Abstract

This  research  was  conducted  to  find  out  the  Procedure  for  Handling  Employee Attendance at the LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta, East Jakarta Campus, the Procedure for Handling Attendance for Employees was carried out by browsing the HRIS LP3I website, logging in, filling in the absences, logging out, absent automatically recorded on the website, HRD Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Kramat Campus sent recapitulation to HRD Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta East Jakarta Campus, HRD Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta East Jakarta Campus recapitulates for internal records, HRD signs the recapitulation and reports it to the finance division. The purpose of this study was to determine the constraints and alternative solutions in  problem  solving.  Data collection techniques through observation, namely observing directly the object under study. As for the obstacles that occur in the Procedure for Handling Employee Attendance at the LP3I Polytechnic, East Jakarta, errors often occur on the website, require internet, and how to use the website is less effective. Abstract

Abstract Entrepreneurial motivation is a key factor in improving the economic well-being of communities, especially for those living around the Cipakundung River, Balonggede Village. The low level of entrepreneurship in this area is caused by various obstacles, including limited capital, lack of skills, and minimal understanding of environmentally-based business opportunities. Therefore, this study aims to enhance the motivation and entrepreneurial skills of the community through socialization programs, training, and business mentoring based on an educational and community empowerment approach. The method used in this study involved a participatory approach with stages of socialization and problem identification, entrepreneurship training, business mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation. This program was implemented for 50 participants from various community groups living around the Cipakundung River. The results showed a significant increase in public awareness and interest in entrepreneurship, as well as improved skills in business planning and marketing strategies. Additionally, this program successfully encouraged the formation of new business groups that utilize local resources, such as waste processing into economically valuable products. In conclusion, an educational and community-based approach has proven effective in increasing motivation and sustaining community businesses, although continuous support in the form of capital access and market network strengthening is still needed to further optimize the developed enterprises. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), dan Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (ROE) Perbankan yang terdaftar dibursa efek Indonesia 2011-2015. Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) merupakan rasio yang menunjukkan tingkat likuiditas suatu bank. Juga menunjukkan kemampuan dalam menjalankan fungsi intermediasinya dalam menyalurkan dana pihak ketiga ke kredit. Non Performing Loan (NPL) merupakan rasio yang dipergunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan bank dalam menyanggah resiko kegagalan kredit oleh debitur. Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) adalah rasio perbandingan antara biaya operasional dengan pendapatan operasional. Return On Equity (ROE) adalah kemampuan bank dalam menghasilkan dengan menggunakan laba dengan menggunakan ekuitasnya. Desain penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak e-views 9. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji, uji F untuk uji simultan dan uji korelasi (Adjusted R-Square). Dalam penelitian ini, sebagian, BOPO memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap ROE, sementara LDR dan NPL memiliki dampak terhadap rasio tetapi tidak signifikan. Bersamaan, BOPO, LDR, dan NPL memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap ROE. Adjusted R-Square 0,756697 menggambarkan bahwa varian ROE 75,66% dapat dijelaskan dengan kombinasi dari tiga variabel bebas. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh investor sebagai salah satu keputusan dasar untuk berinvestasi di perusahaan perbankan. Bagi perusahaan, dapat memberikan informasi tentang kinerjanya dan untuk pemerintah, bisa dijadikan referensi pembuatan kebijakan.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi warga RW 07, Kelurahan Balonggede, tentang pentingnya kewirausahaan hijau sebagai alternatif peningkatan ekonomi keluarga. Fokus utama kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan pengelolaan komoditas pokok, seperti sayuran, dan pemahaman mengenai manfaat ekonomi hijau. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat adalah rendahnya motivasi menanam sayur karena harga yang lebih murah di pasar tradisional, serta tingginya minat terhadap usaha kos-kosan karena lokasinya yang berada di pusat kota. Selain itu, masyarakat masih belum sepenuhnya menyadari pentingnya ekonomi hijau. Dalam kegiatan ini, kami memberikan pelatihan praktis, sosialisasi tentang pentingnya keberlanjutan, dan berbagai strategi agar kewirausahaan hijau dapat menjadi pilihan ekonomi yang menguntungkan dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) in Adiluhur Tourism Village was implemented to address challenges faced by the SALUR Sustainable Food Garden (P2L), which previously lacked structured management, documentation, and integration with the village’s tourism sector. Initial observations revealed the absence of standard operating procedures, weak production records, and limited digital identity, resulting in minimal added value for both food security and tourism. This program aimed to strengthen P2L’s management capacity, integrate it into educational agro-tourism, and establish digital branding through official platforms. The implementation method was comprehensive, consisting of situational analysis, technology development, capacity-building training, intensive mentoring, and evaluation. Key innovations included the introduction of the Telang Dry infrared-based flower dryer, which improved product quality and efficiency, and the creation of an interactive marketplace website to support digital marketing and storytelling of local products. Training activities covered SOP-based management, production documentation, organizational structuring, digital marketing, and tourism integration, delivered through participatory workshops involving community members, youth, and local tourism actors. The program outcomes demonstrated significant improvements: P2L management is now documented with SOPs and organizational structures, agro-tourism packages have been developed, and digital branding has been established through an official website and active social media. These transformations distinguish the post-program condition from the previous state, contributing to enhanced food security, local economic growth, and the visibility of Adiluhur Tourism Village as a sustainable educational destination. The success of this initiative highlights the effectiveness of the training–mentoring–technology approach and its relevance to achieving SDGs and higher education performance indicators.
