Abstract

Kompetensi teknologi dan informasi bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling/konselor merupakan kompetensi yang perlu dimiliki. Hal ini dikarenakan, kompetensi teknologi dan informasi akan membantu guru bimbingan dan konseling/konselor melaksanakan administrasi bimbingan dan konseling yang cenderung memakan waktu, seperti analisis hasil asesmen. Pengabdian pada masyarakat dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknologi guru bimbingan dan konseling/konselor di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Pengabdian pada masyarakat melibatkan 28 orang guru bimbingan dan konseling di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat, diperlukan adanya pendampingan bagi peserta ketika menerapkan kompetensi teknologi dan informasi dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah masing-masing

Abstract

ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION TRAINING TO IMPROVE DRUGS PREVENTION KNOWLEDGE IN FIRST HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS OF YWKA II EAST JAKARTA. The high number of drug abuse among students in DKI Jakarta is a big task for Guidance and Counseling Teachers to carry out preventive and curative efforts. The solution offered is to organize an assertive communication training program to increase drug prevention knowledge in students. This research is an experimental study to see the effectiveness of this program carried out at YWKA II East Jakarta junior high school. This study found that the implementation of an assertive communication training program was proven to increase students' knowledge of drug prevention. Based on these results, it is recommended for the government and school leaders to conduct an assertive communication training program to prevent drug abuse in students as a preventive effort that needs to be done early on, especially for junior high school students entering their early teens.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji korelasi antara Impostor Syndrome dan resiliensi akademik pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FIP UNJ), dengan fokus pada 100 mahasiswa aktif yang terpilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penggunaan kuesioner yang dirancang dengan skala Likert sebagai instrumen utama. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan adanya keterkaitan yang signifikan antara Impostor Syndrome dan resiliensi akademik pada mahasiswa FIP UNJ. Ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara tingkat Impostor Syndrome yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa dan tingkat resiliensi akademik yang dimiliki. Artinya, semakin kuat perasaan Impostor Syndrome yang dialami oleh mahasiswa, maka resiliensi akademik mereka cenderung menurun. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan baru mengenai dampak psikologis Impostor Syndrome terhadap performa akademik mahasiswa. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya mengidentifikasi dan memahami perasaan Impostor Syndrome pada mahasiswa guna mencegah penurunan resiliensi akademik. FIP UNJ serta institusi pendidikan tinggi lainnya dapat menggunakan temuan ini sebagai dasar untuk merancang program intervensi yang sesuai, bertujuan membantu mahasiswa mengatasi Impostor Syndrome serta meningkatkan tingkat resiliensi akademik mereka. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat memberikan lingkungan yang lebih mendukung dan memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan kepercayaan diri dan ketahanan dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami hubungan antara Impostor Syndrome dan resiliensi akademik, serta menggarisbawahi perlunya perhatian terhadap aspek psikologis mahasiswa dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi akademik dan pengembangan pribadi. Kata Kunci: Impostor Syndrome, Resiliensi Akademik, Mahasiswa. This study aims to examine the correlation between Impostor Syndrome and academic resilience among students of the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FIP UNJ), focusing on 100 active students selected through purposive sampling. The research method employed is quantitative, utilizing the Pearson Product Moment correlation approach. Research data were collected through the use of a questionnaire designed with the Likert scale as the primary instrument. The results of the study reveal a significant correlation between Impostor Syndrome and academic resilience among FIP UNJ students. It was found that there is a negative correlation between the level of Impostor Syndrome experienced by students and their level of academic resilience. In other words, the stronger the feelings of Impostor Syndrome experienced by students, the more likely their academic resilience will decrease. This finding provides new insights into the psychological impact of Impostor Syndrome on students' academic performance. Implications of these research findings emphasize the importance of identifying and understanding Impostor Syndrome feelings among students to prevent a decline in academic resilience. Higher education institutions, including faculties, can utilize these findings as a foundation to design appropriate intervention programs aimed at assisting students in overcoming Impostor Syndrome and enhancing their academic resilience. These efforts are expected to provide a more supportive environment, enabling students to develop self-confidence and resilience in facing academic challenges. Overall, this research makes a significant contribution to understanding the relationship between Impostor Syndrome and academic resilience, underscoring the necessity of addressing the psychological aspects of students to enhance academic achievement and personal development.
