Abstract

Koper merupakan salah satu alat yang sering digunakan untuk menyimpan berbagai barang berharga pada saat berpergian,oleh karena itu koper menjadi sangat rentan untuk menjadi tindak kejahatan.Keamanan koper yang masih standart menyebabkan koper dengan mudahnya menjadi sasaran tindak kejahatan,maka dari itu dibuatlah alat keamanan koper dengan GPS berbasis mikrokontroler dengan output SMS. Alat pengaman koper ini memanfaatkan aplikasi google maps untuk melacak keberadaan koper.Titik koordinat tersebut akan dikirimkan melalui SMS kepada user dan user bisa melacak dimana koper tersebut berada.Titik koordinat yang dikirimkan melalui SMS dan dapat dilacak melalui google maps dengan menggunakan android.Perangkat yang digunakan modul GPS Ublox NEO 6M sebagai penentu koordinat posisi koper,modul SIM900 sebagai pegirim data dalam bentuk SMS,sensor limit switch untuk menentukan koper dalam keadaan terbuka.

Abstract

Cengkeh merupakan salah satu rempah yang digunakan sebagai bahan baku industri rokok, farmasi, kosmetik dan rempah-rempah bahan makanan. Saat musim hujan, produksi cengkeh kering menurun, karena petani mengalami kesulitan dalam mengeringkan hasil panen cengkeh mereka. Tujuan dari pembuatan alat ini adalah menggantikan peran pengeringan secara alami dengan menggunakan mesin buatan dan mengoptimalkan waktu serta tidak memerlukan lahan yang luas untuk proses pengeringan. Pembuatan alat menggunakan sistem otomatis untuk megendalikan kondisi suhu di dalam box pengering dengan metode algoritma fuzzy logic. Untuk pengeringan yang optimal suhu yang digunakan yaitu antara 440C sampai 470C dengan setpoin 450C. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang sama dengan pengeringan tradisional, waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk alat mengeringkan cengkeh adalah ± 7 jam tanpa henti. Penggunaan algoritma logika fuzzy yang di terapkan pada alat, dapat mempertahankan kondisi suhu normal yang kita inginkan dengan kecepatan motor exhaust fan sesuai dengan menurunan dan kenaikan suhu. Sehingga alat dapat mengeringkan cengkeh secara optimal.

Abstract

A corn planting tool has been made by controlling spacing and seed quality based on size. The aim of this research is to make a prototype corn planting tool with plant spacing and seed quality control based on microcontroller controlled size. The research method starts from making a prototype, and measuring system performance. The results of measuring the performance of the tool are indicated by an error in the reading of the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor at a point of 2 cm with an error value of 10% which is close to the actual measurement value, while for reading the distance on the ultrasonic sensor at a point > 2 cm it can be said to be constant to the actual distance. The test results of the BTS7960 motor driver work according to the system work description and are able to control the pulse width modulation (PWM) and the direction of rotation of the DC motor properly. The 28BYJ-48 stepper motor can operate the seed rationing system properly and accurately to rotate the motor at an angle of 90o takes 30 seconds. Overall the tool can function properly. Suggestions for further research, can be added monitoring of corn planting results based on the Internet of Things (IoT).

Abstract

Permasalahan muncul ketika guru belum terbiasa menjalankan aplikasi bebas biaya yang disediakan oleh platform Google, seperti google class room, google docs, google drive, dan lain-lain. Platform ini merupakan media pembelajaran yang fleksibel dan penggunaannya dapat mempermudah proses belajar mengajar antara guru dan siswa untuk berbagi materi pembelajaran, membuat absensi dan ujian harian. Layanan bebas biaya belajar online ini dapat dijalankan melalui laptop maupun handphone. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pembuatan modul GAFE dengan video dan cetak diharapkan membantu pengajar untuk dapat menjalankan aplikasi ini.

Abstract

Mencuci tangan merupakan hal sangat penting dan sangat dianjurkan untuk menjaga kodisi kesehatan terutama selama masa pandemi wabah covid-19 ini. Untuk pencucian tangan dengan mengggunakan kran yang digunakan secara bersama menimbulkan ke khawatiran bagi masyarakat karena masih membuka peluang untuk penyebaran virus corona melalui pengguna sebelumnya. Sehingga pencucian tangan dengan menggunakan pedal menjadi alternatif yang bisa dimanfaatkan karena pengguna tidak memegang kran air secara langsung, pengguna cukup menginjak pedal yang sudah disediakan pada bahagian bawah wastafel untuk mengaktifkan kran air. Pemberian dua buah wastafel otomatis yang diposisikan di pasar bawan dan kantor wali nagari Bawan kecamatan ampek nagari ini bisa memberikan kebiasaan kepada pengunjung, baik yang berada di pasar ataupun di kantor wali nagari untuk terbiasa mencuci tangan. Selain itu, hal ini juga akan memberikan kontribusi untuk menghambat penyebaran virus corona.

Abstract

Since the pandemic two years ago, The schools have mostly conducted teaching and learning activities online. Students are provided with teaching materials in the form of documents or videos to follow the teaching materials. Of course, a cellphone is a basic requirement for students to be able to interact online with teachers. Most students as internet users use cell phones more than using laptops or internet cafes, but only for browsing, chatting with social media applications or playing online games so that it is time consuming, but not enabled for self-creativity. Therefore, an understanding is given to students so that cellphones are used optimally apart from being a formal learning medium, they are also enabled to develop their own creativity or educate themselves using digital technology by creating content that can be used as a business or online business. One of them is through the KUNCIE application, students can learn to start a business as beginners, learn from mentors who are experts in their respective fields to convey how digital-based hobbies can be used as self-potential for creativity.

Abstract

Shallots are one of the leading commodities in several regions in Indonesia. In the cultivation of shallot plants there are pests that can reduce the quality of shallots. Along with the times, and to overcome the problem of watering pesticides for shallot plants, an automation tool is designed to make it easier for farmers to water pesticides. The design of this tool uses the concept of Internet of Thing (IoT) where the application used is Node-RED with the MQTT protocol. The optimum humidity for the growth and development of shallot plants is 50-70%, so soil moisture sensors are used to measure soil moisture. Pesticide watering also looks at weather conditions such as rain. Therefore, the raindrop sensor is used to detect rain. From several trials that have been carried out, it produces one experimental result that shows soil moisture of 35% where weather conditions are not raining and, the relay is active to perform pesticide watering. This indicates that the pesticide watering of shallot plants using the MQTT client-server network is successful carried out.

Abstract

The types of inputs and outputs of a control system that exist today are quite varied with their respective advantages and disadvantages that can be adapted to existing needs. So with the complexity of the system, the price is also very expensive. As one option to overcome this problem is to utilize Highway Addressable Remote Transducer (HART) data through the application of the HART Concentrator System (HCS). HART data has four variables, namely Primary Value (PV), Secondary Value (SV), Third Value (TV) and Fourth Value (FV). All this data can be sent simultaneously to HCS and collected. Then the data on the HCS will be sent via RS485 serial communication to the Modbus Gateway TCPIP. At this Modbus TCPIP gateway, Modbus data can be sent via an Ethernet network so that it can be accessed flexibly by SCADA.

Abstract

Chayote (Sechium edule) is a fruit vegetable with nutritional content, which rich in minerals and vitamins. In West Sumatra, precisely in Tanah Datar Regency, Salimpauang District, chayote has become a household product, not only is it processed into vegetables, but chayote is also processed into snacks such as chayote chips. The process of processing chayote is generally still carried out conventionally by the Salimpauang community. To overcome the problem of automatic and remote monitoring of equipment during dough mixing by applying the IoT method. This monitoring system integrated with IoT was created using a NodeMCU 8266 microcontroller device and a TCS3200 color sensor. The TCS3200 color sensor is used to monitor color changes in chayote dough. Apart from that, this sensor is also used to determine differences in the evenness of the dough color. The RGB color of the dough so that the average value for a smooth texture is R>53, G>92 and B>42.

Abstract

Treatment of Spinach, even though it has been given fertilizer, also keep on eye to monitor lots of water when watering. If the soil is too wet it will interfere with the absorption of nutrients needed for spinach growth. The use of technology makes it easy to monitor and control the condition of spinach plants in real time. Good soil moisture for spinach plants is in the range of 45% equivalent to a voltage value of 2.78 Volts to 60% which is equivalent to a voltage value of 2.03V. Meanwhile, soil that is suitable for growing spinach is soil that has a pH between 6-7. Mamdani fuzzy logic method is applied to a microcontroller as a reference in making decisions to regulate the speed of the water pump. There are five levels of pump speed for automatic watering of spinach from very fast to very slow to maintain stable soil moisture. Based on the test results, it is proven that the system can work correctly using Mamdani fuzzy with an error of 0.023%.
