Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how product quality affects customer satisfaction, to find out whether service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction, and to find out whether product quality and service quality influence on indihome customer satisfaction in North Toraja. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this research indicate that product quality has no influence on Indihome customer satisfaction in North Toraja with a Tcount value of -1.324 < Ttable of 1.986 and a significant value of 0.189 > 0.025, Service Quality has an influence on Indihome customer satisfaction in North Toraja with a Tcount value of 7,803 > T table of 1,986. Product quality has no effect on customer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.189 > 0.025 and a T value of -1.324 < T table 1.986. Meanwhile, service quality has an influence on customer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 > 0.025 and a T value of 7.803 > 1.986

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and formulate a management and development strategy for Mount Pa'baladoan tourism in Tana Toraja Regency using SWOT analysis. Qualitative research method with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the SWOT analysis show that Mount Pa'baladoan has strengths in the form of natural beauty, cultural richness, accessibility and local wisdom. However, there are weaknesses such as management that is not optimal, limited human resource capacity, and promotion that is less effective. The opportunities that exist are tourism growth, government support, and ecotourism-oriented community lifestyles. Meanwhile, the threats are competition from other destinations, natural disasters, as well as the impact of globalization and cultural westernization. Based on the SWOT analysis, the Mount Pa'baladoan tourism development strategy includes SO, WO, ST and WT strategies. The implementation of these strategies is expected to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of Mount Pa'baladoan tourism development in Tana Toraja Regency

Abstract

The problem of this research is how the point of purchase influences purchasing decisions at Indomaret Tallunglipu, North Toraja Regency. The aim of this research is to find out the point of purchase strategy for purchasing decisions at Indomaret Tallunglipu, North Toraja Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques in this research are through observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive analysis methods, and use questionnaires for Indomaret Tallunglipu consumers. The results of this research show that the opinions of several consumers about the strategy provided are proven by the questionnaires given and the answers to each alternative are an average of 90%, so it can be said that the POP strategy has had an influence on consumers of Indomaret Tallunglipu, North Toraja Regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh keragaman produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di toko Cowboy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada konsumen yang berbelanja di Toko Cowboy. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Keragaman Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah Kepuasan Konsumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik Keragaman Produk (X1) maupun Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) pada Toko Tembakau Cowboy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi (X) terhadap sistem pengendalian internal (Z) dan kualitas laporan keuangan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebagai instrumen pada pegawai BPKPD Tana Toraja dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel (X) berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap variabel (Z). Selain itu, variabel (Z). juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel (Y). Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa budaya organisasi (X) memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan (Y) melalui sistem pengendalian internal (Z)sebagai variabel mediasi

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the development strategy carried out by the government to develop the Sulili Natural Tourism Object. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The results of research on the SWOT matrix show that there are several alternative strategies to support the development of the Sulili natural tourist attraction. Based on the results of SWOT analysis research on the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) matrix calculation, the score for strength/strength is 1.96 while the weakness/weakness is 1.08 if totaled, so the total score for internal factors is 3.04. The results of this analysis show that the internal condition of the Sulili natural tourist attraction is in a strong position where the Sulili natural tourist attraction has the strength to overcome weaknesses. In the EFAS matrix, the score obtained for opportunities is 1.67, while for threats it is 1.42 if totaled, so the total score obtained for external factors is 3.09. The results of this analysis show that the Sulili natural tourist attraction is in a good external position and responds strongly to opportunities and avoids threats. From the results of the SWOT diagram, the coordinate points (X,Y) are obtained, namely (0.88; 0.25), so that the intersection point is obtained in square I, which is a very favorable situation for the Sulili natural tourist attraction.

Abstract

The Unnoni Weaving Center is a community-led, small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) development center for traditional weaving. Despite its significant potential, many entrepreneurs in this center face challenges in determining appropriate product prices. They typically rely solely on intuition or follow market prices without considering all production cost components, resulting in very small profit margins and even the risk of incurring losses. In response to these challenges, this community service program was designed to improve the ability of SMEs to determine more rational, measurable, and profitable selling prices through comprehensive and applicable training in production cost calculations. The methods employed included outreach, workshops, intensive mentoring, and hands-on simulations on pricing based on real costs and reasonable margins. The program was conducted in two sessions at the Unnoni Weaving Center Hall, involving 25 local weaving entrepreneurs. The results showed significant improvement, with participants' understanding of identifying production cost components increasing by 76%, while approximately 80% successfully conducted simulations for determining selling prices, taking into account raw materials, labor, overhead costs, and profit margins. The tangible impact of this activity is seen in increased business literacy, more systematic calculation skills, and the confidence of SMEs in determining prices and negotiating with consumers and business partners. Furthermore, this activity is expected to be a starting point for the implementation of a simple financial recording system, increased operational efficiency, and the development of a branding strategy for Unnoni woven products so they can compete more professionally, sustainably, and with high competitiveness in both local and global markets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of fintech on the development of UMKM in Ke'Te Ke'Su, North Toraja Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method, with the population of all UMKM located in Ke'te Ke'su, North Toraja Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 40 respondents with purposive sampling techniques.The data were analyzed using the SPSS 25 measurement tool. The results of this study show that fintech has a positive and significant effect on the development of Ke'te Kesu UMKM, North Toraja Regency. The value of the coefficient of determination in this study was 0.375 or 37.5%.

Abstract

Penelitian Studi Kasus : Kabupaten Tana Toraja . “Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing Umkm Di Kabupaten Tana Toraja”. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis startegi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh para pelaku UMKM di Tana Toraja, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kaulitatif deskripsi. Adapun hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini yakni; Ada 4 strategi pemasaran yang diketahui dan diterapkan oleh para pelaku UMKM: (a) Startegi Pemilihan Pasar;  Identifikasi target pasar, personalisasi pemasaran pada setiap segmen dan melaksanakan kemitraan local. (b) Perencanaan Produk: Mencari ide berdasarkan peluang dan kebutuhan pasar lokal; Inovasi produk secara terus menerus dan pemanfaatan feedback konsumen; Pencatatan keuangan dan kinerja produk sebagai langkah penting. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan perusahaan sektor telekomunikasi milik swasta yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia diukur dengan rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio aktivitas, rasio profitabilitas, dan rasio pasar periode. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara dokumentasi, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan mencatat laporan keuangan perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 21 dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 3 perusahaan, metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data  dianalisis  dengan  menggunakan  program  SPSS  26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada uji beda diperoleh bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara PT. Smartfren Telecom, Tbk, PT. XL Axiata, Tbk, dan PT. Indosat, Tbk berdasarkan analisis rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, profitabilitas dan rasio pasar. Sedangkan pada variabel cash ratio dan price book value tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifkan dari ketiga Perusahaan tersebut. Pada rasio likuiditas dan profitabilitas nilai rata-rata PT. Indosat, Tbk, lebih baik daripada PT. XL Axiata, Tbk, dan PT. Indosat, Tbk.
