Abstract

Profil Kesehatan Kota Padang (2024) menunjukkan bahwa seluruh rumah sakit telah bertransformasi menggunakan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) yang terintegrasi dengan SATU SEHAT Kementerian Kesehatan. Namun, dari sepuluh rumah sakit umum tipe C, masih terdapat beberapa yang belum lengkap dalam pelaporan, termasuk RSUD Dr. Rasidin Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara penggunaan RME dengan kepuasan tenaga kesehatan di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUD Dr. Rasidin Padang tahun 2025. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional menggunakan sampel sebanyak 45 tenaga kesehatan yang dipilih melalui teknik proporsional random sampling . Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan secara univariat serta bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 42,2% tenaga kesehatan menyatakan tidak puas terhadap aplikasi RME, dan 35,6% menilai penggunaan RME kurang baik. Uji chi-square menghasilkan nilai p-value = 0,007 (p < 0,05), yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara penggunaan RME dengan kepuasan tenaga kesehatan. Disarankan agar rumah sakit meningkatkan kualitas penggunaan RME melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, serta optimalisasi sistem untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kepuasan pelayanan tenaga kesehatan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas mini drum dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan musikal anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Kota Padang. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan permasalahan berdasarkan fakta dilapangan yang menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan musikal anak belum berkembang secara maksimal, seperti anak yang tidak merespon dalam bernyanyi, sulit untuk mengikuti setiap ketukan dan tempo musik, serta sulit untuk mencocokkan nada dan irama sesuai dengan lagu yang didengarkan. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dalam bentuk quasi eksperimen. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu empat puluh empat anak, dengan sampel penelitiian B1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan B2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Prosedur pengumpulan data melalui uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis dan uji effect size dengan menggunakan SPSS 30 for windows. Hasil penelitian pada pre-test menemukan bahwa kelompok kontrol memperoleh rata-rata 12,80 dan kelompok eksperimen memperoleh rata-rata 13,70. Setelah dilakukan treatment skor post-test rata-rata adalah 25,70 pada kelompok eksperimen dan 2016 pada kelompok kontrol. Nilai sig (2-tailed) yang diperoleh dari uji t adalah 0,003 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan terdapat efek yang signifikan antara mini drum terhadap perkembangan musikal.

Abstract

Early reading is an integrated activity that includes a number of activities, from recognizing letters, understanding words, reading letters along with the sounds and meanings contained, and drawing conclusions from a reading. One of the ICT media that is considered effective and interesting for developing children's early reading skills is Canva-based interactive multimedia. This media stimulates a learning experience that makes children happy, so that it can encourage their interest in learning, especially for those who experience delays in recognizing letters, words, and the relationship between sound and meaning. This study aims to investigate the extent to which Canva-based interactive multimedia influences children's early reading skills at Wahana Harapan Bangsa 1 Kindergarten, Padang City. The quantitative approach through its method is in the form of a quasi-experiment. Referring to the results of the post-test hypothesis test, a significance value of 136> 0.05 was obtained, which indicates that the data from both classes are homogeneous. Furthermore, the t-test results show its significance (2-tailed) with a value of 0.006 for equal variances assumed and 0.009 for equal variances not assumed, both of which are> 0.05. The research findings indicate a significant difference between the experimental and control classes. This means that the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and (Ho) is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of Canva-based interactive multimedia has a significant impact on improving children's early reading skills.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of the Project Based Learning model on the early numeracy skills of children aged 5–6 years at Sabbihisma 4 Kindergarten, Padang. Preliminary observations indicated that the children’s numeracy abilities were still underdeveloped, as shown by the difficulty some experienced in counting, sequencing, and writing numbers from 1 to 20. Adopting a quantitative approach, the research applied an experimental design in the form of a Quasi-Experiment. The study population included all children enrolled at Sabbihisma 4 Kindergarten, with the sample comprising 10 children each from classes B5 and B6. Data were obtained through testing and analyzed using normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis tests. Results revealed that in the experimental group, the mean pre-test score of 9.9 rose to 20.6 in the post-test, with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.002, which is below the threshold of 0.05. These findings suggest that the use of the Project Based Learning model significantly improved early numeracy skills at Sabbihisma 4 Kindergarten, Padang.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to determine how the ecobrick project approach affects the collaboration abilities of the kindergarten students at Nur Ilaahi Lubuk Buaya. Preliminary observations revealed that the kids' cooperation skills were still not fully developed. Despite being expected to work in groups, the kids continued to work alone. This research employs a quasi-experimental technique and a quantitative approach. All 74 students of Nur Ilaahi Lubuk Buaya Padang Kindergarten, split up into 5 classes (B1 through B5), make up the study's population. With 15 kids from each class—class B1 being the experimental class and class B3 being the control class—a sample of 30 kids was chosen. Cluster sampling was the method of sampling that was used. Tests, documentation, and observation were among the methods used to gather data. Among the data analysis methods were hypothesis testing, homogeneity testing, and normality testing. With a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, the study's results revealed that the experimental class's average pre-test score was 8.13 and rose to 18.2 in the post-test. This suggests that the cooperative abilities of the 5–6-year-old students at Nur Ilaahi Lubuk Buaya Padang Kindergarten are impacted by the ecobrick project technique.

Abstract

English vocabulary recognition in children aged 5–6 years is often limited to pronunciation activities without an understanding of written forms. This condition impacts children's low ability to connect word sounds with written symbols. This study aims to examine the effect of using crossword puzzles on the English vocabulary recognition abilities of children aged 5–6 years at Al-Fadhlah Minas Kindergarten. The study used a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group involving two classes, each consisting of 15 children. Data analysis using an independent samples t-test showed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups (p < 0.001). The calculation of the effect size using Cohen's d produced a value of 4.11, which is categorized as very large. The results indicate that crossword puzzles provide a stronger contribution in supporting vocabulary recognition than conventional learning media

Abstract

This research is motivated by the suboptimal social development of children in the current technological era, where excessive device usage has hindered the growth of their cooperation, communication, and independent conflict-resolution skills. The primary objective of this study is to examine the effect of the collaborative game "Carrying Ball on Poles" on the social development of early childhood. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design (Nonequivalent Control Group Design). The subjects consisted of a single group assigned to the experimental class. Data were collected through structured observations using a validated social development assessment instrument. The data analysis used an independent-samples t-test to compare pre-test and post-test results. The findings indicate a significant improvement in children's social skills through intensive interaction that requires physical synchronization and effective communication during the game. This study concludes that innovative group-play-based learning strategies are essential to optimizing children's social potential holistically.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of counting box media on children's arithmetic skills, especially those aged 5-6 years. The method used is a quantitative, quasi-experimental design with 30 children, comprising an experimental class and a control class. Data collection and analysis use the SPSS application version 31 for Windows, which includes normality tests and nonparametric tests (Mann-Whitney and Wilcoxon). The results obtained indicate a significant influence given by counting box media on children's abilities, with a value of 0.001 < 0.05. Therefore, counting box media can be used as an effective learning media idea in supporting the development of children's arithmetic skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of decorative collage activities on the fine motor skills of children aged 5–6 years at Nurul Usmany Kindergarten, Muaro Paneh, by considering the importance of stimulating motor development at an early age as a basis for children's academic abilities and life skills in the future. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the One Group Pretest-Posttest type, which allows researchers to observe changes in children's abilities before and after being given treatment in the form of systematic decorative collage activities. The research subjects consisted of 15 children selected as research samples, where all participants participated in learning activities that had been structured by the researcher together with the class teacher. Data collection was carried out through direct observation and fine motor development tests, with a focus on aspects of eye-hand coordination, accuracy, and the ability to arrange and stick collage materials. The data obtained were then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test because the results of the normality test showed that the data were not normally distributed, so an appropriate non-parametric analysis method was needed. The results of the study showed an increase in the average score of children's fine motor skills from 2.87 in the pretest to 3.73 in the posttest after being given treatment in the form of decorative collage activities. This increase indicates a significant positive change in children's fine motor skills after participating in these activities repeatedly and in a directed manner. The results of the hypothesis test also showed a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between creative collage activities on improving fine motor skills in early childhood. These findings indicate that collage activities not only function as artistic activities, but also as an effective learning medium in developing children's fine motor skills. Thus, decorative collage activities can be used as an effective alternative learning method in early childhood education institutions to support children's physical and cognitive development optimally.
