Abstract

Indriver application and Maxim application are international companies engaged in Information Technology where the company provides a platform that brings drivers and customers together quickly. Both applications come from Russia. These two applications are growing rapidly so they have been downloaded more than 5 million times through the Google Play store. Although it has been downloaded more than 5 million times, some users complain about the two applications. From some of the user feedback, the InDriver application and Maxim application still have problems that occur in their users. This problem is part of the usability problems that exist in both applications. So it is necessary to dig into a more comprehensive problem to explore the problems that occur in both applications. You also need to know the level of usability of these two applications. The level of usability needs to be known to explain the usability of these two applications is already at which level from the user side. This study provides an evaluation to determine the usability problems and the level of usability that exist in both applications using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and Usability Testing methods. The results of this study indicate that the features of the Maxim application are still not accepted by users seen from the sus questionnaire score of 48.3 and on the rating scale including the F rating with a smaller score of 51 so that it can be concluded that the Maxim application is not included in the acceptable category but not acceptable and the InDriver application has a SUS score of 51.25. On the rating scale, the InDriver application is included in the F rating so it can be concluded that the InDriver application is not included in the acceptable category but the low category.

Abstract

In the contemporary era, the role of information technology in the performance of organizations, institutions, and companies is of utmost importance. The implementation of information technology can effectively enhance decision-making efficiency and effectiveness. Educational institutions have been utilizing information technology to support their academic activities and business processes; however, the governance of this technology has never been audited before. This study aims to conduct an audit and analysis of information technology governance that employs the COBIT 2019 framework. The study's results suggest that educational institutions must improve risk and security management in the use of information technology and evaluate their business processes' implementation in accordance with the established regulations and requirements.

Abstract

Global competition requires companies to move dynamically to the flow of change, one of the things that can be done is to use information systems. CV XYZ already has an information system but there are still some parts that have not implemented the information system. Retrieval of data in this study using interview and observation methods to determine the business environment and corporate information system environment. The method used in this study is Ward and Peppard with SWOT analysis, Value Chain analysis, Five Forces Porter, and Mc Farlan’s Strategic Grid. This research generates strategic recommendations, provides internal environmental analysis, external company information systems and proposed information systems namely HRD information systems, After Service information systems, Supplier information systems, Customer service information systems, Administrative information systems, and Promotional information systems, which are priorities in accordance with Mc Farlan's Strategic Grid mapping, and can be applied by the company within the next 3 (three) years.

Abstract

Toko Sutejo merupakan UMKM yang berada di Kab. Batang, lebih tepatnya di Kec. Limpung Jalan Cokronegoro. Sistem penyimpanan stok barang yang datang dari supplier pada Toko Sutejo akan disimpan ke dalam gudang. Karena terkendala dalam hal pendataan barang, pemilik toko ingin memantau serta mendapatkan data barang yang ada di gudang secara valid namun bingung untuk mengambil langkah apa yang tepat. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi serta media agar dapat mengatasi permasalahan dari pemilik toko. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi pendataan barang dengan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis desktop untuk menjadi media pendataan. Perancangan prototype menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dengan model pengelolaan phpmyadmin yang berbasis DBMS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SDLC, selain itu terdapat juga metode wawancara dan observasi. Melalui perancangan dan implementasi sistem informasi, maka pemilik dapat menggunakan strategi pendataan baru dalam bisnisnya.

Abstract

The application of the correct information system can help in decision making and improve the quality of service for consumers in achieving organizational goals. SMAN 11 Luwu has implemented an information system but it is still limited and only limited to the use of school operational support. The purpose of this research is to produce a strategic plan for information systems to improve competitiveness at SMAN 11 Luwu to become a high school that can utilize the use of information systems thoroughly, adequately and follow current technological trends. This research uses Ward and Peppard strategic planning method with the tools of PEST analysis method, Five Forces Model, SWOT, Value Chain analysis method and McFarlan Strategic Grid analysis method. This research produces SI portfolio recommendations that will be carried out in stages over the next three years. Based on the results of the Information Systems business strategy, information technology management strategy and Information Technology strategy. SMAN 11 Luwu telah menerapkan sistem informasi namun masih terbatas dan hanya sebatas pemanfaatan pendukung operasional sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menghasilkan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi dalam meningkatkan kompetitif pada SMAN 11 Luwu menjadi sekolah menengah atas yang dapat memanfaatkan penggunaan sistem informasi secara menyeluruh, memadai serta mengikuti trend teknologi yang berkembang pada saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perencanaan strategis Ward and Peppard dengan tools metode analisis PEST, Five Forces Model, SWOT, metode analisis Value Chain dan metode analisis McFarlan Strategic Grid. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi portofolio SI yang dilakukan secara bertahap selama tiga tahun kedepan. Berdasarkan hasil strategi bisnis Sistem Informasi, strategi manajemen teknologi informasi dan strategi Teknologi Informasi.

Abstract

CV. Cinta Mulia is a company that has experience supported by quality resources producing tinner. There are several business operations that are still handled manually at CV. Cinta Mulia Cirebon, because information systems and information technology have not been fully implemented, as well as a lack of preparation in making previous information systems. Therefore, this study aims to form an information system strategic plan using the Ward and Peppard method to analyze conditions and determine the SI / IT strategy using SWOT analysis, value chain, Porter's Five Force and Mc Farlan's Strategic Grid to provide a proposed SI / IT strategic plan at CV. Cinta Mulia Cirebon that can be implemented in the next three years.Keywords: Information Systems; Information Technology; Strategic Planning; Ward and Peppard AbstrakCV. Cinta Mulia merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki pengalaman yang didukung oleh sumber daya yang berkualitas berproduksi penghasil tinner. Terdapat beberapa operasi bisnis yang masih ditangani secara manual di CV. Cinta Mulia Cirebon, karena sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi belum sepenuhnya diterapkan, serta kurangnya persiapan dalam pembuatan sistem informasi sebelumnya. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan membentuk perencanaan strategis sistem informasi menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard untuk menganalisis kondisi serta menentukan strategi SI/TI yang menggunakan analisis SWOT, rantai nilai (Value Chain), Five Force’s Porter dan Mc Farlan’s Strategic Grid untuk memberikan usulan rencana strategis SI/TI pada CV. Cinta Mulia Cirebon yang dapat diterapkan dalam tiga tahun mendatang.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, with the development of information technology which is growing rapidly, it becomes a necessity for a government. Information Technology is an electronic device that functions to process data, store information, and send and process data. Sophisticated technology can have data that is relevant, accurate, and timely so that it can be used in various fields of the world of digitalization. The application of information technology in government has an important role, where for each use it requires the existence of a supporting technology to facilitate digital-based work. One of the government agencies is using the Healthy City Information Window Information System (JELITA), namely the Salatiga City Health Office, a government agency engaged in the Health sector that adopts an Information System to create a healthy district or city. The research was conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) analysis with a qualitative approach method, directly conducting interviews with Salatiga City Health Service Employees in the Public Health Sector. The results of this research are that the JELITA Information System plays an important role in assisting work activities in ranking healthy cities, namely adding important documents that are done online or digitally without having to do it manually.

Abstract

Gereja GMIM Anugerah Paslaten merupakan gereja Kristen protestan  yang  terletak di Kota Tomohon provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Gereja GMIM Anugerah Paslaten masih dibawah naungan sinode GMIM. GMIM Anugerah Paslaten sudah memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada yaitu dengan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Terpadu SIT GMIM yang diberikan oleh sinode GMIM dalam mengakses data anggota jemaat. Namun proses bisnis  dalam informasi pelayanan ibadah masih dalam bentuk pengumuman, Pengelolaan data anggota jemaat dalam bentuk manual,pendaftaran baptisan,sidi jemaat, dan pernikahan masih dalam bentuk manual,pembuatan laporan keuangan masih dikerjakan oleh bendahara jemaat melalui pembukuan,inventaris aset gereja masih menggunakan pembukuan. Requirement engineering pada sistem informasi gereja dengan menggunakan metode Loucopoulus and Kanakostas Iterative dapat menghasilkan analisis kebutuhan dan prototype sistem yang dapat menjadi dasar rancang bangun sistem dalam mengakomodir proses bisnis pada gereja GMIM Anugerah Paslaten.

Abstract

The manual attendance system running at SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa currently uses written attendance by recording students' attendance every hour in a class journal. This system requires quite a long time to collect attendance data; the possibility of errors in data recording by officers is also quite large because the recording is done manually. The research method used is Design Science Research (DSR). The DSR method is a methodology used for research in the field of information technology. This method is oriented towards system information design. The results of this research produce an information system application that can optimize the management of student attendance data. Storing attendance data digitally can be an alternative for teachers managing student attendance data, making it easier for students to access the files when needed. Apart from that, this system can make it easier for teachers to input and recapitulate student attendance to control student attendance discipline as a form of accountability to parents.

Abstract

Arkem Coffee Cirebon is an MSME coffee shop located on Jalan Arya Kemuning, Kesambi District, Cirebon City. The sales process for Arkem Coffee Cirebon is carried out conventionally/offline. The problem of the unavailability of the online sales process requires an information system to overcome this problem, namely by using ERP implementation through social commerce. The ERP implementation method uses a social commerce approach, which is a system created using data and procedures to provide products and services through social media applications. This method was chosen because the owner experienced obstacles in developing products and services. This method was deemed able to overcome these obstacles because he saw that the development of sales through online media was accelerating rapidly and could be easily operated by the coffee shop. This research method uses descriptive research methods, interviews and observations. Designing an overview of online business processes is carried out using the business process re-engineering method. Through the implementation of this information system and design, Arkem Coffee Cirebon can implement online business processes in its business.
