Abstract

Daging itik merupakan salah satu bahan pangan yang masih kurang diminati oleh masyarakat. Beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan kurangnya minat masyarakat untuk mengkonsumsi daging itik adalah karena adanya aroma bau amis. Asam gelugur (Garcinia antroviridis) mengandung asam-asam organik seperti asam tartarik, asam sitrat, asam malat dan asam hidroksisitrat. Asam hidroksisitrat (HCA) merupakan asam organik utama yang berkhasiat sebagai antilipidemik dan antiobesitas. Penelitian dilakukan selama 40 hari yaitu bulan Mei - Juni 2019 bertempat di kandang unggas Program Studi Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Djuanda Bogor. Ransum yang digunakan adalah ransum nonkonvensional terfermentasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan 5 ulangan. Setiap perlakuan terdiri dari R0 = 0% tepung daun asam gelugur, R1 = 2% tepung daun asam gelugur, R2 = 4% tepung daun asam gelugur, R3 = 6% tepung daun asam gelugur. Data dianalisis menggunakan Kruskal Wallis. Peubah yang diamati yaitu uji hedonik dan uji mutu hedonik (aroma, keempukkan, warna, rasa dan juiceness). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian tepung daun asam gelugur berbeda nyata (P<0,05) terhadap warna daging itik pada uji hedonik dan pada uji mutu hedonik berbeda nyata (P<0,05) terhadap warna dan rasa daging itik. Pemberian tepung daun asam gelugur (Garcinia antroviridis) sebesar 6% dalam ransum nonkonvensional terfermentasi meningkatkan kesukaan panelis terhadap warna daging dan meningkatkan kecerahan warna daging akan tetapi tidak merubah rasa, aroma, keempukan dan juiceness daging itik

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is an educational program for primary and secondary school students that focuses on instilling national ideals and encouraging pupils to think critically, creatively, independently, and socially intelligently. In order to successfully implement the Merdeka Curriculum, this study seeks to offer ideas and actions that can be implemented in that direction. The focus of this study is on SD Negeri 005 Sambaliung's (one of the Mover Schools) endeavors to determine the barriers to, and solutions to, implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, as well as the learning strategies put in place to achieve these goals. The principal, VP of curriculum, teachers, and students are the subjects of this descriptive qualitative study. To ensure that the data collected is reliable and comprehensive, this study relies on observation, interviews, and recording. Data analysis involved sorting, reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the obstacles faced by related educators include the preparation of teaching tools that are not optimal, limited internet networks and lack of infrastructure. However, concrete efforts continue to be made by the Principal and educators at SD Negeri 005 Sambaliung such as the implementation of coaching clinics for educators and education personnel, aligning local knowledge, and utilizing open spaces.

Abstract

This study examines the allocation and distribution of education funding in Indonesia and evaluates the effectiveness of funded programs in improving student quality and achievement. The data were gathered from official sources and subjected to quantitative and qualitative analysis. The findings indicate that an increase in funding for senior secondary education is associated with an increase in school enrollment and a reduction in dropout rates. The Indonesia Smart Program (PIP) demonstrates that targeted financial assistance can facilitate enhanced academic achievement, particularly among students from disadvantaged backgrounds. However, challenges in program implementation, such as delays in disbursement and complicated administrative processes, reduce its overall effectiveness. The study proposes increasing funding allocation for higher education, strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems, and simplifying administrative processes to ensure that the funds are distributed to the intended recipients. Moreover, the study suggests collaboration with the private sector and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) should be pursued. However, the study's limitations include a lack of longitudinal data and geographical coverage, which may not fully reflect the conditions in Indonesia. Further research is recommended to expand the coverage scope and analyze the long-term impact of education funding programs.

Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur desa berperan penting dalam meningkatkan identitas dan daya tarik suatu wilayah. Namun, Kelurahan Padang Temu, Kecamatan Dempo Tengah, Kota Pagar Alam belum memiliki gapura sebagai tanda pengenal. Untuk itu, mahasiswa KKN-T Institut Agama Islam Pagar Alam (IAIP) bersama karang taruna dan masyarakat setempat berinisiatif membangun gapura. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode partisipatif dengan pendekatan kolaboratif. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui tahap perencanaan, dan pelaksanaan. Proses pembangunan berlangsung selama lima hari, melibatkan berbagai pihak dalam tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa gapura yang dibangun tidak hanya menjadi simbol identitas wilayah, tetapi juga memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan lingkungan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mempererat hubungan sosial antara warga dan mahasiswa KKN-T serta memberikan pengalaman praktis dalam penerapan ilmu di lapangan. Keberhasilan program ini dapat menjadi contoh bagi desa lain dalam membangun fasilitas umum secara gotong royong guna meningkatkan identitas dan daya tarik wilayah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of morning habituation activities in strengthening the memorization of the Qur'an of second-grade students at SD Islam Bunayya, Pagar Alam City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a field research approach. The subjects of the study were 20 second-grade students selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews with students, class teachers, and tahfidz teachers, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. Data validity testing was carried out by triangulation of sources, techniques, and member checks. The results of the study indicate that the morning habituation activities carried out every day at 07.00-07.15 WIB were not effective in strengthening students' memorization. This was due to the implementation duration being too short (15 minutes), the material being too dense and diverse, and the mismatch between the muraja'ah material (Surah Al-Ikhlas to An-Nas) and the memorization achievement of students who had already reached longer surahs such as Al-Mulk and Al-Bayyina. Supporting factors included the religious environment, active teacher involvement, and infrastructure availability. Inhibiting factors included low student discipline, time constraints, unpredictable weather, and lateness of teachers on duty. This study contributes to an evaluative perspective on the morning recitation program and suggests the need to adapt the material to students' memorization achievement levels
