Abstract

Abstract Dalam dunia modern, masalah administrasi makin mendapat posisi penting dalam pelaksanaan segala usaha, termasuk kehidupan organisasional. Pimpinan memainkan peranan yang sangat penting, bahkan dikatakan amat menentukan dalam usaha pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Seorang pimpinan harus benar-benar mengetahui metode atau cara pengambilan keputusan serta teknik-teknik lainnya guna menghindari kesalahan yang fatal dan dapat merugikan dirinya dan organisasinya. Manusia sebagai pemimpin akan menjalankan fungsi kepemimpinannya dengan memimpin manusia. Dalam konteks ini makna keadilan yang pertama adalah keadilan yang benar-benar menempatkan manusia pada harkat kemanusiaannya. Untuk menjalankan fungsi keadilan, seorang pemimpin dituntut memiliki sifat-sifat kepemimpinan penunjang lainnya seperti pengetahuan, kearifan, kesabaran, kesederhanaan dan sifat terpuji lainnya, sehingga pada dirinya memang terdapat suatu otoritas yang memungkinkan ia menjalankan kepemimpinann yang adil tersebut. Setiap pemimpin sekurang-kurangnya memiliki tiga ciri yaitu persepsi sosial, kemampuan berpikir abstrak dan keseimbangan emosional. Kepemimpinan dakwah merupakan suatu kemampuan khusus yang dimiliki oleh pelaksana dakwah untuk mempengaruhi perilaku orang lain sesuai yang diinginkan oleh pelaksana dakwah. Tugas seorang pemimpin dalam arti kepemimpinan dakwah betul-betul merupakan tugas yang sangat besar dan mulia, dan tugas ini tidak dapat dipikul oleh semua orang, karena selain tugasnya yang berat, juga tanggung jawab menggerakkan dan memengaruhi orang lain secara suka rela. Tanggung jawab dunia dan akhirat. Itulah salah satu masalah yang tidak semua orang mampu melakukannya. Abstract

Abstract; Syariat Islam yang dijadikan landasan oleh umat manusia, berawal dari Nabi Muhammad saw. syariat tersebut berupa risalah yang bersumber dari ajaran ilahi yang diperuntukkan bagi umat manusia. Untuk mengetahui risalah tersebut, memerlukan pengamalan dan pemahaman yang tepat. Alquran dan Sunnah merupakan sumber syariat Islam yang dijadikan sebagai pedoman hidup bagi umat manusia, terutama bagi umat Islam. Syariat Islam merupakan senjata yang ampuh dalam menentang berbagai faham yang sesat, pandangan yang keliru tentang Islam dan berbagai persoalan agama Islam. Seluruh ciri atau karakteristik masyarakat pedesaan di atas sangat berpengaruh terhadap konsep berdakwah di pedesaan. Bagaimana seorang dai dapat menyesuaikan metode dakwahnya dengan keadaan masyarakat pedesaan yang cenderung menerima sikap pasrah dan kurang komunikatif dengan orang golongan di atasnya (orang kaya). Pentingnya strategi dakwah adalah untuk mencapai tujuan, sedangkan pentingnya suatu tujuan adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan. Kondisi masyarakat agraris yang cenderung memiliki waktu yang terbatas di waktu malam dan lebih banyak bekerja pada siang hari serta lebih banyak di rumah pada malam hari, maka langkah dakwah yang strategis adalah dakwah melalui face to face atau melalui rumah ke rumah. Masyarakat agraris cenderung butuh tempat bertanya masalah-masalah agama setiap saat. Oleh karena itu, pada kondisi tersebut mendorong dai untuk melaksanakan pendampingan terhadap mad’u, agar mereka mudah menyelesaikan masalahnya dengan tepat waktu. Materi dakwah yang tepat buat mereka adalah masih berkisar pada aqidah, akhlak dan muamalah. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Dakwah, Komunitas, Agraris Islamic Sharia which is premised by mankind, originated from the Prophet Muhammad. The law in the form of a treatise that comes from the divine teachings intended for humanity. To determine the treatise, requires practice and proper understanding. Quran and Sunnah is a source of Islamic law which is used as a way of life for humanity, especially for Muslims. Islamic Sharia is a powerful weapon in opposing the various schools of false, erroneous view of Islam and Islamic issues. The whole traits or characteristics of rural communities over very influential on the concept of preaching in the countryside. How a missionary preaching method can adjust to the situation of rural communities tend to accept resignation and less communicative with the group on it (the rich). The importance of da’wa strategy is to achieve the goal, while the importance of the goal is to get the desired results. Conditions of agrarian society that tend to have a limited time in the evening time and more work during the day and more at home in the evening, then step strategic da’wa is da’wa through face to face or through house to house. Agrarian societies tend to need a place to ask religious matters at any time. Therefore, in these conditions encourage preachers to carry out assistance to madu, so they are easy to resolve the problem in a timely manner. Material of da’wa is appropriate for them are still around on faith, morals and muamalah.

Abstract

This journal is to present about the contribution of Muhammadiyah in getting back the points of Maccera’ binanga in Bulukumba. Therefore, this journal is intended to talk about the action of Maccera’ binanga and Muhammadiyah’s contribution in correcting point of viewof Maccera’ Binanga which is still fallacious in Bulukumba. The collecting data done by indepth interview which is, then, examined through dakwah theory and social change theory. The outcome of this research points out that point of view of Bulukumbanesse about Maccera’ binanga is as an inscription to the Sea God for the fish. This thing must be done as if it is not done, so the God will be indignant and there is no more fish for the coming year. The Maccera’ binanga is usually done along with animal slaughter in the river springhead, and then the animal’s head is throw away in to the sea with sokko’ (A rice made from sticky rice), grilled chicken which is put in Suji ball. The fishermen have a point that Maccera’ binanga is a ritual which must be done every year.

Abstract

This study discusses the Prophet's preaching strategy in Medina. The issue is then broken down into research questions, namely: what are the steps of the Prophet's propaganda strategy in Medina? The object of this research is the steps of the propaganda strategy of the Prophet practised in Medina. The method used is using the method of documentation and analysis of historical texts. The results showed that the Messenger of Allāh do in carrying out da'wah had used the tactics and preaching strategy steps in Medina, starting from Mecca to his missionary journey in Medina. The implementation of the Prophet's preaching strategy steps in the form of preaching planning strategy, preaching organization strategy, preaching implementation strategy and preaching and controlling strategy and evaluation, all of which have been implemented in a strict and structured manner.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the da'wah method of Ustads Abdul Somad (UAS) in preaching and to find out the advantages and disadvantages of UAS in preaching through video and to find out the da'wah models developed by UAS in preaching in video media. The method used is content analysis in videos found on YouTube. The results showed that the UAS da'wah method was the da'wah method of al-hikmah, mauidzah and billati hiya ahsan. The advantages of UAS video lectures are: light lecture material, easy to understand delivery, use of language that is easily understood by all people, light jokes, precise arguments, use of gestures that match what he says, loud, loud and clear voice. firmly with the right intonation and with good rhetoric. the drawback is that the uploaded lecture video does not include a question and answer session, there is no subtitle, the accent is thick with a Sumatran accent, a lot of the videos are cut off. Abstract

Abstract[English]:The research carried out this time is library research by tracing various scientific works, in the form of books, papers, journals, magazines that discuss media (especially Youtube) and da'wah and are related to this discussion. The data collection method consists of several stages such as the data collection stage, the data management stage, and the data analysis stage. The subject matter of this research is related to Youtube and da'wah media, Youtube can be a media for da'wah and a model for da'wah on Youtube. The results showed that the use of you tube media as a medium for da'wah was more promising and easier to do. It was said that the relationship between you tube media and da'wah was the same target, the same segmentation and the same needs. Meanwhile, the use of You Tube as a medium of preaching by most famous preachers has used and made the best use of it. The da'wah model on you tube can be in the form of serial video lectures, short video lectures, video lecture pieces, music videos / songs, short story videos and live streaming. The implication of this research is that the preachers and preachers will take advantage of the Youtube media as a media of preaching that is very promising.Abstrak[Indonesia]: Penelitian yang dilakukan kali ini adalah penelitian pustaka dengan melalui penelusuran terhadap berbagai karya ilmiah, berupa buku-buku, makalah, jurnal, majalah yang membahas tentang media (khususnya You Tube) dan dakwah serta ada hubungannya dengan pembahasan ini. Metode pengumpulan data melalui beberapa tahapan seperti tahapan pengumpulan data, tahapan pengelolaan data, dan tahapan analisis data. Pokok bahasan pada penelitian ini adalah terkait dengan media Youtube dan dakwah, Youtube dapat menjadi media dakwah dan model dakwah di Youtube. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media You Tube sebagai media dakwah semakin menjanjikan dan semakin mudah dilakukan, hal tersebut dikatakan bahwa keterkaitan antara media You Tube dengan dakwah adalah kesamaan sasaran, segmentasi yang sama dan kesamaan kebutuhan. Sedangkan pemanfaatan You tube sebagai media dakwah oleh kebanyakan dai kondang telah menggunakan dan memanfaatkan dengan sebaik-baiknya. Ada pun model dakwah di You Tube dapat berupa video ceramah serial, video ceramah singkat, video potongan ceramah, video musik/lagu, video cerita singkat dan aliran langsung. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah kiranya para dai dan mubalig memanfaatkan media Youtube sebagai media dakwah yang sangat menjanjikan ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the da'wa strategy in minimizing the spread of hoax information on social media for UIN Alauddin Makassar students. Focused on how to recognize hoax information in the media, what factors caused the spread of hoax information and what strategic da'wa steps were taken to minimize the spread of hoax information on social media for UIN Alauddin Makassar students. This research is descriptive qualitative research using social media and da'wa approaches. The data sources of this research were students of UIN Alauddin Makassar using data collection methods through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the ways to recognize hoax information on social media were checking the site and article quality, checking the truth of the information, being aware of provocative titles, checking facts, checking the authenticity of photos, participating in anti-hoax discussion groups. The factors that caused the spread of hoax information on social media by UIN Alauddin Makassar students were prioritizing substance over news sources, liking to share and being lazy to read, being too anxious, and feeling threatened by danger, the most updated and wanting recognition. The strategic steps for da'wa in minimizing the spread of hoax information on social media for UIN Alauddin Makassar students are to be careful of news from wicked people, spreading hoax information is a sin, spreading hoax information can make others miserable. The implication of this research is the need for awareness to recognize hoax information and not spread it to irresponsible parties.***Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi dakwah dalam meminimalisir penyebaran informasi hoax di media sosial bagi mahasiswa UIN Alauddin Makassar. Terfokus pada bagaimana cara mengenali informasi hoax di media, faktor-faktor apa yang menyebabkan tersebarnya informasi hoax dan langkah strategis dakwah apa yang dilakukan dalam meminimalisir penyebaran informasi hoax di media sosial bagi mahasiswa UIN Alauddin Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan media sosial dan dakwah. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa UIN Alauddin Makassar dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cara mengenali informasi hoax di media sosial adalah memeriksa situs dan kualitas artikel, memeriksa kebenaran informasi, waspada dengan judul provokatif, memeriksa fakta, mengecek keaslian foto, ikut serta grup diskusi anti hoax. Adapun faktor-faktor penyebab tersebarnya informasi hoax di media sosial oleh mahasiswa UIN Alauddin Makassar adalah memprioritaskan substansi dari pada sumber berita, suka berbagi dan malas membaca, terlalu cemas dan merasa terancam akan terjadi bahaya, paling update dan ingin pengakuan. Adapun langkah strategis dakwah dalam meminimalisir penyebaran informasi hoax di media sosial bagi mahasiswa UIN Alauddin Makassar adalah  berhati-hati terhadap berita dari orang-orang fasik, menyebarkan informasi hoax adalah dosa, menyebarkan informasi hoax dapat menyengsarakan orang lain. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya ada kesadaran untuk mengenali informasi hoax dan tidak menyebarkannya kepada pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

This study is to know the local culture and teaching strategies on strengthening the economy of the people in Bira village. The research question is how economic portrait of Bira village people and how is the role of local cultural andteaching strategies on strengthening the economy? The method used is qualitative research, through sociological approach, an approach that analyzes the social condition of the society as a whole among and its relation among the members in the community. Data premier source are women of Bira community, religous, local formal and informal, tourism figures, and related books as secondary data. Data are gathered through observation, interviews and document documentary analysis, data then analyzed through qualitative technique. The research shows that women are the backbone of the economy, after losing their husbands, through a weaving economic activity. There are two types of weaving apparels, namely Traditional Looms (TL) and Manual Looms (ML). The role of local culture and propagation strategies in strengthening the economy of Bira village people is sincere intention to be introduced in work, strengthen work ethic as part of Islamic teachings, teaches the importance of the honesty value and trustworthiness, instill values mandate in work and push to manufacture in woven gloves periodically as part of the local culture that needs to be preserved.
