Abstract

Pada masa revolusi industri 4.0 banyak harapan masyarakat yang lebih tinggi pada kualitas lulusan perguruan tinggi terutama perguruan tinggi agama Islam. Lulusan yang berdaya saing global dan tidak selalu fokus dalam mencari kerja (job seeker) namun juga memiliki kemampuan menghasilkan lapangan kerja baru (job creator). Timbulnya respon perguruan tinggi akan harapan tersebut merupakan titik awal bagi strategi pengembangan perguruan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membangun model pendidikan berorientasi kewirausahaan pada perguruan tinggi Islam swasta. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah studi kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus yang membahas perubahan pendidikan, metode pengajaran dan fasilitas pendukung pendidikan kewirausahaan. Data yang diperoleh ditabulasi, dianalisis dan disimpulkan. Hasil kajian memberikan arah dan pandangan pada perubahan pendidikan berorientasi kewirausahaan perguruan tinggi mulai dari inputs, proses transformasi, outputs, hingga outcomes yang secara terstruktur dan komprehensif. Implikasi transformasi pendidikan berorientasi kewirausahaan perguruan tinggi adalah sebagai acuan model dalam menghasilkan lulusan berwawasan ilmu, berjiwa kewirausahaan dan berkarakter Islami.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the dynamic relationship of foreign capital flows, the rupiah exchange rate and the movement of the JII 30 index. The type of research used is quantitative research with the Autoregressive vector analysis (VAR) method using daily time series data for the period March-December 2019 to March-December. 2020 with the help of the eviews 9. Data collection was carried out using secondary data in the form of published reports from websites related to research. The population of this study are companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The sampling technique used in this research is the saturated sample technique. The number of companies that were sampled in this study were 30 companies. Granger causality test results show that the variable of foreign capital flows has a one-way relationship with the rupiah exchange rate, where foreign capital flows affect the rupiah exchange rate in Indonesia. Then the variable of foreign capital flows also has a one-way relationship with the JII 30 movement index. Where foreign capital flows affect the JII 30 movement index, as well as the rupiah exchange rate variable has a one-way relationship with the JII 30 movement index. Where the JII 30 index affects the exchange rate. rupiah. The results of another study using the cointegration test show that the variables of foreign capital flows, the rupiah exchange rate and the JII 30 movement index have a long-term equilibrium relationship. Foreign capital flows and the rupiah exchange rate before and before covid 19 did not affect each other, while the rupiah exchange rate before and before covid 19 affected the JII 30 index.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan bagian dari usia perkembangan seorang anak yang rentan terpengaruhi oleh lingkungan, salah satunya lingkungan yang dapat menjerumuskan mereka pada kenakalan remaja. Sehingga orang tua memiliki peranan penting untuk membina keagamaan anak remajanya. Salah satu cara orang tua adalah dengan menerapkan komunikasi persuasif pada anaknya. Dari latar belakang tersebut, permasalahan yang penulis teliti adalah bagaimana orang tua di kawasan real estate Desa Cicalengka, Kecamatan Pagedangan, Kabupaten Tangerang – Banten menerapkan komunikasi persuasif pada anak remaja dalam melakukan pembinaan keagamaan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui cara orang tua mengajak, mempengaruhi, dan membina anaknya agar melakukan kegiatan keagamaan dengan menerapkan komunikasi persuasif tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan penelitian lapangan (field research). Dalam pengambilan sampel peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yakni dengan mengambil sampel dengan kriteria dan hasil sampel berjumlah 22 orang, 11 orang tua dan 11 remaja berusia 17-20 tahun. Kemudian teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan komunikasi persuasif orang tua dalam pembinaan keagamaan pada anak remaja adalah dengan berbagai cara diantaranya mengajak anak untuk shalat berjamaah, membaca Al-Qur’an bersama, mengikuti kajian dimasjid, membiasakan diri membaca surah yasin pada malam jumat, serta memberikan ketauladanan untuk menciptakan akhlak yan baik bagi diri anak remaja. orang tua juga memiliki berbagai metode dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan keagamaan yaitu keteladanan, pembiasaan, nasihat, taghrib dan tarhib. Penerapan komunikasi persuasif tersebut memberikan efek kepada anak remaja, baik itu efek afektif, kognitif ataupun behavioral. Sehingga menjadikan remaja sebagai pribadi yang paham tentang nilai-nilai ajaran agama Islam dan mampu mengamalkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

The communication revolution is growing in the assumption that communication is a vital element in human life. The problem that emerges in the use of communication technology is the perception of the Indonesian people that the social, educational, and economic spheres of technology are regarded as tools that can solve the problems of this world of life easily without paying attention to the effects of these three areas. Industry implications in the field of communications technology are significant for social life, economic growth, and educational dynamics in Indonesia, but also have a threat of negative impacts that are difficult to avoid. The industrialization of the media is increasingly demonstrating how much society and all aspects connected with it, including social, economic, and educational aspects, are in need of information through mass media technology that is growing so rapidly in the age of globalization.

Abstract

This study investigated how the caretaker of the Al-Mukhlisin mosque, Korpri Raya, Sukarame, Lampung Province, conducts da'wah activities to equip teenagers with good morality. The research method employed was a descriptive-qualitative method to describe the teenagers' perceptions of the da’wah activities. The data were obtained through two sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The primary data sources were the mosque management and the teenagers who participated in the AlMukhlisin mosque da’wah program. The samples were determined through purposive and snowball sampling techniques. The secondary data sources were obtained by collecting documents, records, regulations, supporting books, and literature. This study revealed that teenagers believed that da’wah activities are an obligation for every ummah and serve as places of education. There is a big contribution that the da’wah activities are the agent of change that is trying to change the atmosphere from bad conditions to better conditions. Islamic da’wah seeks to develop the teenagers' ability to live in plurality, to respect other religious communities, and to strengthen the silaturahmi (brotherly bonds).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy for improving entrepreneurial competency in developing students entrepreneurial spirit (a case study of the FORMA KIP-K organization at UIN Raden Intan Lampung), and to identify the obstacles encountered during the process. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The focus of this study covers five aspects, namely the strategies used in workshops, training and development, collaboration (networking), mentoring and approaches to job training. The results show that FORMA KIP-K students have high potential but have not been optimally facilitated with strategies. Therefore competency improvement strategies are crucial in developing students entrepreneurial spirit in the organization.
