Abstract

Purpose this study is to know (1) motivation and economic learning outcomes of specialization students Social Sciences Studies, (2) motivation and learning outcomes of cross-interest economic learning Mathematics and Natural Sciences, and (3) the significant differences between motivation and economic learning students outcomes of specialization Social Sciences Studies and cross-interest Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The design is quantitative study using comparative methods. The population is class X students of specialization Social Sciences Studies and Mathematics and Natural Sciences who had economic cross-interest subjects totaled 332 students with sample taken totaled 192 students. Instruments is used questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis is Independent-Sample T-test. The results is (1) learning motivation economic of specialization students Social Sciences Studies is in the high category and learning outcomes economic are in the sufficient category, (2) learning motivation economic of cross-interest Mathematics and Natural Sciences is in the high category and learning outcomes economic are in the sufficient category, and (3) there are significant difference between motivation and economic learning outcomes in specialization based students Social Sciences Studies and cross-interest based students Mathematics and Natural Sciences.

Abstract

This study aims to partially determine the effect of the school environment and learning motivation on social science learning achievement and to determine the simultaneous influence of the school environment and learning motivation on social science learning achievement. The type of research is causal. The population of this research  was all of the students of  grade VIII  SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in the academic year 2019/2020. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling and the number of samples were 77 students. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, documentation and observation and data analysis of this research is  multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that (1) the school environment has a significant effect on student achievement with a sig value of 0.016 < 0.05, (2) learning motivation has a significant effect on student achievement with a sig value of 0.015 < 0.05, (3) the school environment and learning motivation simultaneously significant effect on student achievement with sig. obtained is 0.015 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of the level of education, capital and technology partially on the competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Sawan District, (2) the influence of the level of education, capital and technology simultaneously on business competitiveness. micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Sawan District, (3) the magnitude of the influence of the level of education, capital and technology on the competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Sawan District. This type of research is causal research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all formal MSMEs in Sawan District, Buleleng Regency as many as 2,365 with a sample of 343 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. Then, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a partially significant influence between the level of education, and capital on the competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Sawan District. Meanwhile, technology does not affect the competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Sawan District, (2) there is a simultaneous significant effect between the level of education, capital and technology on the competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Sawan District, (3) the magnitude of the influence of the level of education, capital, and technology on the competitiveness of MSMEs is 51.3% while 48.7% is influenced by other variables not tested in this study.

Abstract

Accounting learning requires an understanding of the concepts and stages in each material. The choice of method must be considered in order to achieve the learning objectives. The method used in learning accounting in class XI Accounting II before the action is a discussion method, while learning accounting is not only studying the theory. Lack of practice questions is given to students, which makes students not understand the concepts and stages in each material, which causes cognitive and psychomotor learning outcomes of accounting practicum students of class XI Accounting II to still be low. This study aims to determine the application of the drill learning method in improving the learning outcomes of accounting practicum students at SMK Negeri 1 Seririt. This research is classroom action research (CAR) conducted in class XI Accounting II by using descriptive statistical analysis to describe the learning outcomes of accounting practicum students of XI Accounting II. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes in each cycle. In the first cycle, cognitive learning outcomes increased 3.85%, and psychomotor increased 41.18%. The second cycle of cognitive learning outcomes increased by 11.11%, and psychomotor increased by 20.83%. So it can be concluded that the application of the drill learning method can improve the learning outcomes of accounting practicum students at SMK Negeri 1 Seririt.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of student attention, teacher social competence, and the role of parents on student learning activity during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a type of causal research. The population is 250 students of class VIII SMPN1 Sukasada, and a sample of 154 respondents using the Yamane or Slovin formula and the proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires and observations, which were then analyzed using the t test and F test through the SPSS 28 for Windows program. The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous influence of student attention, teacher social competence, and the role of parents on student learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada.

Abstract

This study was conducted so that researchers can determine the effect of the cooperative learning model of students' teams achievement division (STAD) on the economics learning outcomes of class XI IPS-1 students at SMA Swasta Masehi GBKP Berastagi FY 2021/2022. This study uses a quasi-experimental type of research (quasi-experimental). The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS-1 while the objects of this study were learning outcomes and cooperative learning models of students' teams achievement division (STAD) type. This research design uses the one group pretest-posttest or pre-experimental. The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of the use of the cooperative learning model type student achievement division (STAD) on the economic learning outcomes of class XI IPS-1 students at SMA Swasta Masehi GBKP Berastagi FY 2021/2022. The results of the t-test analysis show the t-value of 21.211 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, so Ha is accepted or the alternative decision is accepted and H0 is rejected or the null hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover affect profitability. This research uses causal quantitative research. Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) di Kecamatan Payangan, constitute the population in this study, there are 48 LPD. The total sample in this study was 33 LPD obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The types of data used are quantitative data, secondary data sources, and documentation data collection. Multiple linear regression analysis is the data analysis technique used. The results showed that (1) the level of cash turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability. (2) accounts receivable turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability. (3) the level of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on profitability. The higher the cash turnover, the cash that comes back through sales can be used to fund the company's operational activities. So that the financial condition of the LPD will always be protected and profitability will also increase. The higher the turnover of receivables from disbursed loans will be followed by an increase in profits from the disbursed credit interest thereby increasing profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of volunteer tax assistance, e-filing, and tax socialization on the compliance of individual taxpayers (WPOP) in reporting annual tax returns (SPT) at the Pratama Gianyar Tax Office (KPP). This type of research is causal research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Gianyar, totaling 288.229 taxpayers. The number of samples in this study was 100, calculated based on the Slovin formula and taken using a proportional random sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary and secondary. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y = 60,463 – 0,384+ 0,332 – 0,334 is obtained. The results of this hypothesis test indicate that the e-filling variable has a positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at the Gianyar Pratama Tax Service Office, while the variables volunteer tax assistance and tax socialization have a negative and significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at the Gianyar Primary Tax Service Office. Subsequent results show that volunteer tax assistance, e-filling, and tax socialization together have an effect on individual taxpayers (WPOP) in reporting annual SPT at KPP Pratama Gianyar, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount > Ftable (7.371 > 3.091).

Abstract

The term "financial technology" (Fintech) is used to describe the application of innovative ICTs to the financial sector, namely to the processing of financial transactions and the promotion of new financial goods and services. Payment processing is just one of the many financial services that can be facilitated by fintech. Other examples include stock trading, financial regulation, funding and forecasting, and wealth management. In this study, we focus on fintech's application as a means of payment. The ability of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) actors to modify their activities, especially in the non-cash payment system, will be essential in the face of current technological improvements. Because the long-term success of the MSME sector could be jeopardized if industry actors do not execute the necessary reforms. As a corollary, MSME players will almost certainly be unable to compete with more developed enterprises in terms of sales transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of self-control and interest in learning economics on the learning outcomes of economics students in grade XII IPS SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. The type of research used in causal research and the type of data used use a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used in the study used questionnaire and documentation methods. The sample used was 89 respondents. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The data analysis techniques used in the study were multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t hypothesis test, F hypothesis test, and determination coefficient. The results of the study showed that (1) self-control had a significant positive effect on learning outcomes, (2) learning interest had a positive effect on learning outcomes, and (3) the influence of self-control and learning interest had a significant positive effect on learning outcomes. This can be seen from the results of multiple linear regression with an X1 value of 0.461 and an X2 value of 0.611. The results of the t-test of the self-control variable have a significant value of 0.001 less than 0.05, which means that H1 is accepted, and the results of the t-test of the learning interest variable have a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05, which means that H2 is accepted, and the result of the F test has a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05, which means that H3 is accepted.
