Abstract

The purpose of the research was to find out whether using cooperative learning can increase the creativity and language development of Group A students at TK Al Hidayah Tegalharjo. Variable X (cooperative learning) has 4 indicators, Y1 (social emotional development) has 5 indicators. Variable Y2 (Language development) has 7 indicators. The research design uses causal quantitative. The method for determining areas is purposive area sampling. The research population for the population research technique was 30 children from group A. Data collection techniques: 1). observation, 2). interview, 3). documentary. The results of the interview are then processed into several instrument tests from validity and reliability tests, then classic assumption tests including normality tests, homogeneity tests, autocorrelation tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, and finally hypothesis tests which include t tests and F tests. against Y1 sig<0.05 (0.000<0.05), X against Y2 sig<0.05(0.001<0.05), F. So it can be concluded that cooperative learning influences social emotional development and language development.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to find out whether using the playing method could increase the creativity and gross motor skills of Group A & B students at Dewi Sartika Glenmore Islamic Kindergarten. Variable X (Playing method) has 4 indicators, Y1 (Increasing Creativity) has 5 indicators. Variable Y2 (Gross Motor Ability) contains 7 indicators. The research design uses causal quantitative. The method for determining areas is purposive area sampling. The research population for population research techniques was 36 children from groups A and B. Data collection techniques: 1) observation, 2) interviews, 3) documentary. The results of the interview are then processed into several instrument tests from validity and reliability tests, then classic assumption tests including normality tests, homogeneity tests, autocorrelation tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, and finally hypothesis tests which include t tests and F tests. against Y1 sig<0.05 (0.000<0.05), X against Y2 sig<0.05(0.001<0.05), F . So it can be concluded that the playing method has an effect on increasing creativity and gross motor skills.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine whether there is an influence of school principal supervision on teaching motivation and increasing the use of audiovisual media among kindergarten teachers in the PAUD 02 Kalibaru cluster. The research design uses causal quantitative. The method for determining areas is purposive area sampling. The population research population research technique was 32 Kindergarten teachers in the PAUD 02 Kalibaru cluster. Data collection techniques: 1). observation, 2). documentary, 3). questionnaire, 4) interview. The interview results are then processed into several instrument tests from validity and reliability tests, then classic assumption tests including normality tests, homogeneity tests, autocorrelation tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, and finally hypothesis tests which include t tests and F tests. Effect of t test results. Principal Supervision on Teaching Motivation Audio Visual Media Together (3.254>3.33).

Abstract

This research aims to describe the use of video-based learning media using Wondershare Filmora software at SLB Bhakti Luhur, Malang city. The approach in this research is qualitative research, full participation, interviews and direct observation. The object of research is class VIII students with mild intellectual disabilities at SLB Bhakti Luhur, Malang city. Jember. The data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation techniques with data analysis using qualitative data analysis procedures. The results of the research show that video-based learning media using Wondershare Filmora software can increase students' interest in learning in class VIII SLB Bhakti Luhur Malang, by utilizing the power of visualization and involvement. students, Filmora can increase learning interest, learning effectiveness and motivate students to learn more actively.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the use of the SAS (Synthetic Structural Analytical) method in improving the beginning reading and writing skills of first graders with speech impairments. This research is a class action research (CAR). Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, documentation, and tests. Data analysis was carried out in this study using descriptive analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: 1) using the synthetic structural analytic method (SAS) can improve the beginning reading and writing skills of grade 1 students, 2) using the synthetic structural analytic method (SAS) in learning to read beginning and start writing is carried out in stages, namely two cycles experienced a significant increase where students in cycle 1 were categorized as 'less' than the average value of 66.6 and in cycle II they increased to the category of 'very good' with an average value of 81.1. Thus the synthetic structural analytic method (SAS) needs to be used as a reference by teachers in early reading and writing learning activities in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of motivation and interpersonal intelligence on the quality of performance of Santri organization managers. A total of 150 managers from various Santri organizations participated in the study. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results showed that motivation had a significant direct and indirect effect on the quality of performance of the managers through interpersonal intelligence. The direct effect of motivation on the quality of performance had an estimate of 0.41 and a p-value of 0.001, while the indirect effect had an estimate of 0.24 and a p-value of 0.001. The total effect of motivation on the quality of performance had an estimate of 0.66 and a p-value of 0.001. These results suggest that motivation and interpersonal intelligence play a significant role in improving the quality of performance of Santri organization managers. The findings of this study can provide useful information for organizations to improve the performance of their managers and increase their productivity.

Abstract

This article presents a bibliometric analysis of research trends in "Character Education" based on the Scopus database from 2018 to 2023. Data collection involved 569 metadata of relevant articles in the field of character education from reputable sources. The study aims to provide a comprehensive insight into the scientific development in the field of character education and identify key topics and contributors in academic studies during this period. The bibliometric analysis method was used to examine research trends, topic classifications, and author and institutional collaborations. The research results indicate that character education has become a significant issue in the realm of education during this timeframe, with a noteworthy growth in research attention. Top contributing authors and university affiliations were also identified, highlighting inter-institutional collaborations and continuity in building knowledge in the field of character education. The findings from this bibliometric analysis can provide direction and guidance for academics, researchers, and practitioners in developing more effective character education strategies that positively impact moral and ethical development among students and individuals in society. This article has the potential to make a significant contribution to understanding trends and future directions in "Character Education" research and enhancing comprehension of the challenges and opportunities in this field.

Abstract

This research uses a causal quantitative method with a posttest-only research design. This research has a problem formulation: Is there an influence of the use of audiovisual media on the ability to write short stories for class V B, SDN Tenggilis Mejoyo I Surabaya. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of the use of audiovisual media on the ability to write short stories for class V B at SDN Tenggilis Mejoyo I Surabaya. This research used a population of all class V students at SDN Tenggilis Mejoyo I Surabaya, totaling 60 students. The sample used was 30 class V B students as the main respondents and 30 class V A students as supporting respondents used in the research. This research has variable X, namely audiovisual media and variable Y, Short Story Writing Ability. This research was motivated by the problem of the short story writing ability of class V students at SDN Tenggilis Mejoyo I Surabaya which was still relatively low. Some students are not enthusiastic about writing because of the lack of supporting facilities (learning media). Data collection techniques use questionnaires, tests, interviews, observation and documentation. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability. Prerequisite tests use the normality test and homogeneity test. Test the hypothesis in the form of a Paired Sample T-Test t test. To find out the distribution value of the t table, look at it based on df = 28 with a level of a = 0.05. Because the calculated t value > t table (86,252 > 1.70113) and Sig (2-tailed) 0.00 < 0.05, H0 is rejected. This means that the hypothesis states a significant influence regarding the use of audiovisual media on the ability to write short stories for class V SDN Tenggilis Mejoyo I Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital storytelling learning media on the reading interest of class II students of SDN Sumur Welut III/440 Surabaya. This study was motivated by the lack of students' reading interest which is less than optimal. One of them is the teacher's accuracy in choosing learning media. The research method used is the quantitative causality research method. The population in this study was 60 students with the sample used being class II-A totaling 30 students. Data collection used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, and Paired Sample t-test. The results of the study showed the results of the validity test r table for df 28 and sig 0.05 in the r table of 0.361, it was stated that all questions in both variables X and Y were valid. The results of the reliability test of variable X show that the results of variable (X) show that the Cronbach's Alpha value> 0.9 and the results of variable (Y) show that Cronbach's Alpha> 0.9 stated that all questions from these two variables are stated to be reliable and very high. The results of the normality test show 200> 0.05. The results of the homogeneity test obtained a significance value based on the mean showing 0.086> 0.05. The results of the paired sample t-test show df = 29, then the table price of 1.699 from the results obtained t count> t table, namely 2.512> 1.699 or Sig value <0.05, namely 0.012 <0.05, which means that the data is stated to be significant. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of digital storytelling learning media on the reading interest of class II students of SDN Sumur Welut III/440 Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Is There an Effect of Using Picture Media on the Learning Outcomes of Indonesian Language of Class VA Students of SDN Dukuh Menanggal I/424 Surabaya. This study used a population of all class V students of SDN Dukuh Menanggal I/424 Surabaya totaling 61 students. The sample used was 30 class VA students as the main respondents and 31 class VB students as supporting respondents used in the study. This study has 2 variables, namely variable X picture media and variable Y learning outcomes. This study was motivated by the problem of the learning outcomes of class VA students of SDN Dukuh Menanggal I/424 Surabaya which are still relatively low. Some students are not enthusiastic about learning because of the lack of supporting facilities (learning media). Data collection techniques used questionnaires, tests, interviews, and documentation. Instrument testing used validity and reliability. Prerequisite testing used normality tests and homogeneity tests. Hypothesis test in the form of t-test. To find out the value of the t-table distribution, it is seen based on df = 28 with a level of a = 0.05. Because the calculated t value> t table (25,362> 1.70113) and sig (2-tailed) 0.01 <0.05, then H0 is rejected. This means that the hypothesis states a significant influence on the Use of Image Media on the Learning Outcomes of Indonesian Language of Class VA Students of SDN Dukuh Menanggal I/424 Surabaya.
