Abstract

IKM tidak terlepas dari pemasalahan seperti tidak tersedianya informasi akuntansi, sehingga berdampak pada keberlangsungan usaha yang dijalankannya. Tujuan dari diselenggarakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan dalam penyusunan dan pelaporan keuangan IKM di Kota Palangka Raya adalah untuk membantu para pelaku IKM di Kota Palangka Raya untuk menyusun dan membuat laporan keuangan pada usaha yang telah dijalankanya. Pengabdian pada Masyarakat dilaksanakan di Huma Kalawa Betang Cafe Temanggung Tilung Kota Palangka Raya pada hari Sabtu 16 September 2023 dengan 20 peserta pelaku IKM di Kota Palangka Raya. Peserta pelatihan termotivasi untuk menjalankan praktik akuntansi sehingga tersedianya informasi akuntansi berupa laporan keuangan yang bisa digunakan bagi pelaku usaha sendiri dalam pengambilan keputusan usahanya ataupun pihak eksternal dalam pemberian modal maupun kredit kepada pelaku UMKM di Kota Palangka Raya. Dengan demikian IKM kota Palangka Raya siap dalam menghadapi revolusi Industri 4.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sikap kearah perilaku, norma subyektif, dan kontrol perilaku persepsian terhadap niat aparatur sipil negara dalam melakukan fraud pengadaan barang dan jasa yang dimoderasi oleh kesesuaian kompensasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok kerja Unit Layanan Pengadaan (Pokja ULP) pada tiap pemerintah kab/kota di Kalimantan Selatan. Metode pengumpulan data adalah survei menggunakan kuisioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 316. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling-Partial least square (SEM-PLS) dengan program WarpPLS 6.0. Hasil penelitian menemukan kesesuaian kompensasi memoderasi pengaruh sikap kearah perilaku dan kontrol perilaku persepsian terhadap niat aparatur sipil negara dalam melakukan fraud pengadaan barang dan jasa. Namun demikian, kesesuaian kompensasi tidak signifikan memoderasi pengaruh norma subyektif terhadap niat aparatur sipil negara dalam melakukan fraud pengadaan barnag dan jasa.

Abstract

This training activity on product development and marketing techniques for kelulut honey beekeepers aims to increase knowledge and skills for the community, by seeing the enormous potential in the Kereng bengkirai village which can be managed by the surrounding community as a source of income. The method used in this community service activity is participatory. Through an approach that focuses on increasing the role of the community actively in the training process provided. Training techniques are carried out in a variety of ways through lectures, questions and answers, and demonstrations. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the training that has been carried out show an increase in community knowledge and skills ranging from the development of beekeeping to marketing the results of honey management from these bees.

Abstract

The progress and success factors of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) lie in how they utilize accounting information when making business decisions to manage their operations. One form of such accounting information is the financial reports of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The purpose of conducting Community Engagement (PkM) in the form of training for digital-based financial report preparation and reporting for MSMEs in Palangka Raya City is to assist MSME entrepreneurs in composing and generating financial reports for their businesses using technological advancements. The community engagement took place at the Central Kalimantan Directorate General of Treasury Office. The training was held on Thursday, July 6, 2023, and was attended by 15 participants, comprising MSME entrepreneurs from Palangka Raya City. The participants were motivated to enhance their financial administration practices, ensuring that they can create well-structured financial reports for their businesses using digital accounting applications. These reports can then be used by the entrepreneurs themselves for making business decisions, as well as by external parties for providing funding or credit to MSME entrepreneurs in Palangka Raya City.

Abstract

Scientific work is one of the important elements for higher education in maintaining its reputation and increasing the achievements. It is very important to produce good and quality scientific work. One of the indicators is freedom from plagiarism. This can be achieved by providing knowledge to students in quoting and managing student scientific references. One application to facilitate the management of scientific references is Mendeley. The purpose of holding community service is to increase student digital literacy regarding reference management and to help them implement it in making their student theses, which they will need to complete their final assignments. The training was held at the Merah Putih Building, University of Palangka Raya, with the target participants being undergraduate students of the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teaching and Education, University of Palangka Raya. The results of the participants' activities were full of enthusiasm and high motivation to take part in scientific reference management workshops with Mendeley for the completion of their college assignments and theses.

Abstract

The internal control system for inventory is crucial to be implemented in every business unit, including MSMEs. This can be achieved through mentoring the implementation of the internal control system for inventory, such as in an MSME located in Palangka Raya city, CV. ABS. The purpose of this community service is to for inventory so that the partner's inventory management can operate effectively and efficiently. The activity was carried out from July to August 2024 at CV. ABS in Palangka Raya City. The stages of implementing the community service program included the preliminary stage, the preparation of the internal control system for inventory, the training stage, the simulation stage, and the monitoring stage. The result of this activity is that the partner experienced benefits such as increased knowledge, ranging from understanding the internal control system for inventory to the implementation of an effective and efficient internal control system. This includes having an organizational structure that separates functions and responsibilities, procedures for receiving and issuing inventory, and adequate document in inventory management

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of students and teachers at SDN 3 Tumbang Tahai, Palangka Raya City, in managing organic and non-organic waste. The activity was carried out on August 7, 2025, through several stages, namely preparation, counseling, demonstration, hands-on practice, mentoring, and evaluation. The counseling method was used to provide conceptual understanding regarding types of waste and their environmental impacts, while demonstrations and practical activities on waste sorting and processing organic waste into compost were conducted to instill applicable skills in the participants. The results show that participants were able to identify the differences between organic and non-organic waste, practice proper waste sorting, and understand the basic composting process. Teachers also gained new insights that have the potential to be integrated into learning activities and environmentally friendly school programs. Overall, this activity contributed positively to fostering environmentally conscious behavior in the school and supported efforts to create a clean, healthy, and sustainable learning environment.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of local government officials in systematically compiling the investment potential of Kapuas Regency based on data-driven analysis. The training was conducted on 27 November 2025 at the DPMPTSP Hall of Kapuas Regency using a participatory and capacity-building approach. The activity consisted of material preparation, theoretical sessions on investment potentials and opportunities, interactive discussions, a workshop on drafting investment potential documents, mentoring, and evaluation. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of investment concepts, techniques for identifying priority sectors, and standards for preparing investment potential documents in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Investment/BKPM. Participants were able to produce initial drafts of sectoral investment potentials covering aspects of location, resources, infrastructure, value-added opportunities, and market prospects. The final evaluation shows that the training effectively strengthened the analytical and technical skills of local officials and supported the government’s efforts to provide more accurate, communicative, and competitive investment information.
