Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore the implementation of the tax amnesty program. This research was conducted on taxpayers, tax authorities, and tax consultants using the phenomenology approach. The type of data in this study is qualitative data, namely non-numeric data in the form of words that are able to describe information and phenomena. Qualitative data in the form of transcripts of the results of in-depth interviews arranged into a working paper and mapping table. The data validity procedure used in this study first triangulated the data source and returned the entire written narrative to the informants for examination. The informant consisted of 5 people consisting of taxpayers, tax authorities, and tax consultants in Malang City. The findings indicate that from the taxpayer’s side understanding, the tax amnesty program is as an opportunity to correct errors. From the side of the tax authorities understands, it is as a program that has not been carefully prepared based on various obstacles experienced by the tax authorities during the implementation of the program. The last, from the tax consultant’s side understanding, the tax amnesty program as a new beginning to raise tax awareness. The implication of this study is that the tax amnesty program as a fiscal policy has an impact on increasing taxpayer tax awareness but unfortunately this policy is not prepared properly so that the final results are still far from the set targets. This study can provide an evaluation of fiscal policies and improvements to the taxation system in the future so that it will have a positive impact on tax revenues.

Abstract

Degenerative Control in the Multi Input Multi Output (MIMO) system is an important topic of process control in industry. The interaction between variables in the process becomes a challenge in designing controllers for MIMO systems. Unwanted interactions cause reduced system performance which results in waste. The addition of inverse decoupling is a new strategy in reducing interactions in the process. The proposed strategy was tested on a de-isobutanizer distillation column. The results obtained were that the IAE value in the inverse decoupling added to the 2DoF IMC structure using the Mp-GM tuning method was smaller than the 2DoF IMC structure without inverse decoupling. This structure could reduce the interaction between variables in the MIMO 2×2 process.

Abstract

Konjungtivitis adalah penyakit mata berbahaya yang disebabkan kandungan debu yang tinggi pada udara di daerah tertentu dan mikroorganisme seperti bakteri, alergi, viral, dan sika. Hal lain yang diindikasikan menyebabkan konjungtivitis adalah tingkat kesadaran masyarakat terhadap Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), jarak tempat tinggal dengan pegunungan kapur, kepadatan penduduk, jumlah pabrik di daerah tempat tinggal, tingkat pendidikan masyarakat, dan letak tempat tinggal dengan jalan raya. Lamongan merupakan daerah yang mempunyai volume debu yang cukup tinggi, terutama daerah sekitar pegunungan kapur dan pabrik sehingga banyak penduduknya yang terjangkit penyakit konjungtivitis dan menghasilkan rasio satu banding dua penderita dari total permasalahan konjungtiva dalam selang waktu tertentu. Jumlah penderita konjungtivitis memiliki ciri percobaan poisson. Pada distribusi poisson, diharuskan memenuhi asumsi equal dispersion (mean sama dengan variansi), padahal pada realita jarang ditemui kasus yang memenuhi equal dispersion. Dalam kasus tersebut, dapat diatasi dengan model regresi Generalized Poisson (GP) yang bisa mengatasi over dispersion atau under dispersion. Berdasarkan analisis model regresi GP pada penelitian ini, dihasilkan bahwa setiap kenaikan kepadatan penduduk sebesar 100 jiwa/Km2menyebabkan bertambahnya penderita konjungtivitis sebesar 3,78 kali,setiap kenaikan jumlah pabrik sebanyak sepuluh pabrik menyebabkan kenaikanpenderita konjungtivitis sebesar 1,135 kali, dan setiap kenaikan satu jumlah penduduk yang berpendidikan terakhir SMP menyebabkan kenaikan jumlah penderita mata konjungtivitis sebesar 2,724. Hasil uji goodness of fit untuk model regresi GP lebih baik dibandingkan jika menggunakan regresi Poisson karena memiliki nilai AIC lebih kecil.Kata Kunci : Konjugtivitis, Lamongan, Generalized Poisson, AIC

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance terhadap kinerja pasar. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu transparansi, kewajaran, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, dan independensi. Tiga variabel kontrol yang digunakan yaitu earnings,  total  arus  kas  (TAK),  dan  sistematik  saham  (Beta).  Penelitian  ini digunakan dengan menggunakan pengujian hipotesis (hypothesis testing). Metode analisis   yang  digunakan   dalam  penelitian   adalah   regresi   berganda.   Teknik pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS. Populasi dari penelitian adalah perusahaan  yang  terdaftar  di  Bursa  Efek  Indonesia  (BEI)  tahun  2012-2014. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 23 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam indeks LQ45. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa penerapan prinsip-prisnsip good corporate governance tidak meningkatkan kinerja pasar perusahaan karena perusahaan cenderung mengungkapan informasi laporan tahunan pada skala kuantitas pengungkapan dan tidak menilai kualitas informasi dari pengungkapan corporate governance. Kata  kunci  :  Good  Corporate  Governance,  Kinerja  Perusahaan, dan  Return Saham

Abstract

Sebagian besar proses kimia berkaitan erat dengan proses nonlinier sehingga masalah pengendalian menjadi tantangan bagi seorang engineer dan industri kimia itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengintegrasikan antara Aspen Plus Dynamics dan Matlab Simulink sebagai upaya untuk menghilangkan teknik linierisasi sehingga proses yang bersifat nonlinier mampu dikendalikan secara maksimal. Metode yang digunakan adalah simulasi steady state menggunakan Aspen Plus pada proses distilasi dengan studi kasus pemisahan propana dan isobutana. Selanjutnya simulasi dynamic menggunakan Aspen Plus Dynamics. Proses yang telah dibangun di Aspen Plus Dynamics selanjutnya diintegrasikan dengan Matlab Simulink melalui blok AMSimulation. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu simulasi steady-state dan dynamics berhasil dijalankan. Aspen Plus Dynamics dan Matlab Simulink telah terintegrasi dan mampu secara bersama – sama dijalankan dalam satu waktu. Terdapat tiga controller yang terpasang yaitu refluk drum level control, top column pressure control, dan reboiler level control. Ketiga controller mampu mengendalikan proses dengan baik dibuktikan dengan proses dapat kembali ke setpoint.

Abstract

The processes in the industry are categorized into a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) system, which consists of many inputs and outputs where the variables in the process are interrelated with each other. The interaction causes the controller design to be difficult. Even very strong interactions can worsen the performance of the controller. One way to reduce interaction is to add decoupling to the control system. There are several kinds of decoupling, but inverse decoupling was chosen because it can reduce the interaction significantly. This study aims to add inverse decoupling to the MIMO system with a larger size, namely 3×3. Larger system sizes lead to more complicated decoupling calculations. PID controller and inverse decoupling scheme became the chosen control strategy. Shell Heavy Oil Fractionator (SHOF) by Garcia is used as an illustrative example of a 3×3 MIMO system to demonstrate the performance results against the proposed control scheme. Based on the simulation results, the IAE value with the addition of inverse decoupling is smaller than without decoupling.Keywords: inverted decoupling, MIMO 3×3, PID controller

Abstract

This service aims to design training and product photos to increase the production of sponge sandals by aldiva sponge sandal craftsman partners located in Karangrejo Village, Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency. So far, the designs are based on the designs and models of sandals from consumers. Partners do not yet have the characteristics of their own sandal designs and models because human resources in the production department do not yet have the expertise to develop sandal model designs. In addition, the photos uploaded on social media as marketing media are classified as ordinary so that they are less attractive to consumers. This activity uses a contextual approach method, namely the speaker explains the theory first, then proceeds with the practice of taking photos of sandal products by taking the right angle by partners. The results obtained during the training were enthusiastic participants and gained new knowledge.

Abstract

Ikan patin yang dibudidayakan di Indonesia terus meningkat mulai tahun 2008. Adanya peningkatan pada produksi ikan patin diikuti dengan peningkatan limbah ikan patin. Pada pengolahan ikan patin, sebesar 49% daging yang dapat dimanfaatkan sedangkan 51% merupakan limbah yang tidak termanfaatkan meliputi kepala, kulit, jeroan, dan tulang. Limbah ikan patin khususnya jeroan dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi bahan baku pembuatan biodiesel karena jeroan memiliki kandungan lemak sebesar 93,92%. Metode penelitian menggunakan proses transesterifikasi menggunakan katalis 2% KOH. Hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan uji GC-MS, kadar terbanyak yaitu 9-Octadecenoic Acid (Z), methylester

Abstract

One of the control problems that is a challenge for an engineer and the chemical industry itself is chemical processes which are closely related to nonlinear processes. The linear method is the choice for many researchers to overcome problems in nonlinear processes, namely the linearization technique. This causes uncertainty whether the controller is able to work on the actual nonlinear process. The purpose of this study is to integrate Aspen Plus Dynamics and Matlab Simulink to eliminate linearization in order to be able to control nonlinear processes optimally. The method used is to perform steady state and continued dynamics simulation in the case study of the deisobutanizer distillation. Then integration of Aspen Plus Dynamics with Matlab Simulink using AMSimulink. The results show that steady-state and dynamics simulations have been successfully carried out. Aspen Plus Dynamics and Matlab Simulink are integrated and able to run together. The controllers used include reflux drum level control, top column pressure control, and reboiler level control. The response results obtained in the co-simulation run well, the process response can perform setpoint tracking.

Abstract

Formula yang diberikan pada anak yang mengalami gizi buruk/kurang sesuai standar yang ditetapkan oleh World Health Organization adalah terbuat dari bahan minyak, gula, susu, air serta tepung. Selain itu, Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) dapat dibuat sendiri dengan komposisi yang mengandung asupan energi dan protein dan terbuat dari bahan-bahan yang mudah diperoleh oleh masyarakat dengan biaya yang terjangkau. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman balita stunting dan gizi buruk melalui PMT. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah PMT berupa kacang hijau dan snack sehat. Mitra pengabdian masyarakat adalah anak PAUD Tunas Pelangi di desa Bluru Kidul di Sidoarjo. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman balita stunting dan gizi buruk melalui PMT. Pemberian Makanan Tambahan modifikasi berbasis kearifan lokal dapat menjadi alternatif program pemberantasan stunting dan gizi kurang di desa. The formula given to children who are malnourished/deficient according to the standards set by the World Health Organization is made from oil, sugar, milk, water and flour. In addition, supplementary food can be made by yourself with a composition that contains energy and protein intake and is made from ingredients that are easily available to the public at an affordable cost. This community service aims to increase children's understanding of stunting and malnutrition through supplementary food. The method used in this community service is supplementary food in the form of green beans and healthy snacks. Community service partners are Tunas Pelangi PAUD children in Bluru Kidul village in Sidoarjo. The result of this community service activity is increasing understanding of stunting and malnutrition through supplementary food. Provision of modified supplementary food based on local wisdom can be an alternative program for eradicating stunting and malnutrition in villages.
