Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) dan  Bussiness Model Canvas (BMC) terhadap penerimaan peserta didik baru di SMP Nurul Ilmi Darunnajah Serang; (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Bussiness Model Canvas (BMC) terhadap penerimaan peserta didik baru di SMP Nurul Ilmi Darunnajah Serang; dan (3) Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) dan penerapan Bussiness Model Canvas (BMC) secara bersama-sama terhadap penerimaan peserta didik baru di SMP Nurul Ilmi Darunnajah Serang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu ; pertama terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) terhadap penerimaan peserta didik baru di SMP Nurul Ilmi Darunnajah Serang. Kedua, Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari penerapan Bussiness Model Canvas (BMC) terhadap penerimaan peserta didik baru di SMP Nurul Ilmi Darunnajah Serang. Ketiga, Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) dan penerapan Bussiness Model Canvas (BMC) secara bersama-sama terhadap penerimaan peserta didik baru di SMP Nurul Ilmi Darunnajah Serang.

Abstract

Kurangnya lapangan pekerjaan menyebabkan banyaknya pengangguran di Kota Tangerang dengan persentase sekitar 6,67 %. Kegiatan yang dilakukan bertujuan mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari metode pembelajaran project based learning dan motivasi terhadap sikap berwirausaha pada peserta pelatihan di PT. Radar Teknologi Komputer Kota Tangerang. Analisis terhadap hasil kegiatan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, project based learning dan motivasi belajar secara simultan berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha dengan nilai fhitung (35,607) > ftabel (3,19). Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa variabel project based learning dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap variabel sikap berwirausaha. Perhitungan tanggapan responden per-variabel dengan menggunakan perhitungan skor aktual dan skor ideal mendapatkan skor sebesar 79,6% yang masuk dalam kategori baik. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa perpaduan dari pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan tingkat motivasi belajar yang baik dapat meningkatkan sikap berwirausaha peserta pelatihan secara signifikan.

Abstract

The primary emphasis of teacher performance lies in the strategies employed by educators to proactively enhance the academic achievements of their students. The aim of the research is to examine the relationship between servant leadership, supervisory competence, and teacher work loyalty on teacher performance. This research uses survey methodology, the research sample is 19 school principals and 81 public elementary school teachers in Ciwandan District, Banten Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling. The data collection instrument for this investigation was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using PLS path modeling. The results of the research show that servant leadership has a significant effect (p<0.05) on supervision competence, supervision competence has no significant effect (p>0.05) on teacher performance, servant leadership has a significant effect (p<0.05) on teacher performance , and work loyalty have a significant effect on teacher performance. Future research is expected to produce a servant leadership paradigm to encourage the growth of teacher performance for the benefit of the school. The implications of this research finding may provide a useful means for principals to self-reflect on their leadership, thereby improving the overall quality of their educational leadership institutions.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the influence of pedagogic competence, work environment on teacher work behaviour with loyalty as mediation in SMPN Serang Regency Region I. The research used an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. The instrument used a closed questionnaire on 210 respondents using random sampling technique. The study used path analysis techniques to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable using lisrel. The results showed that: there is a significant positive direct effect of pedagogic competence on work behaviour with a path coefficient of 0.305, ρ value 0.00. The work environment on work behaviour has a significant positive direct effect with a coefficient of 0.50, ρ value 0.00. Loyalty to teacher work behaviour has a significant positive direct effect with a path coefficient of 0.107, ρ value 0.047. Simultaneously, it has a positive direct impact on work behaviour by 69.2%. Pedagogic competence on work behaviour through loyalty has an indirect effect but does not have a mediating effect, the sobel t value is 1.791. Similarly, the work environment on work behaviour through loyalty has an indirect effect but does not have a mediating effect with a sobel test value of 1.904.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dengankomunikasi interpersonal secara parsial dan simultan dengan etos kerja guru pada SD di kecamatan Taktakan Kota Serang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif mendekati. Subjek penelitiannya adalah guru sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah pengawasan kepala sekolah dan komunikasi interpersonal. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dengan interpersonal komunikasi secara parsial dan simultan signifikan dengan etos kerja guru dalam SD di kecamatan Taktakan Kota Serang.

Abstract

Learning quality is crucial for improving the overall quality of education in Indonesia. This study aims to to analyze the relationship between pedagogical competence, digital literacy, and the utilization of learning facilities and learning quality in public senior high schools (SMA Negeri) in Serang Regency, Banten. A quantitative research approach was employed using Spearman correlation analysis on data collected from 294 respondents through random sampling across various public senior high schools in Serang Regency. Data were gathered through questionnaires, then analyzed using statistical methods (SPSS), data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that pedagogical competence, teachers’ digital literacy, and the utilization of learning facilities contribute to improving learning quality. The relationship between Teachers’ teacher competences (X1) and Learning Quality (Y) is 0.552. Teachers’ Digital Literacy (X2) has a correlation value of 0.527, and Utilization of Learning Facilities (X3) has a correlation value of 0.460. The multiple correlation value (Rₛ) is 0.652, with a coefficient of determination (Rₛ²) of 0.425. The calculated F-value (Fcalculate) of 71.64 is greater than the F-table value (Ftable) of 2.63 at a significance level of 0.05. The implications of this research highlight that the success of enhancing learning quality in public senior high schools in Serang Regency depends not only on curriculum policy but also on teachers’ commitment to improving their teaching quality through enhanced competence, digital literacy skills, and consistent use of learning facilities. The novelty in this research is relevance to 21st century challenges, Focused on Indonesian public high schools, emphasis on teachers’ digital literacy, measurement of learning facility utilization, and non-parametric approach with Large-Scale Likert Data. The contribution of this research is learning quality as a synergy of pedagogy, literacy, and facility use, expands quantitative non-parametric educational research, practical: supports teacher training in digital-based teaching, guides local governments to enhance learning through digital literacy and school facility optimization.

Abstract

Although the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is designed to enhance the welfare and self-reliance of vulnerable families through financial assistance combined with educational activities such as P2K2/P3K, its implementation effectiveness does not always align with the policy design. This study aims to explore the experiences of PKH beneficiaries in the subdistricts of Cadasari and Karangtanjung and the City of Cilegon to understand how the assistance is interpreted, implemented, and perceived in relation to behavioral change and the development of beneficiaries’ capacity for self-reliance. Adopting a qualitative approach with an interpretative phenomenological method, the study draws on in-depth interviews, program observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal four main themes: assistance is more often perceived as a routine entitlement than as a transformative instrument; low financial and digital literacy constrains the optimal utilization of benefits; P2K2/P3K activities tend to function as administrative procedures rather than genuine learning spaces; and local resilience develops through informal coping strategies grounded in social capital. These findings indicate that PKH beneficiaries are not in a passive position but actively develop adaptive strategies, although these strategies are not yet fully oriented toward long-term economic self-reliance. The study concludes that PKH effectiveness requires a shift in implementation from mere benefit distribution to an empowerment-oriented model that strengthens financial and digital capacities, enhances the quality of adult-learning-based mentoring, and integrates local social capital into the program’s formal mechanisms. This study contributes to the development of an adaptive social protection approach in Indonesia and offers implementable recommendations for strengthening literacy and mentoring that are sensitive to local contexts.
