The sample in this study namely the students of SMP Negeri 5 Denpasar who amounted to 281 respondents which was determined using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling with a proportional approach. The research instruments used are questionnaires as well as analog and microtome scales. This study used univariate and bivariate (rank spearmen) data analysis. The results of this study showed that the level of adolescent knowledge about fast food, the majority of whom had insufficient knowledge, amounted to 103 respondents (36.7%) and the incidence of obesity amounted to 86 respondents (30.6%). The results of the observation of the variable relationship between the level of knowledge about fast food and the incidence of obesity obtained a p-value value = 0.000 or p-value <0.05 there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge about fast food with the incidence of obesity in adolescents at SMP Negeri 5 Denpasar. Abstract

In the Elderly Posyandu activities, health checks are carried out by health workers at the East Denpasar Regional Health Center but there is no medical record form that can be used to document the results of the health examination. During the posyandu activities for the elderly, the cadres checked blood pressure, height, weight, glucose levels, and cholesterol. Therefore, we carried out community service by socializing the elderly assessment form and how to enter these data into the design of the form. The purpose of community service is to improve the ability of posyandu cadres in understanding and documenting the elderly health status form. The method carried out was conducting a pre-test which contained knowledge of cadres related to the assessment of the elderly, then socialization, demonstration and assistance were carried out in filling out the elderly health status form. The target is the elderly posyandu cadres of Banjar Tunjung Sari. The assistance provided includes how to fill out medical record forms for the assisted elderly, what items must be filled out, and how to manage the forms. After doing community service, the results of the knowledge before being given socialization obtained 4 (80%) lack of knowledge, after being given socialization and knowledge assistance 3 (60%) knowledge was good and cadres were able to fill out health forms and document the elderly health status forms. Health status can be continuously documented

Learning requires students' readiness to take lessons in class when studying individually or in groups. Learning concentration is a form of student readiness in participating in the learning process. To increase the concentration of learning needs to be done acupressure therapy. Acupressure is useful for smoothing blocked blood flow, by pressing certain points it is believed to improve concentration, focus and memory. Apart from implementing acupressure to document the health status of students, socialization of student health records was carried out in schools. The purpose of the community service is to socialize acupressure therapy to increase learning concentration and socialize the Health status form to school-age children. The method is carried out using online methods or online materials in the form of simulations in conducting acupressure therapy and socialization related to student health documentation in target schools in the service of high school students. The results of the implementation of student community service were attended by 20 students and students understood acupressure techniques to increase learning concentration and documentation of health status in schools.

Abstract

The accuracy of disease diagnosis coding is an important indicator in the management of medical records and health service claims. This study aims to determine the percentage of accuracy in coding pneumonia diagnoses based on ICD-10 according to the 2023 National Medical Practice Guidelines (PNPK) at Udayana Hospital II in Denpasar. The research method used was quantitative descriptive with a total sampling approach of 72 medical records of pneumonia patients during the period from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The research instrument was a checklist for assessing the accuracy of diagnosis codes based on the provisions of ICD-10 and PNPK Pneumonia 2023. The results showed that 51 files (70.8%) were coded accurately, while 21 files (29.2%) were coded inaccurately. The inaccuracy in coding was due to a lack of supporting tests, such as microbiological tests, as well as the excessive workload of the coders. These findings indicate the need for an analysis of coders' workload to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of their tasks, time management, and priorities. This study is expected to serve as evaluation material to improve the quality of service and efficiency of hospital administration.

Abstract

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which increases every year, with the increasing incidence of Hypertension will have an impact on society, namely a decrease in health status which results in a decrease in the quality of life. Management of hypertension can be done with non-pharmacological therapy, one of the non-pharmacological therapies chosen by the community, namely complementary therapy, neck massage therapy using VCO and cupping is a complementary therapy that aims to reduce hypertension. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample in this study 16 respondents were given neck massage therapy with VCO and 16 respondents were given dry cupping therapy. The data analysis used was the Spearman rank because the data were not normally distributed. Before being given neck massage therapy with a mean VCO, systolic blood pressure was 156.25, diastolic blood pressure was 87.50 after being given a mean value of 124.38 and diastolic 81.25 with a systolic p value of 0.000 while for diastolic blood pressure of 0.008. Whereas in the group given dry cupping therapy systolic blood pressure with a mean of 158.82 and diastole a mean of 90.59, after being given dry cupping therapy, systolic blood pressure was 124.71 while diastole was 78.82 with a systolic p value of 0.000 and diastole of 0.009. The difference in blood pressure in the two interventions for the system p value was 0.968 while for diastole the p value was 0.625, which means there was no difference between the two interventions. So it can be concluded that both neck massage therapy with VCO and dry cupping therapy can reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension.
