstrates that educational seminars and direct mentoring can effectively encourage UMKM’ readiness for digital transformation at the village level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of superior village products through optimizing the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Kadugede Village, Kadugede District, Kuningan Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with 100 respondents consisting of MSME actors and local product consumers. The sampling technique used probability sampling with a simple random sampling method. The research data consists of primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data from village profile documents and related literature. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression analysis to see the effect of marketing strategy on increasing the income of MSME actors. The results showed that the marketing strategy implemented by BUMDes is currently in the fairly good category, but needs optimization in digital marketing aspects. The results of hypothesis testing show that marketing strategy has a significant effect on the sales volume of superior village products with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The contribution of marketing strategy to local economic improvement is 42%.

Abstract

Kinerja guru di SMK Plus YSB Suryalaya menjadi fokus kajian yang dipengaruhi oleh budaya kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Plus YSB Suryalaya, (2) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Plus YSB Suryalaya, dan (3) pengaruh budaya kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Plus YSB Suryalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 77 guru SMK Plus YSB Suryalaya. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 58%, sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 42%. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi sebesar 50,7% terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance economic resilience and the quality of family life in Sindangmukti Village through the implementation of character-based Human Resource Management (HRM). The primary challenges faced by the partners include low financial literacy, dependency on informal loans (local predatory lending or "bank emok"), and imbalances in domestic role distribution. The implementation method consisted of four stages: preparation (surveys and module development), socialization (financial planning and role management workshops), mentoring (home visits and digital groups), and evaluation. The results indicated an 85% increase in participants' understanding of daily cash recording and budget allocation. Furthermore, there was a paradigm shift toward more collaborative domestic work distribution and increased integrity in family financial transparency. The availability of the "Family Management Handbook" and intensive mentoring proved to be key factors for program sustainability. It is concluded that adapting HRM principles into the family unit can create a self-reliant, harmonious, and resilient household ecosystem against economic dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for enhancing human resources (HR) through community empowerment activities in the Empang Tourism Village, Indrajaya Village. By leveraging existing tourism potential, these activities are expected to provide relevant training and knowledge to the local community. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observations. The results indicate that community empowerment activities have successfully improved the community's skills in tourism management, local product promotion, and customer service. In addition, these activities have increased awareness of environmental conservation. The study concludes that community empowerment programs can serve as an effective tool for sustainable human resource development in the Empang Tourism Village. It also recommends continuous training and collaboration with various stakeholders to support the sustainability of tourism in the region.
