Penelitian ini membahas manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap Program Gerakan Literasi di MIN 6 Aceh Utara. Program Gerakan Literasi Madrasah (GLM) merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengakses, memahami, dan menggunakan informasi secara cerdas melalui kegiatan membaca, melihat, menyimak, menulis, dan berbicara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mendukung program GLM di MIN 6 Aceh Utara, memahami pelaksanaan program GLM, serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia terkait program tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1). manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam program GLM di MIN 6 Aceh Utara dilakukan melalui tiga tahap utama: perencanaan, pengadaan, dan pengembangan. 2). Program GLM sendiri dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan: tahap pembiasaan, tahap pengembangan, dan tahap pembelajaran. 3). Kendala yang dihadapi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap program GLM meliputi faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal mencakup masalah siswa, sarana dan prasarana, serta keterbatasan dana. Faktor eksternal yang menyebabkan rendahnya kemampuan literasi baca tulis siswa antara lain kurangnya perhatian dari orang tua, masyarakat, dan pemerintah. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa keberhasilan program GLM sangat bergantung pada komitmen dan kerjasama antara berbagai pihak terkait, termasuk guru, siswa, orang tua, dan pihak manajemen sekolah. Pengembangan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan dan workshop secara berkelanjutan juga diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan efektivitas program literasi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengelola sekolah dan pembuat kebijakan untuk merancang strategi yang lebih efektif dalam mengatasi hambatan dan meningkatkan kualitas literasi di kalangan siswa.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of accreditation in improving the quality of education in the Postgraduate Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Study Program at IAIN Lhokseumawe. Higher education accreditation is an important instrument to ensure the quality of education that is relevant to the needs of society and the development of the times. However, the implementation of accreditation often faces various challenges, such as the fulfillment of diverse quality standards and limitations in the management of accreditation data. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document analysis. This study found that the Postgraduate PAI Study Program has tried to meet accreditation standards by improving the quality of the curriculum, management, and human resources. However, there are obstacles in the integration of internal and external quality evaluations and data management that still lack innovation. These findings suggest that accreditation should be seen as a strategic tool for a more holistic transformation of education, not just an administrative formality. This research is expected to contribute to improving the implementation of accreditation in higher education institutions, especially in Islamic-based study programs.

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan tentang penggunaan aplikasi SPSS dalam uji validitas dan reliabilitas tes yang mana dapat membantu guru untuk memastikan bahwa tes yang digunakan benar-benar mencerminkan materi yang telah diajarkan dan dapat diandalkan untuk mengukur seberapa baik pemahaman siswa tentang materi tersebut. Setiap guru diikutsertakan dalam pelatihan melalui pendekatan kualitatif. pretest, pengenalan konsep, demonstrasi, dan posttest adalah langkah-langkah yang digunakan untuk menyelenggarakan pelatihan dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan penggunaan SPSS sebagai alat untuk mengukur keakuratan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa dalam uji validitas dan reliabilitas tes sulit untuk diterapkan oleh guru dalam proses tes evaluasi hasil pembelajaran. Hal ini terjadi karena guru kurang memahami penggunaan aplikasi SPSS dan tidak memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang diperlukan untuk menggunakannya dalam evaluasi pembelajaran. akibat yang kurang signifikan bagi peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di SD 19 Banda Sakti kota Lhokseumawe dan pengembangan profesional guru.

Ulama are used as spiritual leaders and authorities who serve as references for the people of Aceh on various socio-cultural issues and problems faced by society on a daily basis. During the time of Sultan Iskandar Muda, ulama had a very important position and role, as stated by Adat Bak Po Teumeureuhom, Hukom Bak Syiah Kuala, Resam Bak Laksamana, Qanun Bak Putroe Phang. Meaning, Customs in the Kingdom, Laws in the Syiah Kuala Ulama; Reusam to the Admiral, Qanun to the Queen of the Kingdom. In other words, ulama play the role of giving fatwas, so that every period there are ulama who accompany the government. The aim of this research is to determine the existence of Islamic scholars and educational institutions during the Aceh Sultanate. The type of research used is literature. The data collection technique was carried out through library research, namely by collecting several articles originating from journals and books relating to the existence of Islamic scholars and educational institutions during the Aceh sultanate. The data analysis technique in this research uses content analysis, namely analyzing books, journals and other literature related to research. The results of the research show that the existence of ulama during the Aceh Sultanate as fatwa givers. At the macro level, the ulama during Sultan Iskandar Muda's time received quite high positions, namely as qadhi (qadhi malikul adil at royal level and qadhi uleebalang at naggroe level). In other words, ulama have bargaining power in decision making in the kingdom, both worldly and spiritual matters as well as the development of science and culture which has given birth to Islamic educational institutions during the Aceh sultanate, namely meunasah, frameng, dayah, dayah teungku chik and jami`ah.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan Model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam pembelajaran fiqih di kelas VII MTsS Darul Kiram. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif penelitian ini fokus bagaimana cara penerapan metode Problem Based Learning. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data mengenai pengalaman dan persepsi siswa terhadap model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada pemahaman siswa setelah diterapkannya model PBL. Model ini terbukti mampu mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa, meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta membantu siswa mengaitkan nilai-nilai fiqih dengan konteks kehidupan nyata. Oleh karena itu, penerapan model PBL direkomendasikan sebagai strategi pembelajaran efektif dalam pendidikan agama Islam

The role of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers is very strategic in improving students' understanding of tajwid. At SMP Ihdal Ulum Al Aziziah, Samalanga Sub-district, Bireuen District, the Reading Guide method is employed to guide students in reading the Quran correctly according to tajwid rules. This study adopts a qualitative case study approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the Reading Guide method effectively enhances students' focus and active participation, particularly in the pronunciation of Arabic letters according to their proper articulation points (makhrajul huruf). This method facilitates students in imitating the teacher's recitation (musyafahah bil ada’), which plays a crucial role in developing fluency in reciting the Quran. Continuous practice and individual reinforcement are also necessary to avoid stiffness in pronunciation. Teacher professionalism, learning environment support, and facility availability also determine the success of this method. However, obstacles were also found, such as the lack of readiness of students who were slow to understand or lacked confidence, as well as the need for teachers to prepare interesting teaching materials. With the right approach, this method can be an effective strategy in tajwid learning

One of the managerial functions in educational institutions is academic supervision. This is to improve teachers' abilities in teaching and learning activities and managing learning in the classroom and outside the classroom. The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the implementation of academic supervision carried out by school principals in order to improve teacher performance. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The subjects of this study were the principals and teachers of Raudhatul Fuqara Private High School, North Aceh. The results of the research show that the implementation of academic supervision is carried out in three stages: 1) planning; by determining the objectives and making a supervision schedule, 2) implementation; by carrying out supervision outside the classroom and supervision in the classroom, 3) evaluation; by carrying out data collection, assessment, detection of weaknesses, repairing weaknesses, guidance, and development.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the develop of audio-visual based learning media (video) through Canva Application in PAI learning. The design of this study is library research. Based on descriptive and textual analysis refer to primary data is teaching material, secondary datais teachers and students and another data sources to support the study of the research. The result finding is the used of audio visual through Canva Application to increase students learning motivation on the material and the used of audio-visual learning media (video) is basically intended to make learning activities more effective in learning goals can be achieved well. Learning evaluation is a crucial component of education, including in aqidah (Islamic creed) learning, which emphasizes both conceptual and spiritual understanding. At SD IT Diana As Saffa Islamic, Lhokseumawe City, multiple-choice tests are the primary method used by teachers to assess students’ comprehension. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a descriptive method and a field research design. Data were collected through observation, structured interviews with teachers and students, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing based on the Miles et al. model. The results indicate that the multiple-choice evaluation is considered effective by teachers and positively received by students. Teachers adjust the difficulty level of questions according to grade level, and students feel supported by the post-evaluation discussions. However, challenges were identified in the scoring techniques, including the use of conventional scoring without considering question difficulty levels and the absence of standardized scoring guidelines. Multiple-choice evaluation offers advantages in terms of efficiency and objectivity, but it is not yet fully capable of measuring the depth of understanding and the values of aqidah. Teachers need training in item construction and valid, fair scoring techniques. They also need to adopt reflective and exploratory approaches to better support the holistic goals of Islamic education.
