Abstract

The relocation of the State Capital requires the existence of binding legal rules, inseparable from the main purpose of the existence of a constitution is the protection of Human Rights. Considering that prior to the transfer of IKN these areas already had indigenous people, it must be ensured that IKN Law does not contain discrimination and protects the rights of indigenous peoples as part of human rights.. This paper aims to examine the extent to which human rights protection is guaranteed in the IKN Law. This research uses normative juridical with the IKN Law as the object of research. The IKN Law has provided protection for certainty and human rights guarantees in several articles related to guaranteeing customary cultural heritage and guaranteeing a decent life, but this law has not succeeded in providing socio-economic guarantees for indigenous peoples from the impacts of the development of the IKN, accompanied by not giving equal democratic rights to the IKN community in choosing their leaders which will have an impact on economic discrimination between immigrant communities and indigenous peoples and deprivation of the people's democratic right to choose their own leaders, so the essence of democracy will not be achieved.

Abstract

The Environmental Observation Strategy is the approach that separating students into groups and having them observe a specific topic for 10-15 minutes before putting to their ideas. Afterward, groups merge their thoughts to create a descriptive paragraph. This research study aims to investigate the significant effectiveness of utilizing the Environmental Observation strategy in enhancing the writing skills of seventh-grade students in the descriptive text at SMPN 10 Pontianak. Employing a pre-experimental research design with a one-group pre-test and post-test approach, the study selected a sample of 32 students through cluster sampling as the sampling technique. Data collection involved administering pre-tests and post-tests in descriptive writing assessments. Statistical analysis comprised t-tests and effect size calculations. The results unequivocally demonstrate the significant impact of the Environmental Observation Strategy on students' descriptive writing skills. The t-test analysis (8.244) surpassed the critical value (2.0395) with df = 31, indicating a strong effect (effect size = 1.428). These findings underscore the pivotal role of implementing the Environmental Observation Strategy to enhance descriptive writing skills, thereby warranting its recommendation for seventh-grade students. By providing students with opportunities to observe and engage with their environment, educators can foster a deeper understanding of descriptive language and encourage students to effectively communicate their observations and experiences through writing.

Abstract

Abstract

he rapid transformation of e-commerce into a digitally based system has intensified competition among online sellers, requiring innovative marketing strategies to attract consumer interest. One prominent strategy is affiliate marketing, where affiliators promote products through digital platforms and social media. However, the growing use of affiliate marketing raises questions regarding its alignment with Islamic economic principles, particularly in ensuring transparency, fairness, and ethical promotion. This study aims to analyze the role of affiliate marketing in increasing consumer interest in online shopping and to examine its relevance from a Sharia economics perspective. The research employs a qualitative approach using internet searching and library research methods, collecting data from academic journals, scholarly articles, and relevant online references. The findings indicate that affiliate marketing plays a significant role in enhancing consumer interest and influencing purchasing behavior through persuasive promotion, wider market reach, and increased product visibility. From a Sharia economics perspective, affiliate marketing can be considered permissible when it adheres to principles of honesty, transparency, and mutual benefit. This study contributes to the development of Islamic digital marketing literature by providing a conceptual framework that integrates affiliate marketing practices with Sharia economic values, thereby offering guidance for ethical and sustainable online business practices in the contemporary digital economy.

Abstract

The village hall is a public service building, where it is something that needs to be considered starting from adequate facilities, quality of service, and its environment. The village hall does not meet the standards of eligibility for the community if the environment is not maintained then it will eventually become a source of disease/discomfort for the community. As happened in the Potoan Daya Village Hall which is poorly maintained, filled with grass, and neglected. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field observation, interviews, and documentation as the main techniques for data collection. The results of this study found that after a direct survey, this public community service building is like a building that is no longer inhabited, outdated, the walls are faded, and covered in moss. In the front yard there are many weeds that continue to grow and so much that they cover the bricks. As for the building itself, the front of the building is very dirty and very unsuitable for health services because it is not health that is obtained but will bring disease. Community service by POSKO 1 is a bridge to a beautiful Village Hall.
