Abstract

The female collage student as “Ayam Kampus” its not only an issue but there really is. They always give an impressive performace’s attitude beyond her mask. The objective of this research was to determine how is the front stage and back stage behind a “Ayam Kampus” among female college students in the city of Pekanbaru and to learn how a self presentation of “Ayam Kampus” among female college students.The type of research was descriptive qualitative, by an approach of dramaturgy. Based on the fact, the field through observation, interviews and documentation. The subject of research was a female college student with a profession as hostess or “Ayam Kampus”. Informants in this research consists of 3 peoples. Data analysis technique used is to use interactive analysis model using data validity checking techniques and triangulation.The finding of research showed that the front stage of a “Ayam kampus” could adapt to the norms and values prevailing in society through the role they play as a student is seen from the physical appereance, attitude and behavior on campus and other social environments. While in the back stage where the environmets is more narrow scope with the values and norms that are very loose enabling them to meet the needs of economy, sexs, and the existence of self as a glaamor and modern’s women in a way become sex workers. And on the back stage, the informants showed another side of her taht is not bound to the rules of the front stage but undergro the rules and norms of back stage are made unanimously in their favor of course. Self-presentation as a a student informant and beyond “Ayam Kampus” shows the results where the difference of each informant in managing roles and impression you want displayed and perceived by them while in front stage and back stage.Keyword: self-presentation, ayam kampus, dramaturgy, behavior

Abstract

The laying duck farming business in Nagari Surian is generally managed traditionally. Ducks are released in the morning and return to the cage in the afternoon and there are farmers who keep their ducks moving according to the rice harvest time in the local area. Maintenance management that has not been managed properly and the lack of knowledge of farmers are the main obstacles faced at the activity location so that the productivity of ducks is still very low. This activity aims to identify these problems and find solutions by developing appropriate programs for the next three years. The method of activities carried out in this activity is through online and offline discussions and consultations. This program is implemented on a people's duck farm located in Nagari Surian, Pantai Cermin District, Solok Regency. Activities are carried out by discussing with duck farmers to find out the obstacles experienced and then developing programs to overcome these problems. From the program that has been prepared, it is hoped that the program can be implemented properly so that it can overcome the problems of breeders and can increase the local duck population and make Nagari Surian as one of the producers of duck eggs in West Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Jorong Rimbo Janduang is located in Nagari Lingkuang Aua, Pasaman District, West Pasaman Regency. The main livelihoods of the local people are gardeners and traders. There are many types of plant vegetation in Jorong Rimbo Janduang, some of which can be the main source of food for bees, but the community around the location has not cultivated stingless bees (galo-galo). Raising gallo-galo is different from raising cows, goats, and chickens because we do not need to look for food every day, as long as there are lots of bee-feeding plants growing around it. The success of gallo-galo cultivation is 70-80% influenced by the availability of feed sources in the form of nectar, pollen, and resin obtained from forage plant vegetation around the cultivation site. This community engagement activity aims to increase the knowledge and the desire of the community for stingless bee farming, increase the vegetation of forage plants around the location for beekeeping, and improve the community's economy. The methods used were counseling, mentoring, training, and modeling. The method of implementing science and technology is carried out by applying several technologies according to the objectives of these social services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational trust and empowering leadership on group conflict mediated by psychological safety in employees of the Kuta Cot Glie Health Center, Aceh Besar District. The research method used was quantitative with a sample of 80 employees. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using the SPSS program. Based on the results of SPSS analysis shows that organizational trust negatively affects group conflict, empowering leadership negatively affects group conflict, Organizational Trust has a positive effect on psychological safety, empowering leadership has a positive effect on group conflict, psychological safety has a negative effect on group conflict, which means that the higher organizational trust, empowering leadership and psychological safety, the lower the occurrence of group conflict at the Kuta Cot Glie Health Center. And psychological safety can mediate the relationship between organizational trust to group conflict and also psychological safety can mediate the relationship of empowering leadership to group conflict. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh organizational trust dan empowering leadership terhadap group conflict yang dimediasi oleh psychological safety pada pegawai puskesmas kuta cot glie Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 80 orang pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SPSS menunjukkan bahwa organizational trust berpengaruh negatif terhadap group conflict, empowering leadership berpengaruh negatif terhadap group conflict, organizational trust berpengaruh positif terhadap psychological safety, empowering leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap group conflict, psychological safety berpengaruh negatif terhadap group conflict, yang artinya bahwa semakin tinggi organizational trust, empowering leadership dan psychological safety maka semakin rendah terjadinya group conflict pada puskesmas kuta cot glie begitu juga sebaliknya. Dan psychological safety dapat memediasi hubungan antara organizational trust terhadap group conflict dan juga psychological safety dapat memediasi hubungan empowering leadership terhadap group conflict.

Abstract

The low productivity of smallholder dairy cattle in Indonesia is due to limited capital and feed management. Limited land ownership, resulting in feeding from low-quality natural grasses and agricultural waste, limits milk production. Farmers rely on expensive commercial concentrate feed to improve feed quality. Efforts to improve productivity and milk quality on smallholder farms include utilizing low-cost, high-nutrient forages. Legume forages have the potential to replace commercial concentrates in dairy cow rations because they contain high crude protein (CP) and can increase livestock productivity. Using legumes as a substitute for commercial concentrates can reduce milk production costs by up to 20%. In Indonesia, the most widely cultivated legume crop is Gliricidia. Harapan Makmur Farmer Group is one of the few dairy cattle groups established in Padang City in 2011. The problem of the dairy cattle business is the high feed price, some of which comes from commercial feed. The activity method uses counseling, discussion, and the practice of making sweet corn silage mixed with Gliricidia. These activities concluded that farmers were utilizing forage from legumes to substitute commercial concentrates, and they were skilled in processing corn straw waste from sweet corn cultivation and Gliricidia into silage.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang rawan mengalami bencana alam. Sebagian besar wilayah Indonesia berisiko tinggi terkena bencana alam. Hal ini dikarenakan Indonesia berada di wilayah tropis (garis khatulistiwa) yang berisiko terkena badai, topan, banjir, tanah longsor dan siklon tropis. Selain itu, wilayah Indonesia dilewati sabuk Alpide yang berisiko terkena bencana gempa bumi, tsunami, tanah longsor, dan erupsi gunung berapi serta dilalui oleh Sirkum Pasifik atau Cincin Api Pasifik yang berisiko gempa bumi dan aktivitas vulkanis. Indonesia mempunyai gunungapi aktif sebanyak 127 yang menempati peringkat pertama gunung api terbanyak di dunia dengan jumlah korban jiwa terbanyak. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan untuk menghadapi ancaman bencana letusan gunungapi, dilakukan pemetaan pos lapangan pengungsian yang sesuai. Pada penelitian ini, dipilih Gunungapi Semeru untuk dilakukan pemetaan rekomendasi pos lapangan dengan menggunakan Metode Promethee yaitu metode penentuan urutan atau prioritas dalam analisis multikriteria. Dari 34 lokasi yang berpotensi menjadi pos lapangan, didapatkan 17 lokasi yang memenuhi kriteria pos lapangan yang divisualisasikan pada Peta Rekomendasi Pos Lapangan Bencana Letusan Gunung Api Semeru berskala 1:30.000.

Abstract

Background: Interventions rooted in spirituality have shown a beneficial impact on patients facing serious illnesses and undergoing prolonged therapies, such as those with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis. Despite this, few studies have explored the effects of such interventions on the health outcomes of hemodialysis patients with renal failure. Purpose: To assess the impact of spiritual interventions or therapies on the health outcomes of patients with renal failure undergoing hemodialysis. Method: Following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines for systematic reviews. The review was conducted using 8 databases—Scopus, Cochrane, PubMed, Science Direct, Embase, ProQuest, PsycInfo, and Taylor & Francis Online. The review focused on 16 articles comprising Randomized Control Trials (RCTs) and quasi-experimental studies, which were evaluated for bias risk using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) form. Results: Spiritual interventions, including spiritual counseling, dhikr interventions, listening to Qur'anic recitation, prayer, spiritual therapy, spiritual training, and Islamic music therapy, have been identified as effective in reducing both physical and psychological distress among hemodialysis patients. Conclusion: Implementing spirituality-based interventions shows promise in alleviating distress among patients undergoing hemodialysis.

Abstract

Background: Technology has significantly influenced the education sector, particularly with the rise of mobile learning through online tutoring applications. However, users have reported several shortcomings, such as overly minimalist user interfaces, excessive animations, and suboptimal video and audio content quality. Additionally, data security concerns in mobile learning remain a critical issue.Purpose: This research aims to analyze the user needs of online tutoring applications as identified by users and potential users and translate these needs into actionable technical responses.Methodology: The study employs the House of Quality method and was conducted in the Jabodetabek area from 2021 to 2022. Data collection methods included voluntary and purposive sampling, using questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, as well as interviews and focus group discussions.Results: The House of Quality analysis highlights the prioritized user needs in the following order: 1) security and privacy, 2) performance, 3) information, 4) responsiveness, 5) technical reliability, and 6) design. The technical requirements identified to address these needs include network coverage, storage capacity, data transmission speed, application size, power consumption, network accessibility, and display resolution.Conclusion: The top user priorities for online tutoring applications are security and privacy, performance, and information. The most critical technical responses to meet these needs are improvements in network coverage, storage capacity, and data transmission speed.Originality/Value (State of the Art): This study translates user needs for online tutoring applications into specific technical responses, providing a foundation for the development and improvement of such applications. Abstract

Philosophy, which is also called "the mother of sciences," uses reasoning and logic to explain various things and is able to answer all questions and problems. Likewise, the Al-Quran is a holy book whose every verse is able to be a solution to all the problems of Muslims. Therefore, this research focuses on finding out the relationship between Surah al-Alaq Verse 1 and aspects of philosophy and logic. This research method uses a philosophical framework that originates from the basic principles and teachings of the Koran. This research uses a literature review method. The results of the discussion in terms of philosophy and logic in Al-Alaq verse 1 are that questions such as: "Where do we come from?" “Who created us?” "Where is this universe from?" These questions are very radical, systematic and universal. These questions have been answered in QS Al-Alaq verse 1 which means: "In the name of God who created" So, the relationship of QS Al-Alaq verse 1 with philosophy and logic. In fact, this verse discusses reading as thinking and reading requires correct philosophy and correct logic. In this verse too, thinking philosophically, that is, getting to the roots, is what is called radical, so that we reach the point of thinking that this universe has a creator, namely Allah SWT. And Allah not only created the universe but also gave guidance to all mankind.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are determined by various internal and external factors. Discipline and reading interest are internal factors that influence students' learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the relationship between discipline and reading interest with geography learning outcomes among 11th-grade social science students at SMAN 1 Darul Imarah. This research employs a quantitative approach with an Ex-post Facto research type that is descriptive-correlational in nature. The population in this study consists of 70 students at SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, with a sample of 44 students selected using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study include questionnaires. The questionnaire used consists of a Guttman scale to measure discipline and a Likert scale to measure reading interest, with closed-ended questions where the answers are predetermined. The data analysis technique used is multiple correlation analysis. The results show that the correlation coefficient between discipline and learning outcomes is 0.04 (very low), the correlation coefficient between reading interest and learning outcomes is 0.03 (very low), the correlation between discipline and reading interest is 0.44 (moderate), and the correlation between discipline and reading interest with learning outcomes is 0.05 (very low). The coefficient of determination (R) is 0.23%, meaning that 99.77% of the variance in learning outcomes is influenced by other factors not included in this study. The significance test results show that Fcount (0.05) Ftable (3.23) at a 5% significance level, leading to the acceptance of H, meaning that there is no significant relationship between discipline and reading interest with geography learning outcomes among 11th-grade social science students at SMAN 1 Darul Imarah.Keberhasilan hasil belajar ditentukan oleh berbagai faktor baik internal maupun eksternal. Kedisiplinan dan minat baca menjadi faktor internal yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kedisiplinan dan minat baca dengan hasil belajar geografi pada siswa Kelas XI IPS di SMAN 1 Darul Imarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian Ex-post Facto yang bersifat deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa pada SMAN 1 Darul Imarah yang berjumlah 70 orang. Sampel yang diambil adalah 44 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner (angket). Kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner berbentuk skala Guttman untuk mengukur kedisiplinan dan skala Likert untuk mengukur minat baca dengan pertanyaan bersifat tertutup yaitu jawaban atas pertanyaan sudah disediakan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh korelasi kedisiplinan dengan hasil belajar 0,04 (sangat rendah), nilai koefisien korelasi minat baca dengan hasil belajar 0,03 (sangat rendah), korelasi kedisiplinan dengan minat baca 0,44 (sedang), dan korelasi kedisiplinan dan minat baca dengan hasil belajar 0,05 (sangat rendah). Koefisien determinan (R2) = 0,23% selebihnya 99,77% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian. Hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan Fhitung (0.05) Ftabel (3,23) pada taraf signifikan 5% sehingga terima H0 artinya tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kedisiplinan dan minat baca dengan hasil belajar geografi pada siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah.
