Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi insersi nilai-nilai pendidikan antikorupsi melalui bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran di tingkat sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dibeberapa Sekolah Dasar Kota Banjarbaru dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 103 yang terdiri atas kepala sekolah, komite sekolah dan guru mata pelajaran. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin di sekolah telah merancang kebijakan dalam jangka panjang dan pendek pembentukan nilai karakter pendidikan antikorupsi yang diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Komite sekolah telah menjalankan tugas dengan baik dalam memberikan usulan kebijakan pengembangan pendidikan karakter yang relevan. Pada penerapannya Guru telah meimplementasikan pembentukan nilai karakter pendidikan antikorupsi hal ini terlihat dalam penyusunan silabus, RPS, bahan ajar dan menyelipkan nilai karakter pendidikan antikorupsi dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan Guru dalam pembetukan nilai karakter pendidikan antikorupsi guru dapat mengikuti workshop atau pelatihan dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

The use of herbal medicine as a treatment is increasing, especially in Mekarsari District, Barito Kuala Regency. Without proper education, traditional medicine practices can have a negative impact on health. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge and use of traditional medicine in patients seeking treatment at the Mekarsari Health Centre. This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all outpatients at the Mekarsari Health Centre in January 2023. This study used a purposive sampling technique in sampling and used a validated questionnaire instrument in data collection. The results showed that 47% of respondents had a sufficient level of knowledge, 25% had a good level of knowledge, 14% had a poor level of knowledge, and 13% had a poor level of knowledge. Based on the method of obtaining traditional medicine, it is known that 55% said that it was from herbal medicine sellers in the form of powder or infusions with a duration of use ranging from one to three days. The majority of traditional medicine users use it to relieve pain and aches (22%). Based on the effects after consuming traditional medicine, 78% said they felt better and 99% said they had no side effects.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PkM) was designed to empower the Cemara Women Farmers Group (KWT) by combining the development of practical skills with the enhancement of business acumen. The core focus of the program was to provide comprehensive training in the production of instant ginger powder, enriched with the beneficial properties of butterfly pea flower, and to deliver essential education on business legality. To achieve these objectives, the program followed a structured methodology that included initial surveys to thoroughly assess the needs and existing knowledge of the participants, careful coordination of activities, informative counseling sessions, hands-on training and mentoring to cultivate effective production techniques, targeted education on business legality to foster sustainable business practices, and a rigorous evaluation process to accurately measure the program's overall impact. The results of the PkM demonstrated a marked improvement in the knowledge levels of the participants, evidenced by a statistically significant increase in average scores from the pre-test (80.34%) to the post-test (92.47%), alongside a notable rise in enthusiasm and active engagement among the KWT Cemara women. In conclusion, the program effectively empowered the KWT Cemara members by providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their production capabilities and establish sustainable business operations.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah hasil panen sayuran kelompok PKK Bawahan Seberang melalui inovasi produk berbasis vegetable pack dan diversifikasi olahan. Permasalahan utama mitra adalah rendahnya keterampilan dalam pengemasan serta belum adanya strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui survei awal, sosialisasi, pelatihan inovasi produk, serta pengadaan fasilitas pendukung produksi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan variasi produk fresh pack sebanyak lima jenis (solo selada, solo tomat, solo sawi, sayur bening, dan sayur gangan asam) serta peningkatan keterampilan mitra dalam pengemasan yang lebih higienis dan menarik. Evaluasi melalui pretest dan posttest memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Kegiatan ini mampu memperkuat kapasitas mitra dalam mengelola hasil panen serta mendukung pengembangan usaha berbasis potensi lokal. Kata Kunci: Vegetable Pack, Inovasi Produk, Pengemasan, PKK, Pemasaran  ABSTRACT This Community Service Program (PkM) aimed to enhance the added value of vegetable harvests from the PKK Bawahan Seberang group through product innovation in vegetable packs and diversification of processed products. The main problems faced by the partners were limited packaging skills and the absence of effective marketingstrategies. The program was conducted through preliminary surveys, socialization, product innovation training, and provision of production facilities. The results showed an increase in fresh pack variations, with five new products (solo lettuce, solo tomato, solo mustard greens, clear vegetable soup, and sour vegetable soup) and improved partner skills in hygienic and attractive packaging. Evaluation through pretest and posttest indicated significant improvements in participants’ knowledge and skills. This program successfully strengthened partners’ capacity in managing harvests and supported the development of community-based agribusiness utilizing local potential. Keywords : Vegetable Pack, Product Innovation, Packaging, PKK, Marketing
