Abstract

YUSRA MULAJATO. A Development Planning Information System  (the principal supervisor is Tajuddin Abdillah, S.Kom, M.Cs., and the co-supervisor is Moh. Ramdhan Arif Kaluku, S.Kom, M.Kom.)Musrenbang (Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembagunan or Development Planning Consultation Forum) is a part of the government's annual forum in development planning where is management remains to experience various problems. One of the problems includes a requirement for Kelurahan (Urban Village) to submit data of Musrenbang activity result, whether softcopy or hardcopy, to Sub-district and Bappeda (Regional Development Planning Agency). Then, the Sub-district will re-submit the data to the Bappeda in which this process is believed to cause a delay in the data  processing. Also, due to data duplication is made frequently, search for Musrenbang data is time-consuming when needed.  This research aims to develop a Development Planning Concultation Forum Information System, which can be integrated into F-SKPD Information System. System development method applies prototype. Research finding reveals that the Development Planning Consultation Forum Information System can perform  an exchange data with F-SKPD Information  System. Therefore, it facilitates Kelurahan and Sub-district in managing data of Musrenbang activity result and simplifies Musrenbang process of making report as well as ease the Bappeda in searching Musrenbang data.  Keywords: Musrenbang, Prototype

Abstract

CV. Dua Putra Satu Putri (DPSP) is one of the CVs located in Gorontalo District, Limboto Sub-district, Polohungo Village. Cash in and cash out data recording is still currently done conventionally. Financial data is recorded in a daily journal, which will later be processed into daily work reports. In the recording process, errors often occur, which result in delays in the process of making other reports. In addition, searching for data takes a long time because there is no good grouping of financial data. Based on that problem, it is important for CV. Dua Putra Satu Putri (DPSP) to apply a computerized accounting information system that functions to support the smooth running of business processes, improve the quality of reports, and also as the first step towards changes to the old system used by CV. Dua Putra Satu Putri (DPSP). This study aims to facilitate heavy equipment owners in the financial chart in the payment process for heavy equipment rental services at CV. Dua Putra Satu Putri (DPSP). The owner no longer recaps data in a handwritten manner, thus simplifying the process of managing financial data and making it easier for the owner to get a financial report result faster. The system development method used is the Prototype method by using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of the times the need for data as well as accurate, fast, and informative information is very much needed, Gorontalo District Finance Agency was not spared from similar data requests. Presenting data in the old-fashioned way often degrades the quality of financial statements in accordance with Government Accounting Standards (GAS). This requires the agency that manages, monitors the budget and also the entrepreneurs of Gorontalo Regency to present data that is in line with current needs while maintaining existing standards. The purpose of this study is to apply the prototype method to collect the needs of the presentation of financial statements which are then made in a rapid design and implementation of the system, to submit it to the Financial Board in order to get feedback as testing material in order to produce a good system and in accordance with needs. The results of this study are the Budgeting and Monitoring Monitoring Information System using the prototype method, which is applied to the PHP programming language and MySQL storage, this application is expected to facilitate the Financial Agency in presenting financial reports that are not only accurate and fast but also more informative so that easy to understand.Keywords: Information Systems, Finance, Prototype, PHP, MySQL

Abstract

Party equipment loan service is a place to serve all party-related equipment. It is currently such a secondary need for Gorontalo City and Gorontalo District community when organizing. Certain Party which requires supporting equipment such as frame tent, documentation, cosmetic, and others. Because of lots of service providers, users experience difficulty in choosing the wanted one. In addition, user highly need to have information related to an accurate provider location. Objective of this research was to design a system which a could provide a party equipment loan service by applying GIS technology. The technology was helpful for community to help them find the information associated with the party equipment loan service along with its location.

Abstract

Abstract Highly limited and accessible availability of capital sources for farmers has required an adjustment in the purchase of paddy farming business input with their existing capital. In other words, one of the obstacles experienced by farmers and small-scale agribusiness players to develop their business is the lack of access to capital sources. This research was aimed at designing an app which could facilitate farmers with investors in dealing startup capital in the farming issue. System development method applied prototype: 1. Communication and necessities collection, 2. Quick planning, 3. Quick  design modelling, 4. Prototype making, 5. Distribution of system/software to consumers/users and feedback by using Codeigniter programming language and MySQL database. Abstract

Dinas Koperasi UKM Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Gorontalo, didirikan pada 21 februari 2002, bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan dan pengembangan disektor koperasi, UKM, industri, dan perdagangan di Provinsi Gorontalo. Diskumperindag memiliki tugas meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan koperasi dan UKM serta mendorong pertumbuhan industri dan perdagangan lokal. Namun begitu, Pengelolaan surat masuk di Diskumperindag  saat ini masih dilakukan secara tertulis/manual, dan sering kali menghadapi masalah seperti sulitnya melacak surat dan kurangnya akurasi pencatatan. Masalah ini kemudian diperparah dengan jumlah surat masuk yang terus meningkat yang menyebabkan penumpukan arsip surat. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pengembangan aplikasi web menjadi solusi untuk mencatat surat masuk secara lebih terstruktur dan real-time, yang dapat meminimalkan resiko kehilangan data pada dokumen fisik, dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan surat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendigitalisasi pencatatan surat masuk untuk memudahkan dalam pemantauan dan pelacakan surat, serta mengurangi kebutuhan ruang penyimpanan arsip fisik.

Abstract

Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah, Perindustrian, dan Perdagangan (Diskumperindag) Provinsi Gorontalo memiliki peran penting dalam mengelola sektor koperasi, UMKM, industri, dan perdagangan di wilayahnya. Diskumperindag berperan penting dalam memantau harga barang kebutuhan pokok dan mengelola kegiatan perdagangan di Provinsi Gorontalo. Namun, proses pemantauan harga dan pencatatan kegiatan masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan dokumen fisik, sehingga berisiko kehilangan data dan menghambat efisiensi kerja. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu optimalisasi pengelolaan data harga dan kegiatan secara lebih terstruktur dan efektif. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk membantu Diskumperindag melalui pengembangan aplikasi web yang dirancang untuk (1) Mempermudah pencatatan harga barang kebutuhan pokok secara digital dan real-time, (2) Mengintegrasikan data kegiatan kantor dalam satu platform yang terpusat, dan (3) Meningkatkan efisiensi kerja pegawai yang sebelumnya menggunakan metode manual.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data memiliki peranan yang penting di berbagai sektor, termasuk dalam lembaga pendidikan seperti Raudhatul Athfal Almourky. Saat ini, pengelolaan data peserta didik di Raudhatul Athfal Almourky masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan seperti; data-data peserta didik baru, data peserta didik aktif, maupun data alumni masih ditulis pada buku induk sehingga proses pencarian data memakan waktu yang lama, formulir-formulir pendaftaran di kumpulkan dan disatukan ke dalam buku album besar. sehingga memakan banyak tempat penyimpanan di lemari arsip, serta tidak teraturnya manajemen data peserta didik di Raudhatul Athfal Almourky yang mengakibatkan kehilangan data peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi data diri peserta didik berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pengelolaan data siswa dan alumni serta proses pendaftaran siswa baru di RA Almourky. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode prototype. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dengan database MySQL. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Alpha testing untuk pengujian secara internal dan Beta testing untuk pengujian yang melibatkan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi pengelolaan data diri peserta didik berbasis website yang dapat digunakan oleh pegawai administrasi untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data peserta didik di Raudhatul Athfal Almourky.

Abstract

The Bone sub-district government conducted a community satisfaction index survey to evaluate public services. However, there are several problems such as; the survey is conducted ahead of data collection from the district, questionnaire answers can be seen directly by the service provider, the process of collecting and processing data is still time-consuming and costly, and there is a lack of technological support. The research aims to increase the value of community services in Bone sub-district through the development of a web-based community satisfaction index survey, for better effectiveness and efficiency. The system development method used is the Agile method. To ensure the use of the system on the user side, System Usability Scale (SUS) testing of the developed system is used. The results of this study indicate that the Community satisfaction index survey information system can support the sub-district in the survey process, management, and data analysis in real time, facilitate the sub-district in printing survey reports, and present survey results in the form of diagrams to facilitate the sub-district in monitoring the results of the Community satisfaction index. An efficient community satisfaction index survey information system. Based on the results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) test, this system has a high level of usability with an average score of 86 (grade A) meeting government needs, and is effective in collecting community satisfaction data.
