Abstract

This study aims to determine the process, outcomes, supporting factors and inhibiting the implementation of local dance training in preserving the Banten dance in Serang City Culture Ritual Serang. The research approach used is qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Sources of research data are 1 instructor and 5 trainees. The validity of data using triangulation of sources, methods, and theories. Data analysis uses reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results show the implementation process of dance training area that can be seen from the planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the training have increased skills and knowledge of participants and mastery of dance Banten. Factors supporting the existence of learning facilities, places of learning and a conducive community environment. The inhibiting factors are motivation, external cultural influences, and low public interest that less appreciate dance area of Banten.

Abstract

Career resilience plays a central role in individual career development and can make individuals find their attitudes, behaviors, and actions that are appropriate to changing situations. The high and low career resilience also affects the individual's career success. Career resilience has been essential to developing since adolescence, but there has been no instrument development to explore adolescent career resilience. This study aims to develop the Adolescent Career Resilience Scale (ACRS) using the Rasch model analysis. The research uses a quantitative approach. Determination of research participants using a convenience sampling method. The participants in this study were 312 students (104 junior high school students, 104 senior high school students, and 104 vocational students in Banten province) involved in the empirical test. ACRS has an item reliability value of 0.97 in the Special category and personal reliability of 0.70 in the good category. Cronbach's Alpha value is 0.78 with a good category. The results of ACRS analysis using the Rasch model produce 31 items that can be used to reveal adolescent career resilience.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the relationship between the involvement of SMA sociology subject teachers in the subject teacher conference (X1) with performance (Y), work commitment (X2) with teacher performance sociology (Y) and describe and analyze relationships involvement of high school sociology subject teachers in subject teacher conference (X1) and work commitment (X2) together with performance (Y) in Serang Regency High School, Banten Province, Indonesia. The method used in this study is a quantitative method that aims to reveal the relationship between high school sociology subject teacher involvement in subject teacher conference (X1) and work commitment (X2) with their performance (Y) in SMA Serang  Regency. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is an analysis of multiple correlations. The results of the study show: First, there is a positive and significant relationship between Teacher Involvement in the subject teacher conference and the performance of high school sociology teachers in Serang  Regency . This is shown by testing the correlation coefficient between X1 and Y; the rcount value is 0.764. Second, there is a positive and significant relationship between teacher work commitment and the performance of subject teacher conference sociology teachers. This is indicated by the rcount value of 0.726. Third, there is a positive and significant relationship between teacher involvement in subject teacher conference and teacher commitment and the performance of high school sociology teachers in Serang  Regency, with a correlation value of 0.764. This is shown through the calculated F value of 21.69.

Abstract

Upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh kedisiplinan guru. Upaya tersebut masih belum maksimal, hal ini dilihat dari masih banyaknya guru yang melanggar kedisipinan kerja tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformational dan komitmen pada profesi terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah expost facto. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 550 orang. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel diambil menggunakan tekhnik proporsional random sampling, sebanyak 165 guru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM Statistic SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformational terhadap disiplin kerja guru diperoleh persamaan Y=19.700+0,930 dengan koefisien 0,930. Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara komitmen pada profesi terhadap disiplin kerja guru diperoleh persamaan Y=-8.889+1,643 dengan koefisien 1,643. Secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi yang sinifikan kepemimpinan transformational dan komitmen pada profesi terhadap disiplin guru diperoleh persamaan Y=-11.086 +0,293+1,294. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformational berpengaruh terhadap disiplin guru dengan koefisien sebesar 0,293, dan komitmen pada profesi (x2) berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja guru dengan koefisien sebesar 1,294. Maka, kepemimpinan transformational kepala sekolah dan komitmen pada profesi memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan disiplin kerja guru.

Abstract

Abstrak:  Penelitian ini mengembangkan E-LKPD berbasis inkuiri yang dapat digunakan oleh peserta didik untuk pembelajaran kimia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah pengembangan E-LKPD menggunakan model ADDIE, kelayakan, efektivitas, serta respon peserta didik terhadap E-LKPD ) Berbasis Inkuiri Pada Materi Larutan Penyangga Mata Pelajaran Kimia Kelas XI  di SMAIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas XI SMAIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon materi larutan penyangga. Metode yang digunakan adalah R&D dan mengadaptasi model ADDIE dengan 5 tahap yaitu 1)Analisis 2)Desain 3)Pengembangan 4)implementasi 5)Evaluasi. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan praktisi pendidikan, selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba kepada peserta didik. Data yang dihasilkan dianalisis melalui validitas rata-rata untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan dan efektivitas produka menggunakan uji N-Gain. Kelayakan hasil validasi oleh ahli materi sebesar 82%, ahli media sebesar 92%, dan praktisi pendidikan sebesar 95%, dikategorikan sangat baik. Setelah divalidasi kemudian diujicobakan pada peserta didik sehingga diperolehefektivitas pengembangan E-LKPD sebesar 76% dikategorikan efektif. Hasil respon peserta didik terhadap E-LKPD sebesar 91%. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-LKPD berbasis inkuiri materi larutan penyangga dapat digunakan peserta didik kelas XI SMAIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon.

Abstract

The primary emphasis of teacher performance lies in the strategies employed by educators to proactively enhance the academic achievements of their students. The aim of the research is to examine the relationship between servant leadership, supervisory competence, and teacher work loyalty on teacher performance. This research uses survey methodology, the research sample is 19 school principals and 81 public elementary school teachers in Ciwandan District, Banten Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling. The data collection instrument for this investigation was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using PLS path modeling. The results of the research show that servant leadership has a significant effect (p<0.05) on supervision competence, supervision competence has no significant effect (p>0.05) on teacher performance, servant leadership has a significant effect (p<0.05) on teacher performance , and work loyalty have a significant effect on teacher performance. Future research is expected to produce a servant leadership paradigm to encourage the growth of teacher performance for the benefit of the school. The implications of this research finding may provide a useful means for principals to self-reflect on their leadership, thereby improving the overall quality of their educational leadership institutions.
