Abstract

Kepemimpinan adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang untuk menggerakan sekelompok individu, dan membimbing, mempengaruhi orang lain untuk melakukan suatu kegiatan agar mencapai hasil yang diinginkan bersama. Keadaan kepemimpinan di masa digital 4.0 ini mengharuskan kita dapat segera beradaptasi dengan kemajuan dalam bidang Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK) yang semakin cepat. Khulafaur Rasyidin ini merupakan contoh teladan yang baik yang dapat diterapkan diberbagai zaman, dan juga dapat dipadu padankan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman yang berlaku. Metode Pelaksanaan kegiatan yang pertama yaitu mengidentifikasi masalah, menentukan target khalayak sebagai sasaran, menentukan bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, pembagian job desk, pemilihan waktu penyelenggaraan webinar penyuluhan. Penyelenggaraan kegiatan webinar ini dikomunikasikan melalui e-flyer yang disebarkan melalui beberapa group Whatsapp dengan pesan berantai dan juga melalui Instagram. Pemaparan materi penyuluhan dari semua pembicara memakan waktu 40 menit. Kegiatan penyuluhan Meneladani Gaya Kepemimpinan Khulafaur Rasyidin bagi Mahasiswa di Era 4.0 bertujuan untuk meningkatakan dan menumbuhkan rasa kepemimpinan pada diri mahasiwa di era digital 4.0. Peserta terdiri dari para mahasiswa sangat antusias mengikuti acara hingga selesai.

Abstract

Hypertension is a persistent increase in systemic blood pressure as indicated by a measurement of more than 140/90 mmHg. The multifactorial causes of hypertension are genetic, metabolic, and lifestyle behaviours such as diet, exercise, and stres. One selective approach to improve and control hypertension through complementary therapies such as Quran recitation therapy and green coconut water consumption was an alternative. The case study used descriptive methods to identify differences in blood pressure readings among selective high-risk hypertensive clients after attempted Quran recitation therapy and young coconut water intake. The case study subjects were four people with hypertension who treated with Quran recitation therapy, and a control group consumed green coconut water. The case study results showed a decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure after being given the intervention of Quran recitation and administration of young coconut water. The results of this case study recommend that further research with quasi-experimental methods and a larger number of respondents is needed to prove the effectiveness of the intervention of Quran recitation and the provision of young coconut water.

Abstract

Hipertensi adalah tekanan darah tinggi (TD), jika tekanan sistolik meningkat dari 140mmHg dan tekanan diastole meningkat dari 90mmHg. Pencegahan komplikasi hipertensi dapat dilakukan dengan pengobatan dan tanpa pengobatan untuk mengendalikan kolesterol, tanpa pengobatan seperti melakukan pendidikan kesehatan dengan penyuluhan rutin yang berfokus kepada pengendalian kolesterol dan tekanan darah yang dilakukan oleh perawat. Prevelensi hipertensi pada masyarakat berumur diatas 18 tahun di Indonesia sejumlah 34,11%, Setiap tahun total penderita hipertensi akan mengalami peningkatan. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kadar kolesterol dengan tekanan darah pada pasien pasca edukasi hipertensi Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Depok Metode: desain penelitian ini adalah Cross Sectional serta menggunakan analisis Chi Square. Hasil: Penelitian sebagian besar kolesterol normal 91 orang (91,0%), hampir setengahnya 46 responden (46,0%) mengalami tekanan darah sistolik sedang dan tekanan diastolik setengahnya normal sebanyak 63 responden (63,0%). Kesimpulan: Hasil uji statistik menggunakan chi square di dapatkan P value 0,013 dimana nilai (p<0,05) menyatakan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kadar kolesterol dengan tekanan darah diastolik pasien pasca edukasi hipertensi di RSUD Kota Depok sedangkan tidak terdapat hubungan kadar kolesterol dengan tekanan diastolik pada pasien pasce edukasi hipertensi. Rekomendasi: menambahkan variabel yang mempengaruhi tekanan darah pada pasien pasca edukasi hipertensi.

Abstract

Dimsum is a snack dish that is generally cooked with steaming technique and made from wheat flour, sago flour, and can be filled with chicken or fish with a soft texture. This research was conducted to develop sweet dimsum product made from local food. Dimsum product development is done by modifying the main ingredients into purple sweet potato and dimsum skin into rice paper. Modification of dimsum aims to produce a snack product rich in anthocyanins and high in fiber. The research used experimental method with three formulations of adding peanuts to purple sweet potato. The stages of the research include the determination and development of ideas, trials of making products based on recipes, production, organoleptic testing, and product finalization. Organoleptic test was conducted on 30 untrained panelists to find out the best formula. The best formula is purple sweet potato with a weight of 80 g purple sweet potato and 15 g peanut. One serving of purple sweet potato dimsum has an energy content of 323 Cal; 9.8 g protein; fat 15.4 g; carbohydrates 41.1 g; and 17.7 g of fiber which meets the daily energy needs of 15% and daily fiber of 60%. ABSTRAKDimsum merupakan hidangan snack asin yang umumnya dimasak dengan teknik steaming berbahan dasar tepung terigu, tepung sagu, dan dapat ditambahkan dengan daging ayam ataupun ikan dengan tekstur lembut. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengembangkan produk dimsum manis berbahan dasar pangan lokal. Pengembangan produk dimsum dilakukan dengan memodifikasi bahan utama menjadi ubi ungu dan kulit dimsum menjadi rice paper. Modifikasi produk dimsum ini untuk menghasilkan produk makanan selingan kaya akan antosianin dan tinggi serat. Penelitian metode eksperimen dengan tiga perlakuan penambahan kacang tanah terhadap ubi ungu. Tahapan penelitian meliputi penentuan dan pengembangan ide, uji coba pembuatan produk berdasarkan resep, produksi produk, uji organoleptik dan finalisasi produk. Uji organoleptik dilakukan kepada 30 panelis tidak terlatih untuk mengetahui formula terbaik. Formula terbaik adalah ubi ungu dengan berat ubi ungu 80 g dan kacang tanah 15 g. Satu porsi dimsum ubi ungu memiliki kandungan energi 323 Kal; protein 9,8 g; lemak 15,4 g; karbohidrat 41,1 g; dan serat 17,7 g yang memenuhi kebutuhan energi harian sebesar 15% dan serat harian sebanyak 60%.

Abstract

Bakpao jagung merupakan salah satu snack yang banyak disukai masyarakat karena teksturnya yang empuk. Jagung memiliki kandungan gizi seperti karbohidrat, serat, vitamin, kalium, asam linoleat, beta karoten, mineral, dan protein. Rambut jagung memiliki senyawa bioaktif yang dapat bertindak sebagai antioksidan bagi tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan produk inovasi berupa bakpao dengan substitusi jagung yang berfungsi sebagai pangan fungsional. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 formula dengan substitusi ukuran tepung terigu dan jagung yang berbeda untuk mendapatkan formula yang tepat dan paling disukai oleh konsumen. Hasil terbaik berdasarkan uji organoleptik terdapat pada formula 1 dengan berat 200 gram tepung terigu dan 50 gram jagung.

Abstract

Aim: Violent behavior is a feeling of anger, annoyance, emotion, or disappointment that arises and is characterized by a clenched hand, bulging eyes, glaring, loud, and harshly talk that can result in dangerous actions for himself and others, and the environment. Violent behavior can be caused by various factors, both internal and external. One way to deal with violent behavior is by implementing assertive training. Assertive training is an effort to express anger well so that patients can express their annoyance well, ask for help and apologize well. Method: The case study research design involved four subjects chosen based on established inclusion criteria to obtain an overview of the implementation of assertive exercises in increasing the ability to express anger in patients with violent behavior. Result: The main intervention in this paper is the application of assertive exercises for two subjects. After the intervention was carried out three times a day in five days, the result was an increase in ability in assertive training and in expressing anger in patients with violent behavior who implement assertive training. Two patients who did not implement assertive training still had difficulty controlling their anger properly. Conclusion: This case study concludes that assertive training can increase the ability of angry expressions well, such as expressing annoyance well, asking for help well, and rejecting well.

Abstract

Chiffon cake claw is a chiffon cake product with chicken feet added for its nutritional value, health benefits, and economic value. A study aimed to investigate the impact of adding chicken feet on the nutritional content and sensory quality of chiffon cake. The research involved four stages: preparation, experimentation, laboratory tests, and preference tests. The findings showed that adding claw flour to chiffon cake products increased protein and calcium content by 1081g and 70 mg, respectively. Specuk spices were preferred for taste and scent, while curry spices were preferred for color and texture. The chicken claw chiffon cake is expected to have economic value and competitiveness in the market. Key words: Chiffon cake, chicken claw, nutritional and sensory evaluations

Abstract

This research aims to help and provide guidance in memorizing the Al-Qur'an to SDI Insan Mandiri children in reading and memorizing the Al-Qur'an. The method of guiding memorizing the Qur'an for elementary school children is an approach that requires special attention, patience, and the right approach to help elementary school children in the process of memorizing the Qur'an. In teaching and learning activities, SDI Insan Mandiri children read and memorize the Al-Qur'an, which is guided directly by KKM STAI Palabuhanratu students in class V as a form of community service, especially in the field of education at SDI Insan Mandiri, Cihaur Village. With guidance on memorizing the Qur'an at SDI Insan Mandiri, it is hoped that SDI Insan Mandiri children will get used to reading the Qur'an every day and have memorized the Qur'an for provisions in this world and the afterlife.

Abstract

Been doing research on PAI's animated media development on the material of leadership material ash-shidiq with an application Vlognow. The goal of research is to describe the development of the media of learning and media tests are based on the response of teachers, the teachers' response, impact, as well as obstacles. Kind of quality research with a footage of research covering the stage of preliminary studies, the libraka studies, the field survey, and the draft product drafts, as well the development phase with limited trials. This research target is a student of VI Manager's class. The result of this research of the pro-educated interest responders of the media is well reviewed from the components formatic, quality, clarity, as well as the interest of the educated. The media has impact on the competitors the education of studying PAI, understanding of concept, and the arousal of the study and the pleasure of learning, and the interest of learning not only by method of speech as well as they're looking more attractive and not boring. Where the response of SDN Manangga students held, as many as 1 student stated the animated video was not understood, 17 students understood the video and 15 students expressed very understanding the animated video about the leadership of Abu Bakar Ash-Shidiq can be concluded that the animated video based. Vlognow application on Abu Bakar Ash-sidiq leadership material can improve motivation and learning achievements and is considered more understandable and fun and worthy used in the learning process.

Abstract

Endowment management has special principles, namely the principles of sustainability and eternity. This principle of eternity can be manifested in the form of optimizing the performance of nazhir (endowment organiser) and the District Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) which functions as manager, supervisor and recorder of the orderly administration of endowment in Indonesia. Due to the wide and large distribution of endowment land throughout Indonesia, the government, in this case the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, appointed the role and function of KUA elements as executors and supervisors of endowment. The style and allocation of waqf in each sub-district is different. This article analyzes the role and authority of the KUA of Nanggung District, Bogor Regency in carrying out its functions. In particular, the allocation of endowment in Nanggung District is still limited to '3M' endowment, namely masjid-musala, madrasa, and burial ground. This research uses a empirical juridical approach which is descriptive analytical and explanatory. This research provides an overview and analysis of endowment organiser and supervision practices by nazhir and by the KUA institution by linking this implementation to applicable laws and regulations. The results of this research show that the role and function of the Nanggung District KUA has been implemented optimally. The role of guidance and supervision runs optimally as seen in the endowment land which is registered and monitored from the aspect of ownership, handover of the endowment to the aspect of the performance of the nazhir as the endowment organiser.
