Abstract

Knowledge management merupakan rangkaian  dari proses kegiatan dalam organisasi atau instansi pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menciptakan serta menjelaskan dan mendistribusikan pengalaman dan pengetahuan kemudian dipelajari dalam organisasi guna untuk meningkatkn kualitas dan kuantitas dari organisasi tersebut. Dari 156 Madrasah Aliyah Swasta yang guru-gurunya telah disertifikasi, yang diambil sebagai sampel hanya 30 madrasah. Penentuan sampel tersebut dilakukan secara purposive, dengan mempertimbangakan keterwakilan wilayah/ kecamatan. Penelitian ini  diharapkan menjadi bahan kajian bagi berbagai stakeholder terkait, semisal pemerintah, pihak madrasah, bahkan guru sertifikasi sendiri, khususnya  yang ada pada Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas melalui penerapan knowledge management. Dalam meningkatkan kemampuan profesionalitas guru sertifikasi perlu adanya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan IT (information technology) sebagai salah satu komponen yang ada pada knowledge management. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan IT dapat dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pemberian workshop dan pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pedagogik guru dan berfungsi sebagai wadah untuk sharing pengetahuan tentang kemampuan guru sertifikasi. Selain itu, hal penting lainnya adalah mengeksplisitkan pengetahuan yang dimiliki guna menambah pengalaman dan potensi yang dituangkan dalam bentuk pengaplikasian pada proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning of teacher performance improvement, organizing teacher performance improvement, implementing teacher performance improvement and evaluating teacher performance improvement. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach and the techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Research subjects of the Principal, vice-principal and teacher. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Guarantor of the validity of the researcher's data using trust, transferability, dependability and assertiveness The results of the research obtained in this study are: (1) Planning for improving teacher performance at the Sulthon Rinjani NW Dasan Poto IT Junior High School Foundation has been carried out with meetings / meetings between the principal, teachers and other school personnel so that appropriate planning can be determined in teacher performance. (2) Organizing teacher performance improvement in SMP IT Foundation Sulthon Rinjani NW Dasan Poto is still lacking, because there are still teachers at the high school / MA education level for the junior high school level and there are still groups of teachers who teach who are not in accordance with their expertise with those taught. (3) The implementation of teacher performance at the Sulthon Rinjani NW Dasan Poto IT Junior High School Foundation is still not carried out because the school's facilities and support for the teaching and learning process are still lacking. (4) Evaluation of teacher performance improvement at SMP IT Sulthon Rinjani NW Dasan Poto Foundation is carried out by providing direction / guidance and improvements in teacher performance

Abstract

Kurikulum sebagai pedoman atau dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran pada satuan pendidikan agar mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hakikat atau kedudukan kurikulum dalam pendidikan agama Islam, dengan cara mengetahui fungsi dan peran serta tujuan kurikulum dalam pendidikan islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Berdasarkan analisis dari sumber data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedudukan kurikulum dalam pendidikan agama Islam merupakan aspek terpenting dapat pendidian untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Kedudukan kurikulum dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peranan yang sangat penting untuk membentuk kepribadian seseorang. Dalam satuan pendidikan, pendidikan harus memahami kurikulum agar dapat merencanakan tujuan, metode, bahan dan meida dan juga teknik penilaian pembelajaran yang sesuai.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of quality-based management in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hikmah Lantan. The main focus of this research is to identify the problems faced, examine the potential for implementing quality-based management, and provide strategic recommendations for improving quality-based education management. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the research show that the implementation of quality-based management in this madrasa is still limited, especially in aspects of decision making that are not yet data-based, weak coordination between madrasa heads and educators, and evaluations that are more immoral in nature. formality without concrete follow-up. Obstacles faced include limited trained human resources, inadequate facilities, and low involvement of stakeholders such as parents and the community in supporting education policies. However, this research also identifies great potential in implementing quality-based management, including by increasing human resource capacity through training, using technology for data management and evaluation, and strengthening coordination and communication between stakeholders.

Abstract

Marketing Management of Education Services In Increasing the Number of Students In Primary Education Institutions Halimatuzzahrah1M.Zulfahmi Akbar2 Institut Agama Islam Nurul Hakim Lombok Barat Email: zahrah211096@gmail.com1akbarfahmi636@gmail.com Abstract This study investigates the role of educational services marketing management strategies in increasing the number of students at MI Nurul Hikmah Lantan. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through interviews with various related parties, such as managers, teachers, students, and parents. The content analysis method was used to analyze the collected data. The findings of this study indicate that MI Nurul Hikmah Lantan successfully implemented an educational services marketing management strategy by emphasizing the education services mix, namely product, price, place, process, promotion, distribution, and people. First, the school focuses on the quality of educational services by ensuring that the curriculum provided meets students' needs and meets applicable educational standards. Second, regarding promotion, MI Nurul Hikmah Lantan adopts various marketing strategies, including social media, the official website, and participation in education fairs to increase exposure and attract prospective students and parents. Third, special attention is paid to pricing and distribution by providing free tuition and conducting free programs. The effective integration of these components of the education service mix has helped MI Nurul Hikmah Lantan build a reputation and increase the number of students as an excellent educational institution that focuses on student needs. Therefore, this study provides a deep insight into the importance of educational services marketing management in increasing student enrollment and strengthening the competitive position of an educational institution. Future research can focus on further evaluation of more specific marketing strategies and their impact on student enrollment growth in other educational institutions. Abstract

HIMMAH NW as a student organization born in the region, continues to struggle to maintain its existence in the midst of competition with other national student organizations. One of the strategies used to attract new members is through needs analysis in the recruitment and debriefing process of new members, known as WAPA HIMMAH NW. This program not only serves as a formal orientation, but also as a preparation for members to play an active role in the organization and contribute to society. In order to support cadre capacity building, HIMMAH NW activities are implemented using the Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) approach, which involves cadres in every stage, from planning to program implementation. This approach includes four main stages: foundation laying, research planning, information collection and analysis, and follow-up of findings, which aim to improve cadres' skills in facing organizational and social challenges. Through this approach, it is expected to create cadres who are not only proficient in organizing, but also have high integrity and adaptability
