Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with the aim of knowing the effect of classroom management and teacher work ethic on the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process in Vocational High Schools in Samarinda City. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between classroom management and the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This is indicated by a correlation of 0.616 and interpretation if there is no Class Management then the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process is 95.120. Every one point increase in class management will increase the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process by 0.232 (significantly). Then, there is a significant and positive influence between the teacher's work ethic and the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This is indicated by a correlation of 0.107 and interpretation if there is no teacher's work ethic then the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process is 25,834. Every one point increase in the teacher's work ethic will increase the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process by 0.232 (Significant). Furthermore, there is a significant and positive effect between classroom management and teacher work ethic together with the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process in schools with a correlation of 0.713 with an interpretation of 71% that the teaching and learning process in SMK (Y) is influenced by class management (X1) and teacher's work ethic (X2), while the remaining 29% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to provide education quality assurance assistance following an enhanced digital-based quality assurance cycle to ensure its implementation and supported by the dissemination of relevant research results so that it can run continuously and sustainably to build a school supervision system. Abstract

The village master plan is a document that can be a guide in determining the direction and development of a village, with all the potential that exists, Jembayan Tengah Village does not yet have a master plan that can be a guide and development scheme in managing village potential and minimizing existing obstacles. This preparation activity aims to assist residents in understanding the potential values ​​of the village and directing its development in realizing the aspirations and expectations of the residents. The method of preparing this village master plan uses a comprehensive approach, flexibility, spot strategy (direct observation), and a literature approach. Based on a series of analyses and concepts on the potential and constraints that exist in the village, it can be concluded that the opportunity has the potential to become a tourist village. There are peculiarities or characteristics that can be developed towards economic independence and potential characteristics that can be developed are agro-tourism villages. The potentials are strategic riverbanks, river docks, fishery centers, agricultural land, klulut honey educational tours, forest conservation, and the natural roaming environment, outbound game arenas, campgrounds, village markets as shopping centers, village study centers, and socio-cultural potential. Jembayan Tengah Village will grow and develop according to the existing potential with a strong commitment to making it happen with the residents. This village master plan document can be a guide and direction for the gradual implementation of development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the formulation, implementation, constraints, and solutions of the vice chancellor's leadership policies in improving the performance of lecturers at private universities in East Kalimantan. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The data collection involved three informants, namely the Vice-Chancellor I for academics and planning, the Dean of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, and lecturers. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the vice chancellor's leadership policies in improving lecturer performance were defining problems, analyzing problems, receiving suggestions and input from lecturers, deciding the best solution, and implementing policies, and (2) the obstacles faced by the vice chancellor when determining policies were discipline. lecturers, the competence of lecturers in the fields of research, scientific publications, and community service as well as the lack of Personnel for Research and Community Service Institutions, (3) the vice chancellor's efforts to resolve policy problems are to give advice to lecturers who are not disciplined, to give rewards to lecturers who obedience, increase the number of personnel for Research and Community Service Institutions and establish Partnership and Entrepreneurship Studies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemasaran konten, kualitas pelayanan, dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan di pasar digital. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan library research, penelitian ini menyintesis temuan dari berbagai sumber akademik terkait. Pemasaran konten dipandang sebagai strategi penting untuk menarik perhatian dan membangun hubungan dengan konsumen melalui konten yang relevan dan bernilai. Sementara itu, kualitas pelayanan yang tinggi memainkan peran krusial dalam menciptakan pengalaman pelanggan yang positif, yang berujung pada peningkatan loyalitas. Loyalitas pelanggan, sebagai hasil dari interaksi yang konsisten dan memuaskan antara perusahaan dan pelanggan, menjadi faktor kunci dalam mempertahankan dan memperluas pangsa pasar di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat di era digital. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa integrasi strategi pemasaran konten dengan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dapat secara signifikan memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan di pasar digital. Namun, tantangan dalam implementasi strategi tersebut, seperti perubahan preferensi konsumen dan kemajuan teknologi, memerlukan adaptasi yang berkelanjutan dari pihak perusahaan. Studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi para praktisi pemasaran digital dan manajemen layanan dalam merancang strategi yang efektif untuk mempertahankan daya saing di era digital yang terus berkembang

Abstract

Kepatuhan wajib pajak merupakan faktor krusial dalam optimalisasi penerimaan negara dari sektor perpajakan. Namun, tingkat kepatuhan yang masih rendah menjadi tantangan bagi otoritas pajak, termasuk di wilayah kerja KPP Pratama Samarinda Ulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna menguji dampak dari sanksi pajak serta pemahaman peraturan pajak kepada kepatuhan wajib pajak, melalui preferensi risiko dijadikan variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini dilaskanakan di KPP (Kantor Pelayanan Pajak) Pratama Samarinda Ulu, dengan melibatkan wajib pajak orang pribadi yang tercarat di wilayah tersebut. Sebanyak 93 responden menjadi sampel yang dipilih berdasarkan probability sampling melalui teknik simple random sampling. Data didapatkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur berdasarkan skala Likert 5 poin, dan diolah mempergunakan PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling) melalui SmartPLS 3.2.9. temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya pemahaman peraturan pajak serta sanksi pajak berdampak positif serta signifikan kepada kepatuhan wajib pajak. Selain itu, preferensi risiko juga memiliki dampak positif serta signifikan kepada kepatuhan wajib pajak. Namun, efek moderasi preferensi risiko pada hubungan antara sanksi pajak dan kepatuhan wajib pajak tidak signifikan. Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwasanya peningkatan kepatuhan wajib pajak bisa dicapai dengan penegakan sanksi pajak yang lebih ketat serta peningkatan pemahaman peraturan pajak.

Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between Sharia financial literacy, access to Islamic financing, and the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in East Kalimantan, Indonesia—a strategically important region experiencing accelerated development as the site of the country’s new capital. Adopting a mixed-methods design, the study integrates quantitative data from a survey of 300 MSMEs analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with qualitative evidence obtained through in-depth interviews with MSME actors, Islamic bankers, and regulators. The quantitative results indicate that the constructs of Access to Capital and MSME Resilience exhibit strong reliability and validity, while the Financial Literacy construct requires further refinement, highlighting that general financial knowledge does not necessarily translate into competence in Sharia-compliant financial products. Qualitative findings further identify a communication gap between MSME owners’ demand for accessible and practical financial guidance and the complexity of offerings provided by financial institutions. The study concludes that strengthening MSME sustainability necessitates policy interventions that address these gaps through targeted Sharia financial education and inclusive Islamic financing schemes. This research contributes a validated holistic framework and provides practical policy recommendations for the development of contextualized Islamic financial literacy programs and digital inclusion strategies to reinforce Indonesia’s Sharia-based MSME ecosystem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara filosofis paradigma baru dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (HRM) pada era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0. Pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan analisis konseptual-filosofis digunakan untuk menelaah integrasi antara nilai kemanusiaan, etika digital, dan kewirausahaan SDM dalam membentuk model Human-Centered HRM. Data dikumpulkan melalui kajian literatur sistematis berbasis PRISMA serta wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan delapan pakar HR dan akademisi filsafat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa HRM 5.0 menuntut keseimbangan antara kecerdasan buatan dan empati manusia melalui penguatan nilai ontologis, epistemologis, dan aksiologis dalam kebijakan organisasi. Nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, refleksi moral, dan tanggung jawab sosial menjadi landasan utama dalam menciptakan sistem pengelolaan SDM yang etis, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model konseptual Human-Centered HRM Framework yang menempatkan manusia sebagai pusat inovasi dan pengambilan keputusan strategis di era digital. Model ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan teoretis dan praktis dalam pengembangan manajemen SDM yang humanistik dan reflektif.
