Abstract

In the business world, business people and companies always want to speed up their production of goods, so that they can increase profits and speed up capital turnover which in turn will encourage economic growth. With the increasing public demand for goods, this has resulted in the rise of many companies providing fresh funds or loan funds as capital obtained from factoring institutions. Factoring financing institutions are defined as business entities that carry out financing activities in the form of purchasing and/or transferring and managing short-term receivables. As an alternative for business funding, factoring is not as popular as other types of funding, even though this funding alternative is quite promising, especially at this time. The problem approach in this research uses a library study method which is carried out by collecting and analyzing several written works. The steps carried out in this literature study method are reducing data in the form of editing and summarizing in order to obtain main data regarding the essence related to factoring institution innovation (Factoring). The results of the research and discussion show that financing companies that provide receivable transfer services using the concept of factoring will make it easier for companies to settle their receivables and avoid unexpected risks such as default (broken promises) from other parties.

Abstract

Islamic banks that are Shariah compliant offer a wide range of financial services to meet local demands. Gold installment financing is a form of financing offered by several Islamic banks. Gold Bullion (bars) can be purchased with installment payments through the Murabahah contract associated with the Rahn contract. The purpose of this study is to study how hybrid contracts can be used to finance gold purchases over time. In this study, using descriptive analysis techniques (descriptive analysis). The authors use this strategy in an effort to provide a transparent explanation given the available research. The purpose of the descriptive method of analysis is to create a description (description) of the event or situation. The study found that the steps involved in providing gold installment financing are as follows: customer application, NAP preparation, financing approval, contract, gold procurement, and collateral deposit. Gold financing can be repaid for two to five years. The general implementation of gold installment financing is governed by the provisions stipulated in SEBI No. 14/16/dpbs of 2012 concerning gold installment financing products and SEOJK No. 36/SEOJK.03/2015 concerning products and activities of Sharia commercial banks and Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Commercial Banks. Customers can use gold as collateral to pay a down payment of at least 20%. However, there are costs involved, including the cost of storing and maintaining the guarantee during the installment period, and the guarantee is insured.

Abstract

The use of learning models has an essential role, of course it needs to be paid attention to in learning. For this reason, this research aims to explore the learning model applied to Natural Sciences (IPA) and Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at SMA Negeri 10 Tangerang City. This research uses a qualitative approach, case study method. The results of the research show that the learning models implemented within the framework of the Independent Curriculum have been implemented in this school since March 2023. The most interesting finding in this research is that although in general the learning models applied in the classroom are practically almost the same, however There are still differences in nuances between the learning models applied to Natural Science (IPA) subjects and Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. These two differences were divided into two groups, namely the group that used an inquiry-based learning model for science and the group that used a discussion-based learning model for PAI. The learning model in science subjects mainly often uses contextual learning and quantum learning, while the most commonly used learning model in PAI subjects is mind mapping. Teachers at this school have also implemented the use of digital media platforms which can increase the enthusiasm for the learning atmosphere. This small research discusses the implementation of the model for these two subjects because they have a causal relationship, where natural science will bring students to the realm of reason, while Islamic religious science will bring them to the realm of faith, naqli knowledge so that in the end they become human beings. completely.

Abstract

This research is motivated by English language learning, especially at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) level, which has not been effective in improving students' speaking skills. Various factors, such as the use of inappropriate learning methods, lack of facilities, and lack of student motivation, cause this. English language learning is an important aspect of education, especially in the era of globalization, which demands international communication skills. This study aims to analyze English learning management in improving students' speaking skills at MTs Nurul Jalal and MTs Khairul Ummah North Jakarta. This research is based on the philosophy of constructivism, which emphasizes the importance of the role of students in constructing knowledge through direct experience, as well as education management theory, which involves the processes of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The research method used is a qualitative case study, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. Respondents consisted of teachers, principals, and students in both MTs. The results showed that learning planning in these two madrasahs is quite good. However, its implementation still requires adjustments, especially in the organization of time and the use of learning media. Obstacles faced include limited facilities such as language laboratories and students' lack of confidence in communicating using English. Nevertheless, improvement efforts such as teacher training and the use of digital technology are starting to overcome these problems. This study concludes that effective learning management, with support from all school elements, can improve students' speaking skills. There is a need for synergy between teachers, principals, and educational policies that are more supportive of the development of language competencies, especially students' speaking skills in the madrasah environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memberikan gambaran tentang Manajemen Mutu dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Guru untuk Menghasilkan Lulusan yang Unggul dan Berdaya Saing di SMA Islam Al Kahfi Bogor dan SMA Mentari Ilmu Karawang. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada teori manajemen mutu Deming, konsep peningkatan kinerja, dan prinsip pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, di mana informan utama terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, serta tenaga kependidikan yang memiliki peran dalam pengelolaan mutu pendidikan di kedua sekolah tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen untuk mendapatkan data yang komprehensif mengenai strategi peningkatan kinerja guru. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik, yang melibatkan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan secara induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategis telah disusun dengan matang melalui rencana kerja sekolah yang terstruktur dan mencakup berbagai program peningkatan mutu guru. Organisasi dan pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dilakukan melalui pembentukan tim pelaksana yang bertanggung jawab atas peningkatan kinerja guru. Pelaksanaan program mencakup pendampingan guru secara rutin, seminar motivasi, serta evaluasi berkala. Tantangan internal dan eksternal telah diidentifikasi, disertai dengan strategi penyelesaian masalah yang sesuai. Keterlibatan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pelaksanaan program diperkuat, dengan menekankan transparansi dan akuntabilitas sebagai prinsip utama dalam evaluasi dan pelaporan kinerja.

Abstract

This study investigates the application of the hybrid contract concept in murabahah financing within Islamic banking, focusing on its legal validity, operational procedures, and compliance with Sharia principles. Hybrid contracts (al-‘uqud al-murakkabah), which integrate multiple contractual elements into a unified framework, have emerged as a significant innovation to address the limitations of conventional murabahah structures in meeting complex financing demands. Employing a normative juridical research design with a qualitative-descriptive approach, this research analyzes primary Islamic legal sources (Qur’an, Hadith, and classical fiqh), relevant regulations, and fatwas, particularly DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, alongside secondary literature on Islamic finance. The findings reveal that the hybrid contract model, particularly al-murabahah wa ar-rahn (murabahah with collateral), is legally permissible and aligns with the maqasid al-shariah when implemented with full asset ownership and risk assumption by the bank prior to contract execution. The study contributes to the discourse on Sharia-compliant financial innovation by proposing standardized governance protocols, enhanced transparency, and adaptive legal frameworks to strengthen hybrid murabahah financing practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru sekolah dasar sebagai bagian dari strategi penguatan mutu pendidikan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, penelitian dilakukan di SDN Cigerenem, Kabupaten Cianjur, melibatkan kepala sekolah dan guru kelas sebagai subjek aktif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen kepala sekolah yang mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan (POAC) secara terstruktur dan kolaboratif berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Pada tahap perencanaan, kepala sekolah melibatkan guru dalam penyusunan program pengembangan kinerja berbasis evaluasi kebutuhan dan ketersediaan sumber daya. Pengorganisasian dilakukan melalui pembagian peran yang jelas, koordinasi rutin, serta optimalisasi penggunaan sumber daya material dan digital. Tahap pelaksanaan ditandai dengan penggerakan guru melalui motivasi, apresiasi, bimbingan sejawat, dan pemberian ruang inovasi. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan supervisi formal dan refleksi kolektif untuk mengidentifikasi kemajuan, kendala, dan merancang tindak lanjut pengembangan guru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen kepala sekolah yang integratif dan kontekstual dapat menjadi pendorong utama dalam peningkatan kinerja guru secara berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kapasitas manajerial kepala sekolah dalam sistem manajemen berbasis sekolah untuk mewujudkan pendidikan dasar yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Community Learning Centres (PKBM) are non-formal educational institutions that expand access to education for marginalised communities. This study applied a qualitative case study approach at PKBM Cikal Bangsa and PKBM A. Ridha in Bekasi City, conducted over a three-month period. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with ten informants, participatory observations, and analysis of institutional documents. The study employed the POAC (Planning, Organising, Actuating, Controlling) framework as an analytical tool to examine institutional management practices. Findings show that both PKBMs implemented participatory planning, adaptive staff organisation, flexible programme delivery, and structured monitoring and evaluation. These practices enhanced student engagement, learning discipline, and academic progress. Institutional success was supported by collaborative leadership, active community participation, and management strategies tailored to students' socio-economic conditions. Variations in management practices between the two centres reflected differing levels of implementation effectiveness. The study contributes to the theoretical understanding of strategic management in non-formal education and offers practical guidance for PKBM managers and policymakers in developing context-sensitive, sustainable management models.
