Abstract

ABSTRAK Nanas merupakan komoditi Kabupaten Barito Kuala yang diunggulkan. Salah satu jenisnya yaitu Nanas Tamban yang memiliki ciri daging buah berwana kuning dengan jumlah kadar air banyak. Saat ini buah nanas yang berasal dari Barito Kuala memiliki beberapa produk hasil olahan yang sudah dibuat namun jumlahnya masih terbatas dan kurang bervariatif. Melakukan diversifikasi produk olahan dari buah Nanas berupa pembuatan cuka nanas dan selai nastar nanas. Tahapan yang dilakukan terbagi menjadi tahap persiapan dengan melakukan survei ke lokasi,  melakukan diskusi awal dengan tim mitra yaitu Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Karya Bunda Bersama serta melakukan proses perizinan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi pembuatan produk olahan cuka nanas dan selai nastar nanas, simulasi pengolahan produk olahan serta pendampingan pengolahan produk yang dilakukan oleh tim mitra.  Produk yang dibuat yaitu cuka nanas dan selai nastar nanas. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan tim mitra ≥ 75 % sangat setuju jika pelaksanaan kegiatan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dari beberapa penilaian parameter yang diberikan. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa olahan cuka nanas dan selai nastar nanas bernilai komersil dan dapat diperjualbelikan. Kata Kunci: Barito Kuala, Nanas, Tamban, Produk  ABSTRACT Pineapples are a favorite commodity in Barito Kuala Regency. One type is the Tamban Pineapple which is characterized by yellow flesh with a large water content. Currently, pineapple fruit from Barito Kuala has several processed products that have been made, but the quantity is still limited and less varied. To diversify processed products from pineapple fruit in the form of making pineapple vinegar and pineapple jam. The stages carried out were divided into the preparation stage by conducting a survey of the location, conducting initial discussions with the partner team, namely the Karya Bunda Bersama Women Farmers Group (KWT) as well as carrying out the licensing process and carrying out activities including socializing the manufacture of processed pineapple vinegar and jam products, simulation of processed product processing and product processing assistance carried out by the partner team.  The products made are pineapple vinegar and pineapple jam. The results of the activity evaluation showed that the partner team ≥ 75% strongly agreed if the implementation of the activity was as expected from several parameter assessments provided. The products produced in the form of processed pineapple vinegar and pineapple jam have commercial value and can be traded. Keywords: Barito Kuala, Pineapple, Tamban, Product

Abstract

Papua adalah wilayah paling timur Indonesia, terletak di bagian barat pulau Papua yang berbatasan dengan Papua Nugini. Wilayah ini meliputi dua provinsi yaitu Papua dan Papua Barat. Sejarah Papua menjadi bagian dari Indonesia terdapat beberapa peristiwa penting yang berhubungan dengan dekolonisasi, politik internasional dan konflik antara Belanda dan Indonesia. Papua yang dikenal sebagai Nugini Belanda merupakan bagian dari wilayah Hindia Belanda yang dikuasai oleh Belanda. Organisasi Papua Merdeka (OPM) didirikan sebagai gerakan separatis yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kemerdekaan bagi Papua dari Indonesia. Mereka terlibat dalam berbagai bentuk perlawanan, termasuk aksi-aksi bersenjata. Sejak awal, pemerintah Indonesia telah menganggap OPM sebagai ancaman terhadap integritas nasional dan telah melakukan berbagai operasi militer. Beberapa faksi mendukung perjuangan melalui cara-cara damai, sementara yang lain terus melakukan perlawanan bersenjata. Seiring berjalannya waktu gerakan ini mengalami dinamika internal termasuk perpecahan dan pergantian kepemimpinan. Konflik di Papua masih berlangsung dengan intensitas yang berbeda-beda.

Abstract

This service activity will be carried out from August to September 2024 to improve early childhood literacy skills through fairy tale methods and picture reading books based on local wisdom. The main target of the activity is 22 PAUD, who are members of the PKG of Aluh-Aluh District, who will be given training regarding the use of more creative and interactive learning methods, including storytelling and picture reading books. Apart from that, storytelling assistance and the creation of reading corner trees were also provided at three sample schools, namely at Pembina Aluh-Aluh State Kindergarten, Al-Fatah PAUD, and Permain PAUD. This was done to overcome the problem of low literacy skills of early childhood in the area. Implementing this community service was carried out as on-on-in training, which consisted of three main stages: On-service training, on-job training, and in-service training. The findings from this activity indicate that educators became more creative and skilled in delivering literacy materials, which positively impacted children's reading interest and active participation in literacy activities at school. Additionally, implementing reading corners in schools successfully created an environment supporting children's literacy engagement. However, challenges such as limited resources and adapting methods for children with special needs still need to be addressed. This community service has positively improved early childhood literacy and recommends government support and ongoing evaluation to strengthen the program's long-term impact.

Abstract

Personality is a characteristic, characteristic, or distinctive trait possessed by a person that originates from the formations received from the surrounding environment, namely the family that begins from childhood and is innate since birth. Character education provided from an early age is the right step to produce an anti-corruption attitude, such as an honest, religious, and independent character so as to encourage elementary school students to stay away from and prevent corruption. Corruption is a very cruel crime, because it has robbed the rights of the community, especially those aimed at realizing public welfare. Criminal acts of corruption can only be committed by certain individuals, who generally have power and influence and in fact corruption has damaged the morality of the nation and has the potential to bring the Indonesian nation to the brink of destruction. So it is our obligation as citizens to save this nation, by practicing and socializing anti-corruption behavior from an early age. There needs to be theoretical confirmation through the results of academic endeavors, in order to provide argumentative information. Especially in the rationalization of Pancasila Education which is very competent to be optimized as anti-corruption education. How is the internalization of anti-corruption character values in Pancasila Education learning? Data collection was carried out using several techniques, namely interviews with respondents and literature studies to trace document data. The data obtained was then processed by first checking its validity in order to obtain data that could be accounted for and scientific. Data processing techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Instilling anti-corruption character values is an important component in Pancasila learning. The implementation of anti-corruption character values should be carried out early on. Efforts to internalize anti-corruption character values need support from parents in guiding their children to apply character values while at home.

Abstract

This research is classroom action research carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research aims to improve the science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at Muhammadiyah Elementary School, who met 20 people consisting of 11 men and 9 women. Data collection was carried out using tests and observations. The research instruments used were test items on student learning outcomes and observation sheets of teacher and student activities. The results of this study stated that there was quite a good improvement, completeness in cycle I of meeting 2 was 50% complete, while in cycle II of meeting 2 completion reached 90%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that using the Numbered Head Together learning model can improve the science learning outcomes of Class V Muhammadiyah Elementary School students.
