Abstract

This study aims to provide an analysis of Textbook Sales Competition at a Book Publishing Company in Jambi City. This study is important to do in order to find out the causes, directors, and Business Ethics of book publishing companies in facing competition in Jambi City. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study, Marketing practices in book publishing companies in Jambi City may give rise to monopolistic practices that refer to unfair business competition that is prohibited in islam because it can disprove the competitors and harm to the consumers, which is certainly the opposite with sharia values. Whereas in Islam it has been arranged toin making peace always do good deeds and must not harm each other. Expected to book publishing companies applying the ethics of the right way of trading to the marketing is in accordance with Islamic sharia, one of which is with applying the five principles applied in Islamic business ethics in order to avoid monopolistic practices that refer to unfair business competition that is prohibited in islam.

Abstract

In a company or organization basically aims to maximize profits, and to be able to achieve these benefits employees must be able to carry out work tasks optimally both in goods and services companies, so that the end result of the income earned will be more profitable and can cover expenses. Work really requires good individual skills to be able to carry out the job well. Islam regulates all aspects of human life, especially in terms of work, because work is an obligation that must be carried out by humans to fulfill their needs. Employee performance has a big influence on the development of the company. If the company has quality resources, it will create good performance and be able to develop to achieve goals. Factors that can affect employee performance are religiosity and job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to find out whether religiosity and performance satisfaction affect the performance of CV Corien Center employees. The number of samples in this study was 30 people and used a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were used as samples. Multiple regression analysis was used as a data analysis technique. The results showed that there was no influence between religiosity and job satisfaction on employee performance. The percentage of contribution is 10.6% and the remaining 89.4% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a social protection program that provides non-cash assistance to poor families designated as Beneficiary Families (KPM). PKH is a program based on poor families, so the main targets are economically disadvantaged families. PKH is an effort directed towards the formation and human resources focus on aspects of education, health, and social welfare. This research is entitled "Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Improving Community welfare in the Islamic Economic Initiative". The purpose of this study is to find out what the Family Hope Program (PKH) is in providing social welfare to the community, find out how the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in providing social protection to the community, and find out what are the driving factors and inhibiting factors in implementing the Family Hope Program (PKH). This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and in sampling researcher used sample selection techniques with the provision of characteristics and characteristics of objects in the study, as for data collection techniques, namely through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the social protection provided by PKH to the community was in the fields of education, health, and social welfare. The implementation of PKH in Mendalo Indah Village goes through several stages, the first starting from the initial meeting stage, the second stage of entering data into the Management information system, the third stage of payment, and the last stage of commitment verification. The driving and inhibiting factors of PKH carried out in Mendalo Indah Village are that although it has not been fully implemented perfectly, the community admits that this program has helped and provided relief to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and compare how the financial control of ice jelly potter and cassava chips in financial control and to find out the shortcomings if they do not use financial control. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. While the data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that in terms of financial control, the ice jelly potter business has implemented financial control although it has not been maximized which includes financial management (budgeting, recording, reporting, and financial control). This is a plus for UMKM because they have implemented financial controls as well as future steps that will be taken to become more knowledgeable, and can assist in decision making in the future. The factors that become a shortage of cassava chips business in running a business if they do not use financial control (financial management) are not knowing the next steps to be taken, not being able to develop a business, not knowing whether the business is profitable or detrimental. Therefore, financial control is very important in running a business.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan menjadi indicator penyediaan layanan didalam mengimbangi harapan konsumen/nasabah. Besarnya kepedulian akan kualitas pelayanan serta peningkatan yang diterapkan perusahaan guna tercapainya kepuasan nasabah. Namun demikian masyarakat menilai kurangnya kualitas layanan bank syariah dibandingkan dengan bank konvensional. Peneliti mencoba mengkaji lebih jauh kualitas pelayanan bank BSI KCP Rimbo Bujang, guna menilai bagaimana persepsi dan sikap masyarakat muslim terhadap kualitas pelayanan bank BSI di Tebo. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan di lakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Secara keseluruhan persepsi dan sikap masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan baik atau positif. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan pernyataan nasabah yang merasa puas dan senang dengan pelayanan pihak BSI, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa hal perlu di perhatikan dan tingkatkan kembali.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Village Fund Finance is managed, to find out the factors that influence the effectiveness of Village Fund financial management, to find out how to manage Village Funds more effectively and to find out how well the financial performance of the Limbur Merangin Village Fund is, Merangin Regency. The type of research used is a type of qualitative and quantitative research (mixed method). Quantitative research because the data collected is in the form of figures from the financial reports of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) on the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDesa), while qualitative research is the process of inductively thinking processes related to the dynamics of the relationship between observed phenomena, and always use scientific logic. The results of the study show that in general the financial performance of the Limbur Merangin Village Government of Merangin Regency has been good in managing the finances of the Village Fund Budget. Where is the effectiveness ratio of the Limbur Merangin Village Fund during 2017-2022 in the effective category. This shows that the ability of the Limbur Merangin Village government to achieve the Village Fund target has been going well. The income growth ratio, the Village Fund's income growth fluctuates every year so that the financial performance of the Limbur Merangin Village government is not good in terms of managing the growth ratio.

Abstract

This thesis discusses and aims to know about the Role of the State in the Economy According to Ibn Taimiyah's Thoughts and Its Relevance to the Economic Development System in Indonesia. The approach used in this research is the literature approach which is a type of descriptive qualitative research. In this study, the researcher conducteda study of Ibn Taimiyah's views on the role of the state and its relevance to the economic system in Indonesia. The study in this paper is a type of literature study, which is looking for written material and other reading materials related to the topic discussed to study and analyze library sources in more detail to obtain research data. The results showed that 1. The role of the state described by Ibn Tamiyyah focuses on the concept of comprehensive justice in every circle, so that where there is a fair and comprehensive opportunity that each group and individual have, because there is the same opportunity that each group or individual has, causes a turnover of funds for community activities and the role of the government so that there is no market monopoly activity so as not to cause a high price of goods Certainly, so that this will have a good impact on the existing economic system, the government must also think about how to eliminate the gaps in a country, control market regulations, determine monetary policy so that there is no inflantion and deflection, and carry out economic planning so that it can fulfill social and group policies, by developing state infrastructure. 2. Furthermore, regarding the relevance of the development system according to Ibn Tamiyyah in Indonesia, there are several things that occur in the Indonesian government which are the application of fair currency values, infrastructure development, monetera policies carried out by the government and running the existing pendidi kan system for the importance of future generations..

Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh label halal, citra merek, harga dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik yang tidak terdaftar BPOM (Studi kasus desa sungai itik kec.sadu kab. Tanjung jabung timur). Skripsi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda secara parsial dan secara simultan dengan sampel 75 Masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel label halal, citra merek, harga dan gaya hidup berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk kosmetik yang tidak terdaftar BPOM (Studi kasus desa sungai itik kec.sadu kab. Tanjung jabung timur). Sedangkan secara parsial label halal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sementara citra merek tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan variabel harga, gaya hidup terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik yang tidak terdaftar BPOM (Studi kasus desa sungai itik kec.sadu kab. Tanjung jabung timur).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of income, number of customers and gold price on the distribution of PT's rahn financing. Sharia Pawn UPS Pasar Angso Duo Jambi (Season 2015-2022). The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The independent variables used in this study are income, number of customers and price of gold. The dependent variable is the distribution of stone financing. Data obtained from secondary and primary data. The statistical mode uses multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test and coefficient determination analysis.The results of this study show that income (X1) has a significant effect on the distribution of Rahn funding, as the significance value obtained is 0.002 and 0.05. This means that the income variable affects the distribution of lump sum funding. The number of customers (X2) has a significant impact on the distribution of the amount of funding, because the resulting significance value is 0.000andlt;0.05. And the price of gold (X3) significantly affects the distribution of the funding of the rock, because the resulting significance value is 0.037 andlt; 0.05. Judging by the simultaneous income test, the number of customers and the price of gold together affect the distribution of lump sum financing in PT. sharia pawn shop ups angso duo market jambi.

Abstract

In helping the muzzaki tithe in daruut tauhiid care Jambi and make it easier for muzakki to tithe in amil zakat institutions. the amil zakat institution cares Jambi can develop educational programs with the aim that the participants of the education program who cannot afford to go to school with the help of donations given by the muzakki. With the educational program at Daruut Tauhiid, the Daruud Tauhiid institution can develop the interests of the participants and develop the talents they have with the aim that the participants will help develop programs that exist at Daruut Tauhiid Care Jambi. The results of the study show that: (1) The strategy for collecting zakat funds carried out by the Jambi Branch of the Amil Zakat Daarut Tauhiid Peduli Institute is to optimize collection through digital channels online and offline. Using payment services owned by the institution and also cooperating with other institutions. Using payment services owned by the institution and also cooperating with other parties. (2) how the institution develops the assets that have been given by the muzakki to be developed in the programs that have been given by the muzakki. Using social media for documentation that has been carried out with the aim that the trust of people who give zakat is trustworthy if they give zakat at amil zakat daruut tauhiid institutions.
