Abstract

Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performa Excellence (MBCfPE) adalah salah satu metode untuk mengukur performa perusahaan dan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan menuju kinerja ekselen. Kompleksitas dalam pengadaan assessment ini secara resmi menyebabkan mayoritas perusahaan melakukan proses Internal Assessment sebelum melakukan pengukuran resmi. Untuk membantu proses tersebut dibutuhkan suatu alat bantu yang dapat membantu proses Internal Assessment perusahaan. Sistem internal assessment dalam alat bantu tersebut memuat data formulasi pertanyaan dan formulasi scoring yang diperoleh dari Indonesian Quality Award Foundation 2012 dan sistem penilaian berdasarkan Kriteria Pengukuran Kinerja Unggul (KPKU) untuk BUMN. Score yang diperoleh dari perangkat lunak ini dapat dijadikan acuan perusahaan untuk mengetahui kelemahan dan kekuatan perusahaan sebelum melakukan certified assessment. Makalah ini menyajikan tentang perancangan sistem perangkat lunak untuk internal assessment MBCfPE kriteria fokus tenaga kerja. Kata kunci : Fokus tenaga kerja, Internal Assessment, MBCfPE, Perangkat Lunak Abstract Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performa Excellence (MBCfPE) is one method for measuring the company's performance and improve the performance of the company towards performance excellence. The complexity of the procurement certified assessment causing the majority of companies conduct internal assessment process prior to certified measurements. To assist this process requires a tool that can accommodate the company's Internal Assessment. Internal assessment system in that tools load data query formulations and scoring formulations from Indonesian Quality Award Foundation 2012 and a scoring system based on KPKU for BUMN. The Score from this software may be used as a reference company to identify the weaknesses and strength of the company before making a certified assessment. Abstract

Waste is one of the causes of environmental problems, especially plastic waste. Therefore, education is carried out regarding knowledge about waste and waste utilization to minimize the accumulation of plastic waste. The aim of this education is so that high school students have environmental awareness and are able to be creative in utilizing surrounding waste to make environmentally friendly products that have high economic value. This education was carried out using a presentation method regarding waste materials and examples of waste utilization, namely coconut fiber waste which has the potential to be used as a strengthening material in the manufacture of biodegradable plastic. The results of the education provided show that there has been an increase in understanding regarding waste and its use on the "sangat mengetahui" indicator of 86.67%.

Abstract

Pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (DPPKBPM) Kota Banjarmasin  bertugas melaksanakan tugas pemerintahan di bidang keluarga berencana dan keluarga sejahtera. Pada DPPKBPM Kota Banjarmasin terdapat bidang Pengendalian Penduduk yang memiliki tugas mengelola data program Kampung KB, pada sistem yang dimiliki bidang tersebut masih belum bisa membuat data lebih rinci dengan waktu yang cepat, sehingga pada saat pengumpulan data ke sistem pusat sedikit memakan waktu, dikarenakan data yang ada masih belum dipilah atau disaring. Sehingga hal itu dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. tahapan dan pembahasan, penelitian ini nanti nya akan menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yaitu Apliaksi Pengelolaan Data Kampung KB Pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kota Banjarmasin. Peralatan yang digunakan untuk membuat aplikasi ini meliputi, Visual Studio Code, Xampp, PHP, MySQL dan Google Chrome. Penelitian ini memerlukan pengembangan sistem seperti fitur jadwal KB, jadwal agenda kegiatan waktu dekat, lokasi kampung KB dan notifikasi agenda.

Abstract

Katarak merupakan salah satu gangguan penglihatan yang signifikan dengan dampak global yang mencakup jutaan individu. Katarak umumnya terkait dengan faktor-faktor seperti penuaan, paparan sinar matahari, genetika, cedera mata, atau kondisi medis tertentu. Gangguan ini menyebabkan kekeruhan pada lensa mata, mengurangi kemampuan fokus cahaya, dan merugikan ketajaman penglihatan. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat awam memahami mengenai gangguan penglihatan (katarak) sehingga masyarakat bisa melakukan pencegahan awal. Penelitian ini membahas perihal perbuatan rancangan sistem ahli untuk mendiagnosis gangguan penglihatan mata katarak dengan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML) metode Teorema Bayes. Dengan melakukan studi literatur dan wawancara bersama pakar Optometri didapatkan tiga jenis penyakit Katarak yaitu Katarak Sinilis, Katarak Traumatik, Katarak Kongenital dan memiliki lima belas gejala. Output dari penelitian ini adalah pembuatan model UML dengan perancangan sistem pakar yang digunakan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit katarak, termasuk memberikan nilai probabilitas terkait penyakit tersebut. Hasil diagnosa mencerminkan tingkat keyakinan sistem terhadap penyakit, serta menyertakan saran terkait pengobatan dan langkah-langkah pencegahan yang disarankan.

Abstract

Human resource development and coaching is one of the right efforts to deal with a company's problems or challenges related to strategic environmental changes. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pacific Indah Pratama employees. The sample in this study was 81 people using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis method used is descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observations, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study areCompensation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

Monitoring is an activity that aims to monitor or observe something. In monitoring an activity to be monitored manually, it still has to be monitored directly.The software methodology used for development is the prototype according to Pressman. In this modeling, there are stages, namely Communication, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of prototypes, and Deployment Delivery & Feedback. At this stage of Communication, a Flowchart is made. At the Quick Design stage, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) was made. In the Construction of prototype stage, interface design and programming are made using the Java language.Application Monitoring This activity data storage is created in the online database Firebase Realtime Database as a database, which uses JSON as data parsing, and Android studio is used for application development. There are several features including user login feature, homepage feature, group add feature, map monitoring feature, group attendance feature, member attendance list feature, and user profile feature.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the critical points of sharia compliance with Murabahah financing products for motorbikes to State Civil Apparatuses (ASN) in the pre offering letter program at PT Bank SUMUT Sharia Business Unit at the time of pre-contract, during the contract and after the contract. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research results show that. The critical point of sharia compliance with murabaha financing products for motorbikes to the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the pre offering letter program at PT Bank SUMUT Sharia Business Unit when it can be emphasized that Bank Sumut Sharia Business Unit does not regulate the recording of the use of wakala contracts in the procurement of goods . When the contract is based on the principle that Bank Sumut Syariah Business Unit as the facilitator or seller must receive the goods from the supplier before the goods are sold to the buyer (customer) as inventory ready to be sold at acquisition cost. Then, after the contract is seen, the ownership status of the goods before being sold to the customer becomes a crucial point for deviations from murabahah contract practices . Therefore, improvements should be made to the practice flow of murabahah financing contracts with the main objective of securing sharia principles in terms of possession of goods, including the required documents. Bearing in mind, this is the critical point for the occurrence of slight deviations/confusion in the practice of murabahah contracts .
