Abstract

Kajian teoretis dan fakta empiris menunjukkan tentang pentingnya adaptabilitas karir peserta didik di era revolusi industri 4.0. Namun, kajian tentang asesmen adaptabilitas karir peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan asesmen adaptabilitas karir peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama berbasis computer assisted testing. Pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan scientist-practitioner model dengan melibatkan 48 orang peserta didik, 1 guru bimbingan dan konseling, dan 1 wakil kepala sekolah SMP YWKA 2 dan Trisula Perwari 3 Jakarta. Data diukur menggunakan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale-Short Form dan dianalisis menggunakan rata-rata dan simpangan baku. Secara operasional, analisis data menggunakan Rash Model 3.75.0 dan SPSS v. 25.0. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan asesmen adaptabilitas karir dapat memfasilitasi peserta didik dan guru bmbingan dan konseling memahami profil adaptabilitas karir dirinya. Adaptabilitas karir peserta didik SMP cenderung berada pada katgori tinggi, baik secara keseluruhan maupun dimensi keyakinan, kepedulian, dan keingintahuan, namun cenderung rendah pada dimensi pengendalian karir. Hasil ini dapat dijadikan baseline pengembangan program bimbingan dan konseling karir/peminatan untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas karir peserta didik SMP.

Abstract

ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION TRAINING TO IMPROVE DRUGS PREVENTION KNOWLEDGE IN FIRST HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS OF YWKA II EAST JAKARTA. The high number of drug abuse among students in DKI Jakarta is a big task for Guidance and Counseling Teachers to carry out preventive and curative efforts. The solution offered is to organize an assertive communication training program to increase drug prevention knowledge in students. This research is an experimental study to see the effectiveness of this program carried out at YWKA II East Jakarta junior high school. This study found that the implementation of an assertive communication training program was proven to increase students' knowledge of drug prevention. Based on these results, it is recommended for the government and school leaders to conduct an assertive communication training program to prevent drug abuse in students as a preventive effort that needs to be done early on, especially for junior high school students entering their early teens.

Abstract

PROFILE OF STUDENTS CAREER MATURITY STAI SILIWANGI BANDUNG. This study is driven by the tendency of guidance and counseling services at universities, especially in STAI Siliwangi Bandung by students to establish their future career maturity, nevertheless, the services obtained do not meet their expectations. Considering career guidance for students, especially student career maturity is left alone, passes, and runs by itself. Then students will experience confusion and unpreparedness in facing the next career demands. Students are the final status as learners before entering the world of work and following career demands, so they need direction, career guidance to stimulate the development and stabilization of their career orientation optimally according to the level and characteristics typical of the progress as it goes through. The purpose of this research is the formation of the maturity profile of the student's career. This research uses the quantitative method. This research produces (1) Maturity picture of Student Career (2) The effectiveness of career counseling to strengthen the maturity of the student's career. The conclusion of the research is the maturity of the student's career is in mature category, there is no career guidance service to strengthen student career maturity in STAI Siliwangi Bandung, based on the results of research can be formulated a model of collaborative career guidance services to harden the maturity of STAI Siliwangi Bandung student career.

Abstract

PUPPETS TO INCREASE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT BULYYING FOR FOURTH GRADE OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS UJUNG MENTENG 07 PAGI. The purpose of this study was to develop puppets with “jangan ajak temanku” Story to increase knowledge about bullying for 4th grade of elementary school students to get an information about bullying and how to cope with it. The study was included in Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The study was conducted utilizing random sampling with 59 students on preliminary study. Data collection method used an interview techniques with teacher from 4th grade, and questionnaires for students. The validation result got 88% from media expert (very feasible) and 71% from content expert (feasible). The results of the small group trial got a percentage of 86% (very feasible) In media assessment, and the achievement of instructional objectives got percentage of 83%. In conclusion the puppets with “jangan ajak temanku” Story to increase knowledge about bullying for 4th grade of elementary school students can be declared as “Very Feasible”.

Abstract

Abstract

The student's ability in reading Qur'an is very important to study the Islamic religion, especially in schools. Therefore, managers need to be aware of it. This study aims to determine the efforts of teachers in learning read and write Al-Qur’an to improve learning achievement of islamic education in the students of class VIII in SMP Al Falah Dago Full day school. The approach used in this research is combination approach (mix methods) with concurent triangulation design. With a population of 62 respondents. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and study documentation. In analyzing the data used program IBM SPSS 21.0. Based on the qualitative results that the efforts of read and write Al-Qur’an teachers have connection with read and write Al-Qur’an's learning achievement. Hypothesis testing of this research using simple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing show that: Achievement learn read and write Al-Qur’an class VIII Full day in category "enough", that interval 75-83. The average learning achievement of read and write Al-Qur’an is 82. The achievement of learning islamic education class VIII Full Day category "enough", that is at interval 75-83. The average of islamic education learning achievement is 81. It is proved by the result of t test obtained t value = 15.386, while bigger than t table = 2.0002 at significance level 0.000, or smaller than 0.05 so Ho is rejected. It also obtained regression equation Y = 37.618 + 0,529X. It can be proved that the value of regression coefficient of variables read and write Al-Qur’an learning achievement (X) is equal to 0,529 + positive value, so it can be said that the achievement of learning read and write Al-Qur’an have a positive effect on learning achievement islamic education (Y). Positive influence is interpreted, that the increasing learning achievement read and write Al-Qur’an (X) will also increase learning achievement islamic education (Y).

Abstract

Learning is a cultural activity, and in Islam, learning is an activity of worship. As a cultural activity, diversity in culture (multicultural) will generate diversity in learning styles; and as a religious activity, the learning activities are driven by faith. Understand the influence of cultural diversity (multiculturalism) is referred to as the power IV in Psychology (Pedersen, 1991), and the power of spiritualism has been widely referred to as the power of V in Psychology, to enhance the three previous strength: schools of Psychodynamic (strength I), sect Behavioristik (strength II ), and schools of Humanistic (strength III), in explaining human behavior. The influence of these two forces advanced towards attractive GB studied further in order to develop GB each individual optimally. Studies following successively discuss: (1) the conceptual framework GB, (2) the identification of issues and related phenomena, (3) research methods, (4) the results of the analysis, and (5) the implications for education and guidance and counseling , Research shows that students who learned by using learning styles (GB) they achieve higher performance than those who did not use (Dunn and Griggs, 1998: 13; Adi W. Gunawan, 2007: 139), because they learn through "options" GB they enjoy. Therefore, GB has been recognized had the "power" (Sullivan in Dunn and Griggs, 1998: 13), and pulled again that GB influenced by the culture and beliefs of each, as well as the leadership factor.

Abstract

Desa Medalsari memiliki potensi alam dan budaya yang merupakan modal untuk menjadi desa wisata. Upaya mengarah pada pembentukan desa wisata pernah terjadi, namun karena kualitas sumber daya manusia yang masih kurang dan diperparah oleh pandemi Covid-19 membuat belum bisa terwujud. Oleh karena itu, sebagai langkah awal tim Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) melakukan program pengambangan toponimi sebagai daya dukung wisata di Desa Medalsari. Program tersebut dilaksanakan dalam dua kegiatan, yaitu penyuluhan mengenai toponimi sebagai refleksi budaya masyarakat Medalsari berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan sebelumnya, dan workshop pengembangan toponimi melalui aplikasi Google Maps dan Local Guide. Program PPM ini diselenggarakan pada bulan Juni-Agustus 2022 dan dilakukan dalam 4 tahap yaitu seleksi lokasi, sosialisasi pemberdayaan masyarakat, proses pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan pemandirian masyarakat. Setelah mengikuti program PPM, para peserta mengungkapkan dengan antusias bahwa mereka lebih mengetahui asal-usul nama tempat di wilayah mereka karena beberapa nama tempat tidak diketahui asal-usulnya. Mereka pun lebih mengetahui Google Maps dan manfaatnya untuk menyimpan nama kampung masing-masing setelah mendaftar diri dalam aplikasi Local Guide. Pendampingan dan pembinaan dari akademisi sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat untuk mengembang desa dan meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakatnya. Medalsari Village has natural and cultural potential which needs to be utilized to become a tourist village. Efforts to lead to the formation of a tourist village have occurred, but due to the lack of quality human resources and exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic, this has not been realized. Therefore, as a first step, the Community Service Team (PPM) carried out a toponymy development program as a tourism support in Medalsari Village. The program was implemented in two activities, namely counseling on toponymy as a reflection of the culture of the Medalsari community based on the results of previous research, and a toponymy development workshop through the Google Maps and Local Guide applications. The PPM program is held in June-August 2022 and is carried out in 4 stages, namely location selection, socialization of community empowerment, community empowerment process, and community self-reliance. After participating in the PPM program, the participants enthusiastically expressed that they know more about the origins of place names in their area because the origins of some place names are unknown. They also know more about Google Maps and its benefits for saving the names of their respective villages after registering in the Local Guide application. Assistance and guidance from academics is needed by the community to develop the village and improve the standard of living of the community.
