Abstract

Stunting menjadi permasalahan di Indonesia, bahkan menjadi permasalahan yang mendunia karena sampai saat ini belum ada penanganan yang tepat untuk mengatasinya. Perlu adanya pencegahan stunting dengan memperhatikan jenis makanan yang dikonsumsi, sehingga selama proses pertumbuhan tidak mengalami kekurangan zat gizi yang penting bagi tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting melalui pemberian nungget belut pada anak stunting Di Desa Catur Rahayu. Dalam penelitian ini, dapat ditandai bahwa-bahan yang digunakan memberikan peran yang sangat penting, contohnya seperti belut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belut mengandung vitamin A, dan protein yang baik untuk tubuh. Tak hanya itu, asam amino, karbohidrat, magnesium, kalsium, zat besi, dan berbagai nutrisi lain juga tersimpan dalam belut. Bukan saja belut, melalui penelitian ini, wortel, telur, tepung sagu dan tepung panir yang lainnya juga berdampak baik bagi kesehatan. Tentunya, penelitian ini akan memberikan manfaat bagi peneliti masa depan, baik dalam hal kesehatan pada anak yang mengalami stunting ataupun dalam hal keuangan karena kelompok kami menggunakan resep dengan bahan yang sehat dan biaya yang murah. Stunting adalah kegagalan tumbuh kembang pada anak dibawah usia 5 tahun (bayi dibawah 5 tahun).

Abstract

The purpose ofthisstudyis to determine work motivation affects employee performance at PT Kereta ApiIndonesia (Persero) UPT. Balai Yasa Pulubrayan Medan.     To    find     out     the work environment and employee performance affect employees at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) UPT. Balai Yasa Pulubrayan Medan. The population in this study were 91 people, the sample was 91 people. The data collection method used is a questionnaire using validity     and     reliability     measuring instruments to measure validity and reliability, then using data analysis methods using     multiple     regression analysis which is used to determine the effect between the independent variables and the dependent variable simultaneously and individually, using hypothesis testing in the form of t-test which is used to determine the extent to which the independent variables used individually are able to explain the dependent variable and the F-test is used to determine the extent to which the independent            variables used simultaneously are able to explain the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination which measures how far the model's ability to explain the variation inthe dependent variable. Data analysis in this study used the help of IBM SPSS version 25. Personally (t-test) Work Motivation hasa positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Kereta ApiIndonesia (Persero) UPT. Balai Yasa Pulubrayan Medan. Abstract

The formulation of the problem is the still high level of complaints submitted by the public regarding services at BPS and to see whether there is an influence of the quality of human resources and organizational culture on the responsiveness of services. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the influence of the quality of human resources and organizational culture on the responsiveness of employee services at BPS Deli Serdang Regency. This data analysis technique uses a quantitative approach with a linkert scale, the population in this study were all employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Deli Serdang Regency totaling 148 people and sampling was carried out with a total sampling of 60 respondents. The calculation results in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 27 which is based on the results of the partial test (t test) the value of the influence of HR quality (1.729) t-table (2.002) and the significance value (0.089) sig (0.05) the results of the influence of organizational culture (12.766) t-table (2.002) and the significance value (0.01) sig (0.05) then it can be concluded partially that only organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the responsiveness of employee services at BPS Deli Serdang Regency. However, based on the simultaneous test (f test), the f-count value (101.967) f-table (3.16) and the significance value obtained (0.01) sig (0.05) So it can be concluded that the quality of human resources (X1) and organizational culture (X2) have met the F test requirements, which means that simultaneously both variables, namely the quality of human resources and organizational culture, have an influence and are significant to the responsiveness of employee services with a determination value of (77.4%).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of content marketing and influencer marketing on consumer purchase intention for Somethinc products in Medan. The research method employed a quantitative approach with data collection through an online questionnaire. The research sample consisted of 200 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results indicate that content marketing and influencer marketing have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase intention. These findings provide valuable insights for Somethinc and other cosmetic brands in designing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the utilization of the TikTok application as an educational medium in the era of Generation Z. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study are Generation Z, with the object being the use of the TikTok application as an educational medium. Data were collected through interviews with several students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram (UMMAT). The study focuses on three aspects: first, the types of TikTok content frequently viewed by Generation Z; second, the benefits of utilizing TikTok as an educational medium for Generation Z. The insights gained from this article provide a new perspective on how TikTok can be leveraged as an educational tool for Generation Z to acquire new learning knowledge and as a platform for disseminating educational content.
