Abstract

This study aims to determine how the marketing strategy of STP at PT Siantar Top Tanjung Morawa. This research is a descriptive research. This research uses case study research techniques. Data collection techniques in this study use interviews and documentation. Interviews were used using tools, namely questionnaires and documentation methods to obtain secondary data. The population used in this study were all consumers of the products of PT Siantar Top Tbk Tanjung Morawa. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The results of this study are based on the results of the analysis carried out by segmentation, targeting, and positioning simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the test results, it was found that the segmentation variable had a positive influence on the product purchase decision of PT Siantar Top Tbk. Based on the test results, it was found that the targeting variable had a positive influence on the product purchase decision of PT Siantar Top Tbk. Based on the test results, it was found that the positioning variable had a negative influence on the product purchase decision of PT Siantar Top Tbk.

Abstract

Interest and motivation to become a nurse is very important to have. Students who are interested in the nursing profession will try more seriously when compared to students who are less interested in the nursing profession and motivation as well. it will have an impact on the ability of individuals to apply the knowledge they have received in carrying out their duties and responsibilities Objective of this study was to determine the correlation of interest with learning achievement, motivation with learning achievement, interest and motivation to be nurses together with learning achievements at Nursing students at Jambi University. This research is quantitative research, using ex post facto research methods. The population in this study were all students of nursing study programs of semester IV and VI with a sample of 73 samples, sampling using Proportional sampling method, data analysis using simple correlation analysis and multiple  correlation analysis. The results of this research on the variable interest to be nurse obtained a value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05, Motivation to be nurse with learning achievement with a value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05 and interest and motivation to be nurses together with learning achievement with Sig F Change value of 0,000 <0.05. Abstrak Minat dan motivasi untuk menjadi tenaga kepertawatan sangatlah penting untuk dimiliki. Mahasiswa yang berminat terhadap profesi perawat akan berusaha lebih sungguh-sungguh jika dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa yang kurang berminat dalam profesi perawat dan begitupun dengan motivasi, apabila tidak terdapat motivasi dalam diri maka akan timbul rasa malas untuk belajar sehingga akan mempengaruhi prestasi belajar, apabila prestasi belajar rendah maka akan berdampak pada kemampuan individu dalam mengaplikasikan ilmu yang sudah diterimanya dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan minat dengan prestasi belajar, motivasi dengan prestasi belajar, minat dan motivasi menjadi perawat secara bersama-sama dengan prestasi belajar pada mahasiswa Keperawatan Universitas Jambi. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan metode penelitian ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester IV dan VI prodi keperawatan unja dengan jumlah sampel 73 sampel, pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Proportional sampling, Analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda. Pada variabel minat menjadi perawat dengan prestasi belajar diperoleh nilai p-value 0.000 < 0.05, motivasi menjadi perawat dengan prestasi belajar dengan nilai p-value 0.000 < 0.05 dan minat dan motivasi menjadi perawat secara bersama-sama dengan prestasi belajar dengan nilai p-value 0.000 < 0.05. Minat dan motivasi menjadi perawat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar pada mahasiswa keperawatan Kata Kunci: Minat, motivasi, prestasi belajar

Abstract

Distillation is a technique for extracting Atsiri oils from various plants, one notable example being the Serai Wangi plant (Cymbopogon nardus), a type of herb commonly used in medicine, beauty products, and even as an additive to fuel. Atsiri oils from Serai Wangi can be produced through various methods, such as extraction. The advantage of this method is that it does not require high temperatures, thereby preventing the oil from degrading easily. Consequently, this distillation equipment design was developed to assist farming communities in acquiring an efficient distillation machine. The design process began with a literature study related to the design of distillation equipment. It involved calculating the design of the device and testing the functionality of the distillation equipment. The parameters observed were the effective capacity of the device, its performance, and the yield results. The outcome of this Serai Wangi oil distillation equipment design, featuring an evaporation tank, is that the evaporation process, where the burning furnace heats the water in the tank and steam is directed to the condenser through a connecting pipe, operates efficiently and can produce Atsiri oils of high quality and quantity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of promotion, loan disbursement procedure, syaria aspect, and location on the interest of customers using rahn products on syaria pawnshops. The research used quantitative research. The population in this research is all customers who used rahn products on syaria pawnshops. The technique of sampling method used convenience sampling and retrieved samples of 100 respondents. For data analysis method, using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The results of this study indicated that promotion, loan disbursement procedure, syaria aspect, and location simultaneously affect the interest. Partially, the result shows that promotion, loan disbursement procedure, syaria aspect, and location have a significant effect on the interest of customers using rahn products at the  Kuala Simpang  Syariah Pawnshop Head Office

Abstract

The book "God is in Your Heart" offers a wonderful Islamic perspective on a number of topics. include the state of the world today, all of which can be addressed by the timeless teachings of Islam. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine what sermon themes the book "God is in Your Heart" contains. In order to formulate the problem for this study, the researcher will examine the idea of God as it is presented in Habib Ja'far Al Hadar's book "God is in your Heart." Content analysis is the analysis method employed in this study. Descriptive analysis approaches are employed in a qualitative manner to conduct content analysis in this study. Research aimed at analyzing how the idea of divinity is presented in. The author examines the idea of God in each of the eighteen book subtitles. It is evident from the data results that the book "God is in Your Heart" contains accurate information. He maintained that the mosque is the place where Muslims should perceive God and be moved to humble themselves to Him, not the existence of God within the domed structure we call a mosque. "Who knows himself, then he knows his God" is a well-known Sufi saying that, in Habib Husein Ja'far's opinion, is crucial for humanity.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examine the factors that influence customers' desire to utilize the services of PT Pegadaian Syariah Kuala Simpang Branch. This study employs a quantitative methodology and uses SPSS version 23 for statistical data analysis. The number of respondents is 100 individuals, and the population consists of all customers who use pawned items (Rahn) at the designated branch. The results of the study indicate that the interest rate variable has a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, and a t-value of 5.660, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.660. Additionally, the religiosity variable has a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, and a t-value of 17.252 > 1.660. Similarly, the t-value for the service quality variable is 13.113 > 1.660 with a significance threshold of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, the F-test results show a significance level of 0.004, which is less than 0.05, and an F-value of 659.149, which is greater than the F-table value of a magnitude of 2.699. This result implies that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. With an Adjusted R Square score of 95.2%, the model explains 95.2% of customer interest, with additional factors not included in the regression model affecting the remaining 4.8%.
