Abstract

Kesenjangan kompetensi digital, rendahnya motivasi, dan ketiadaan sistem evaluasi yang sistematis menjadi kendala utama dalam optimalisasi pembelajaran di Al-Fikh Orchard, Selangor, Malaysia. Menjawab permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknis-pedagogis, menguatkan self-efficacy pengajar dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis digital seperti Quizizz, serta membekali institusi mitra dengan kerangka evaluasi yang terstruktur untuk mengukur dampak inovasi secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan yang melibatkan 30 orang pengajar ini dilaksanakan secara luring di Al-Fikh Orchard, Selangor, Malaysia, dengan mengadopsi pendekatan Service Learning (SL) yang partisipatif. Metode ini diimplementasikan melalui serangkaian tahapan terstruktur, mulai dari pemetaan kebutuhan awal melalui pre-test, dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan intensif yang mengintegrasikan kerangka Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), workshop kolaboratif untuk perancangan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) digital, sesi praktik microteaching dengan umpan balik sejawat, hingga pendampingan pasca-pelatihan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan implementasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan dampak yang sangat signifikan, terbukti dari peningkatan skor rata-rata gabungan kompetensi peserta (pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan teknis) sebesar 41.9 poin, atau setara dengan peningkatan 99.2% dari skor pre-test ke post-test. Secara kualitatif, kegiatan ini berhasil menghasilkan 10 set perangkat ajar digital siap pakai yang telah diuji melalui microteaching, serta berhasil memantik terbentuknya komunitas belajar informal di antara para pengajar yang berfungsi sebagai mekanisme mentoring internal. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan Service Learning yang holistik, yang tidak hanya fokus pada aspek teknis tetapi juga menguatkan landasan pedagogis (TPACK) dan self-efficacy, merupakan strategi yang efektif dan memberdayakan untuk memfasilitasi adopsi teknologi pendidikan yang bermakna dan berkelanjutan di institusi mitra

Abstract

The development of transportation corridors often triggers significant spatial transformations and directly affects the socio-ecological dynamics of a region. Over the past decade, the Bypass      BIL area in West Lombok Regency has rapidly developed as a strategic corridor connecting economic activities, residential areas, and the Mandalika tourism destination. This development has increased human demand for accessibility and economic opportunities, while simultaneously exerting pressure on the capacity and quality of natural resources. This study aims to analyze the interrelationship between human needs and natural resource management in achieving sustainable development in the Bypass      BIL area using the Driver–Pressure–State–Impact–Response (DPSIR) framework. The research was designed using a mixed-methods approach that integrates post-positivist and constructivist paradigms. Data were collected through remote sensing analysis, field observations, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and document and secondary data analysis. The results indicate that economic demands, tourism development, and spatial planning policies serve as the main driving forces that generate environmental pressures in the form of land-use conversion and ecosystem degradation. These pressures have led to declining environmental conditions and increased socio-economic vulnerability among local communities. This study highlights the importance of integrative, collaborative, and environmentally ethical policy responses to ensure that the development of transportation corridor areas proceeds in an equitable and sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study examines the development of TADIKA Alfikh Orchard through a comprehensive SWOT analysis, focusing on women's entrepreneurship in early childhood education management in Malaysia. Employing a qualitative descriptive methodology, the research utilized participatory observation and in-depth interviews during an International Community Service Program. The study reveals that women entrepreneurs demonstrate distinctive capabilities in integrating Islamic values with contemporary educational approaches. Key findings highlight the institution's strengths in financial literacy implementation and innovative learning programs, while identifying external opportunities in the growing demand for Islamic-based early childhood education. The research concludes that strategic networking, robust financial management, and continuous professional development are critical for sustainable growth in early childhood educational institutions. The study contributes to the understanding of women's entrepreneurship in educational contexts and provides strategic insights for institutional development in the Southeast Asian educational landscape.

Abstract

                This study aims to analyze strategies for increasing Islamic financial inclusion at An-Nikmah School in Cambodia, an Islamic educational institution in a country with a Muslim minority population. The main challenge faced is students' limited practical understanding of and access to Islamic financial products. This research used a descriptive-qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis with 33 participants, including students, teachers, school administrators, parents, community leaders, and financial practitioners. The results reveal internal strengths in the form of a commitment to Islamic principles, as well as challenges such as limited learning resources and technological infrastructure. The resulting strategies include the development of an integrated curriculum, teacher training, a mini-finance laboratory, a family literacy program, and partnerships with regional Islamic financial institutions. Implementation requires a phased approach with a monitoring system and innovative learning technology. This research provides an empirical contribution to strengthening Islamic financial literacy in education in a Muslim minority country.
