Abstract

Nowadays, students are very active in using financial technology as a means of payment or investment. For this reason, good financial literacy and resilience are needed to maintain financial well-being in the future. This study aims to examine financial literacy and financial resilience in Accounting Study Program students from a gender perspective. The research method used a quantitative descriptive approach. A total of 156 active students of Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha became respondents. Data were collected using a financial literacy test and a financial resilience questionnaire. The results showed that the average level of financial literacy was moderate. Viewed from a gender perspective, the average financial literacy of women (M=9,36) is higher than that of men (M=9,31). However, the average financial resilience of men (M=50,72) is higher than that of women (M=50,15). Based on financial literacy indicators, men have a better understanding of the concepts of investment and insurance. Meanwhile, women have a better understanding of basic financial concepts and credit management. Based on financial resilience indicators, men have a better ability to control money, the ability to manage financial stress, and have financial planning. Women are able to watch their spending and have a better financial cushion. Financial literacy is positively correlated to financial resilience with a correlation value of 0,134 (p=0,047). These results indicate that there is a significant relationship between financial literacy and financial resilience. The higher a person's financial literacy will increase their financial resilience.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) public perception in terms of the perceptual actor dimension, (2) public perception in terms of the perceived object dimension (3) public perception in terms of the context dimension of the perceived situation regarding the provision of business capital by BUMDes Bandem Jagathita in an effort to alleviate poverty in the Bendadem Village. The present study employed a descriptive research design, utilizing a quantitative approach. The study focuses on the population of the village community in Bebandem who have access to business capital. The research sample for this study was determined using a saturated or census sampling technique, consisting of a total of 68 respondents. The employed data collection methodology entails the utilization of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique employed in this study is descriptive analysis. The findings of this research demonstrate that: (1) The public perception, as measured by the dimensions of the perpetrators of perception, achieved a score of 2,821 within the score range of 2,570 – 3,060. This score falls under the category of “strongly agree.” (2) The perception of the general public regarding the dimensions of the object, which is associated with a score of 600, falls within the range of scores 571 to 680, and is classified as “strongly agree.” (3) the public's perception in terms of the situational context dimension obtained a score The score of 1.203 falls within the range of scores from 1.142 to 1.360, and it has been classified as “strongly agree.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore whether financial literacy and financial attitudes influence financial management behavior. This study used causal quantitative research. The population of this study is 338 students of the Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Undiksha. The total number of samples in this study was 184 people obtained by random sampling technique. The types of data used include quantitative data, secondary data sources, and document data collection. Multiple linear regression analysis is a data analysis technique used. The results showed that (1) Financial literacy has a positive effect on financial management behavior. (2) Financial attitudes have a significant positive effect on financial management behavior. (3) Financial management literacy and financial management attitudes simultaneously have a positive impact on financial management behavior. The higher a person's financial literacy and ability to apply financial aspects, the wiser his financial management behavior will be to be able to make the right decisions in making financial decisions. The higher the level of awareness of financial attitudes, the more decisions are taken in financial management to avoid financial problems.

Abstract

Therefore, the author raised this research with the title The Influence of Lifestyle, Discounts and Free Shipping Promotions on the Impulse Buying Behavior of E-Commerce Consumers among Ganesha Education University Students. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a causal research design. The population used was all Ganesha Education University students with a sample of 130 e-commerce consumer respondents. The data collection method used in the research uses a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, with data processing carried out using SPSS 25 for Windows computer software. The results of this study show that (1) there is a significant influence from lifestyle; (2) there is a significant effect of discounts; (3) there is a significant influence from the free shipping promotion; (4) there is a significant influence of lifestyle, discounts and free shipping promotions on the impulsive buying behavior of e-commerce consumers among Ganesha University of Education students.

Abstract

This study explores key human resource factors—workload, work motivation, and work environment—and their impact on the performance of health workers, with a focus on organizational efficiency in public health services. The research examines 64 midwives and nurses across 20 public health centers (Puskesmas) in Buleleng Regency, who were assigned additional tasks beyond their formal competencies and educational backgrounds. Data were gathered using an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that workload negatively and significantly affects performance, while work motivation and work environment have significant positive effects. When considered simultaneously, these three variables contribute positively to performance outcomes. These results highlight the importance of managing human capital effectively to enhance service delivery in public health institutions. The study offers valuable insights for health sector managers and policy makers seeking to improve performance through strategic human resource interventions.

Abstract

This study explores the determinants of customer satisfaction within the Village Credit Institution (LPD) of Banyuning Traditional Village, Buleleng, Bali, as a reflection of local economic empowerment. Specifically, this research analyzes the influence of service quality, institutional image, and promotional strategies on customer satisfaction. A causal quantitative research design was employed, with the study population consisting of 901 customers of LPD Desa Adat Banyuning. Using probability sampling and the Slovin formula, 100 respondents were selected. The data collection technique involved a structured questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that service quality, image, and promotion collectively have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, each variable—service quality, institutional image, and promotion—was found to have a positive and significant individual effect on customer satisfaction. These results underscore the importance of improving service delivery, enhancing institutional image, and implementing effective promotional efforts to maintain customer trust and loyalty, particularly in the context of increasing competition among financial institutions in semi-urban village areas.

This study uses a quantitative method with a causality research type. The population of this study was 100 rice farm laborers. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, with a sample size of 80 respondents. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test and F-test with a significance level of 5%. Abstract

This study aims to determine efforts to improve students' HOTS abilities through the Problem Based Learning learning model in social science subject, based on the learning carried out in the previous cycle, there are still a lot of students who have not reached the minimum completeness criteria when answering questions at the HOTS cognitive level. The solution to overcome these problems is using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. In carrying out this classroom action research, the researchers focused on research that aimed to determine whether there was a change in students' higher-order thinking skills through the application of problem-based learning models, and to find out how much the students' higher-order thinking skills increased using problem-based learning models. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles of activity with each cycle consisting of two learning meetings. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation and test techniques. Based on the results of the classroom action research that has been carried out, it is concluded that the use of problem-based learning models can be used as an effort to improve participants' Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). students in Social Studies class IX.9 SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja for the 2022/2023 academic year. Based on the results of the data analysis conducted, it is known that after being given action, there was a significant increase in HOTS in students from previously only 46.4% of students increased to 71.4% of students who were at the level of thinking skills. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan HOTS peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran IPS. Berdasarkan pembelajaran yang dilakukan siklus sebelumnya, masih banyak peserta didik yang belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimum saat menjawab soal-soal dalam level kognitif HOTS. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Keterlaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas ini, peneliti memfokuskan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perubahan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning, serta mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus kegiatan dengan masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan pembelajaran. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pemanfaatan model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) peserta didik  pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IX.9 SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa setelah diberikan tindakan terjadi peningkatan HOTS yang cukup signifikan pada peserta didik dari yang sebelumnya hanya 46,4% peserta didik meningkat menjadi 71,4% peserta didik yang berada pada keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi.
