Abstract

Abstract: Efforts to increase teacher professionalism can provide improvements in the field of education that are always implemented in order to advance the nation along with advances in science and technology. Several efforts are made to increase the competency of teaching staff through training. This is carried out to improve the quality of the nation's education and the creation of complete Indonesian people. The method used in this research is systematic literature review or SLR. The use of the SLR method aims to help unite different theoretical perspectives and in depth. A systematic literature reference search was carried out to identify relevant previous research as a review for this research. The analysis method in this article uses 2 methods, namely selecting texts that are relevant to the research objectives and the second is comparing them with best practice. In theoretical studies from several sources analyzed, it can be concluded that the training given to teachers/educators has an important role. in increasing competence and professionalism in facing future challenges. Educators are professional staff who are obliged to plan and implement the learning process, assess learning outcomes, provide guidance and training. Educators also have a professional commitment to improving the quality of education.Abstrak: Upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru dapat memberikan perbaikan dalam bidang pendidikan yang selalu dilaksanakan dalam rangka memajukan bangsa seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Beberapa upaya dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pengajar melalui pelatihan. Hal ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan bangsa dan terciptanya manusia Indonesia seutuhnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinjauan literatur sistematik atau SLR. Penggunaan metode SLR bertujuan untuk membantu menyatukan perspektif teoritis yang berbeda dan mendalam. Pencarian referensi literatur secara sistematis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi penelitian terdahulu yang relevan sebagai tinjauan penelitian ini. Metode analisis pada artikel ini menggunakan 2 metode yaitu memilih teks yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian dan kedua membandingkannya dengan best practice. Dalam kajian teori dari beberapa sumber yang dianalisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan kepada guru/pendidik mempunyai peranan penting. dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalisme dalam menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Pendidik adalah tenaga profesional yang berkewajiban merencanakan dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, menilai hasil pembelajaran, memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan. Pendidik juga mempunyai komitmen profesional dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract The problem of equalizing access to education is one of the educational problems that is still not resolved until now. There have been many efforts made by the government related to equalizing access to education, one of which is in equalizing education in an area. One of them is in the process of admitting new students, the government implements a zoning system. The PPDB policy by implementing a zoning system is one of the policies issued by the government in the hope that it will be the right policy in overcoming equal access to education. PPDB with a zoning system is contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 51 of 2017 concerning Acceptance of New Learners in Kindergartens, Elementary Schools, Junior High Schools, Senior High Schools, and Vocational High Schools. This research aims to analyze the problems of the zoning system PPDB as an effort to realize efforts to equalize access to education. The approach method applied is a literature study that obtains research articles on Google Scholar. The results show that the implementation of the zoning system PPDB is in accordance with the Permendikbud but it cannot be denied that there are internal and external factors that affect the process of implementing the Zoning system PPDB policy.

Abstract

Abstract : Student participation will have an impact on the sustainability of the MBKM program in the long term. However, it cannot be denied that the level of student participation is influenced by several factors including external and internal factors. One of the external factors that can affect the level of student participation is organizational culture and knowledge sharing. While the internal factor is motivation that comes from within students. This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture, motivation, knowledge sharing on student participation in the MBKM program. The research population was taken from 2019 batch students of the Faculty of Education, State University of Malang. The sample used was 40 students by utilizing random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by utilizing a questionnaire and disseminated using WhatsApp. While the data analysis used is the T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that there was a relationship between organizational culture, motivation and knowledge sharing on student participation in the implementation of the MBKM program at State UniversitiesAbstrak : Partisipasi mahasiswa akan berdampak pada keberlangsungan program MBKM dalam jangka panjang. Namun tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya faktor eksternal dan internal. Salah satu faktor eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa adalah budaya organisasi dan berbagi pengetahuan. Sedangkan faktor internal adalah motivasi yang berasal dari dalam diri siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan budaya organisasi, motivasi, berbagi pengetahuan terhadap partisipasi mahasiswa pada program MBKM. Populasi penelitian diambil dari mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Malang angkatan 2019. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 siswa dengan memanfaatkan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan kuesioner dan disebarluaskan melalui WhatsApp. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji T, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara budaya organisasi, motivasi dan berbagi pengetahuan terhadap partisipasi mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan program MBKM di Perguruan Tinggi Negeri.
