Abstract

Tulisan ini menyoroti dinamika politik Nahdlatul Ulama dalam perspektif sosiologis, historis, dan antropologis. Berdasarkan kenyataan yang ada, dinamika politik NU nampaknya telah merambah pada berbagai aspek, meliputi aspek keagamaan, politik, dan budaya. NU pernah terlibat dalam dunia politik. Organisasi ini pernah juga menyatakan keluar dari dunia politik Kemampuan NU dalam beradaptasi dengan perkembangan dan tuntutan zaman telah membuat organisasi ini tetap eksis di tengah arus perubahan politik masyarakat dan menjadi suatu organisasi keagamaan terbesar di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Implementation of Da'wah and Work Culture and its Correlation in Increasing Work Productivity within the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Majene Regency. Qualitative research with naturalistic type, data collection is carried out by observation, interview, and documentation. Primary data sources are obtained from employees of the Majen district gama ministry, secondary data from relevant articles.  The results showed that the implementation of da'wah and work culture at the Majene Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office had been realized but the level of implementation was different between one work culture and another, on average the easiest work culture to implement was exemplary and what was considered difficult was innovation, it was also found that da'wah and work culture were correlated to increase the productivity of the work of stakeholders.

Abstract

Proses pelaksanaan strategi penyuluhan agama Islam di Kabupaten Barru menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan penelitian lebih mengutamakan disiplin ilmu komunikasi dakwah. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri atas dua, yakni data primer dan skunder. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menata secara sistematis catatan hasil pengamatan data tertulis, fokus analisis data berdasar pada induktif dengan beberapa tahapan analisis. Proses pelaksanaan program strategi penyuluhan agama Islam bermula dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian dan pengawasan. Perencanaan dilaksanakan untuk menyesuaikan materi penyuluhan yang akan disampaikan berdasarkan situasi dan kondisi sasaran penyuluhan serta tujuan yang hendak dicapai. Perencanaan ini mengacu pada program kerja yang telah disusun oleh Pokjaluh, selanjutnya dilaksanakan observasi dengan cara pengamatan langsung di lokasi penyuluhan. Pengorganisasian, yakni dengan cara membentuk kelompok-kelompok penyuluhan di tingkat kecamatan dan desa, membetuk forum lembaga dakwah, membentuk dan mengaktifkan majelis taklim dan kelompok remaja mesjid, kemudian menyampaikan informasi tentang pelaksanaan penyuluhan. Pengawasan dalam kegiatan penyuluhan mencakup evaluasi pelaksanaan kinerja para penyuluh. Kinerja tersebut antara lain dilihat dari penyusunan laporan setiap penyuluh. Bentuk lain pengawasan adalah pihak Pokjaluh mengadakan rapat evaluasi setiap bulan.

Abstract

Purpose − The high average screen time and number of TikTok users in Indonesia indicate a change in the communication patterns of society. Da'wah practices in the contemporary era have also evolved. Da'wah is now delivered through digital access. The context of digital da'wah in the contemporary era requires not only visual beauty, but also the right strategy. This study departs from the strategy of using language and humor in da'wah, which is still a matter of debate, because not all circles accept the use of humor in da'wah in the same way. Gus Miftah is one of the preachers who receives mixed responses from his audience because of the language and humor he uses in his speech.This study aims to examine the audience's response to the use of language and humor in Gus Miftah's preaching, as well as the meanings that emerge from the audience's response to the language and humor in Gus Miftah's preaching. Method − This research is a descriptive qualitative study using an audience reception approach. The reception approach refers to the understanding that the dynamics of message reception cannot be understood solely through the process of message production and delivery, but also through how the audience receives, understands, interprets, and negotiates the meaning of the message. Findings − The results of the study show that based on the classification using Stuart Hall's reception model, the dominance of audience comments was in the opposition position, followed by the dominant hegemony position, and opposition.
