Abstract

This study explores Indonesia's personal agentic potential in addressing the spread of Covid-19 by implementing various government policies and Islamic agency awareness. Expost facto was used in this research, complemented with literature analysis. Data were collected from 200 respondents, classified based on education and gender. The data were validated using the Social and Agentic Awareness Questionnaire (SAAQ) and descriptors. The results showed that 76% of the respondents with secondary education had agentic and agent awareness of the virus and 24% did not. However, in terms of gender, 68% and 32% of male and female respondents had appropriate agentic awareness. Similarly, 60% of respondents with higher education and 40% with middle/secondary education had social awareness, in accordance with 35% of female and 65% of male respondents. These results indicated that respondents from higher education have a greater influence and potential in social awareness and agents to deal with the spread of COVID-19 compared to respondents from middle/secondary education. Subsequently, regarding agentic awareness, female respondents have lower social awareness compared to male respondents.

Abstract

Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah merupakan bentuk pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan keuangan negara/daerah selama suatu periode. Laporan Keuangan memiliki arah atau tujuan untuk menyediakan informasi yang berkualitas sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi penggunanya. Artikel ini mereview faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah pemerintah sebagai variabel dependen, dan Diklat PNS , Pemanfaatan Teknologi dan Organisasi sebagai variabel independen. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel agar dapat dimanfaatkan dan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review yang telah penulis lakukan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh variabel Diklat PNS terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah pemerintah , adan pengaruh variabel Pemanfaatan Teknologi terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah, dan ada pengaruh variabel Organisasi terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah pemerintah variabel.

Abstract

The present study aimed to identify self-regulated learning difference between male and female students in Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The present study employed quantitative approach with comparative design, the sample of the study was 300 students comprising of 164 male students and 135 female students. The samples were selected using stratified random sampling technique. The instrument that was employed was SRL scale. Independent Samples Test emerged as the data analysis technique to identify SRL difference between male and female students. The result of the study showed that there was significant difference between male and female students' SRL. Based on the SRL average level, female students possess higher level of SRL than male students. The result of the study can be used as initial assessment by school counselor in order to develop a guidance and counseling program concerning SRL.

Abstract

Digital transformation in guidance and counseling leverages website media to enhance students’ self-awareness, adapting to technological advancements in education. This study aims to test the effectiveness of website media in increasing students’ self-awareness through group guidance services. The research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) approach with the continuous Borg & Gall model, involving class X students of SMK Mahardhika Batujajar. The research instrument is a self-awareness scale, with data analysis through the Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk normality tests and the paired sample t-test effectiveness test. The results showed a significant increase in students’ self-awareness, with a total pretest score of 1,224 increasing to 1,745 in the posttest. The normality test showed that the data was normally distributed with a Kolmogorov-Smirnov significance value of 0.261 and Shapiro-Wilk 0.726 (> 0.05). The paired sample t-test effectiveness test showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000, which means that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. In conclusion, website-based media has proven effective in increasing students’ self-awareness with a more flexible and interactive approach. The contribution of this research includes a strategy for developing more adaptive technology-based guidance, providing more effective alternatives for students, and being a reference for teachers and counselors in integrating digital media in guidance and counseling services.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe student learning behavior and student self-regulated learning while studying from home, (2) analyze the relationship between self-regulated learning and student learning behavior while studying from home. This research is a descriptive correlational survey research. The research subjects were 2,867 junior high school students in Indonesia, Grades 7, 8 and 9 were selected by cluster random sampling. Data was collected online using google form. The research instrument uses a learning behavior scale and a self-regulated learning scale developed by the researcher and the instrument validation process has been carried out. Data were analyzed descriptively and correlationally using the JASP (Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program) program. Based on the results of the study (1) 1353 (47%) students have good learning behavior while studying from home and 1387 (48%) students have moderate levels of self-regulated learning while studying from home, (2) There is a correlation between learning behavior and self regulated learning.

Abstract

Salala-Aisisagadai become a cultural dance (local wisdom) that involves many people beyond age and social status. What Salala-Aisisagadai? How it involves many people? Does it become an instrument of reconciliation? The objective of this research is to investigate the value of guidance and counseling in salala-aisisagadai. Researchers was utilizing the qualitative method in the ethnography approach. The informants are 5 traditional leaders of the Sirigiwari Clan. The approach to data collection is a semi-structured interview. Collected data was analyzed through the Milles method. The results of the study showed that the Salala-Asisagadai contains values of guidance and counseling, especially group counseling. Therefore Salala-Aisisagadai becomes a local wisdom of group guidance and counseling. The local community used this method in dealing with various experiences especially in expressing their sense of losing family members or loves ones.

Abstract

Facts in the field show that the empathy skills that prospective counselors have in understanding their counseling, especially in the aspect of empathy have not been comprehensively internalized. This research has three specific objectives (1) to develop a case method learning model guide based on serat wedharaga  values to increase the empathy of prospective counselors; (2) the developed model is theoretically tested through the validation of material experts, media, and potential users; (3) The model is empirically tested that  the case method learning model  is based on the value of serat wedharagas to increase the empathy of prospective counselors. The implementation of this research uses the development method with ADDIE design. The results of the development are in the form of a learning guide that includes sixteen meetings, containing materials, media, and evaluation tools. The developed learning model proved to be theoretically feasible and practically effective, demonstrated through a paired t-test with a value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000, indicating a significant improvement between pretest and posttest. Thus, serat wedharaga value-based learning  is effective in increasing the empathy of prospective counselors. Suggestions for the next researcher to conduct follow-up studies related to the development of other learning models to strengthen the professional character of prospective counselors.
