Abstract

Good management of facilities and infrastructure is expected to create a clean, neat, and beautiful university environment, thereby creating a pleasant atmosphere for both lecturers and students to be on campus. This Field Experience Practice (PPL) activity aims to explore more deeply the role of lecturers in the management of facilities and infrastructure at IKIP PGRI Kalimantan Timur. The methods used in this PPL activity include briefing, field observation, data processing, report writing, and article publication. Through this PPL activity, students are expected to directly observe the implementation of the theories learned during lectures, so that their knowledge of facilities and infrastructure management goes beyond theory to include real-world practice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan gambaran secara lengkap mengenai suatu kejadian atau dimaksudkan untuk mengekspos dan mengklarifikasi suatu fenomena yang terjadi. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti ingin melihat gambaran secara lengkap respon peserta didik pada penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis video. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-3 SMP Negeri 4 Samarinda yang berjumlah 4 siswa. Peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, angket, dan wawancara, setelah itu data dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengetahui kebenaran yang terdapat pada lokasi penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil keseluruhan, minat belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran matematika melalui video pembelajaran menunjukkan respon yang positif sehingga berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar dan hasil belajar yang tinggi. Pencapaian peserta didik dalam suatu mata pelajaran dipengaruhi oleh minat mereka. Peserta didik yang tertarik pada media pembelajaran berbasis video cenderung memberikan perhatian yang lebih besar pada proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu dapat kita simpulkan bahwa Pembelajaran menggunakan media berbasis video membantu membangkitkan motivasi belajar peserta didik, mampu merangsang partisipasi aktif peserta didik dan membangkitkan minat peserta didik dalam pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

Education serves as a fundamental pillar in national development, and effective policies play a crucial role in strengthening social, economic, and cultural structures. In Indonesia, various educational policies such as the 12-Year Compulsory Education Program and the School Operational Assistance (BOS) have been introduced to expand access and enhance the quality of learning. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of educational policy within the management of Indonesia’s education system, assess its influence on educational quality, and identify key challenges that arise during policy implementation. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, drawing on policy reviews, document analysis, and findings from previous empirical studies related to educational policy and management. The results indicate that while national policies have contributed to broader access to education, significant disparities continue to emerge between urban and remote areas, particularly in terms of infrastruct
