Abstract

This study explores the intricate interplay between competitive advantage, customer focus strategies, and customer satisfaction within the service industry, emphasizing a human-centered approach to organizational development. Through a comprehensive literature review, the research highlights the transformative potential of aligning strategic initiatives with human values and emotional resonance. It underscores the importance of cultivating meaningful relationships with customers to create sustainable competitive advantages that extend beyond traditional economic metrics. The findings reveal that customer satisfaction is deeply rooted in both functional service excellence and emotional connections. By leveraging insights from customer experiences, organizations can design tailored strategies that resonate with individual needs and aspirations. Furthermore, the research demonstrates how customer-centric approaches influence broader organizational culture, fostering environments that prioritize empathy, innovation, and authentic human engagement. This study contributes to the theoretical discourse by framing competitive advantage as a human endeavor and offers practical implications for service organizations aiming to achieve operational excellence while honoring the human dimensions of service delivery. The integration of strategic, operational, and tactical levels forms a cohesive framework for achieving enduring success through genuine customer relationships and continuous adaptation to evolving market dynamics.

Abstract

This research observes the transformation process of tourism development governance that leads to strengthening the role of state capitalism. This research describes the regulatory trajectory of state capitalism in the tourism sector in three eras of government and identifies the style of state capitalism and its implications for the development of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and secondary data review. This research is analyzed from the perspective of technocratic state capitalism. The results of this study show that the regulatory trajectory in the three eras of government contributed to regulatory instrumentation in supporting state capitalism in the Mandalika tourism sector. The active role of the state in building the power of state capitalism in the development of the mandalika area is seen from several aspects including the creation of a policy framework, the provision of regulatory instruments, the provision of infrastructure as well as the main driver of economic activity in the region. The practice of state capitalism in the operationalization of the Mandalika SEZ is characterized by developmental state capitalism. This practice has succeeded in encouraging regional infrastructure development by absorbing investment while mobilizing State-Owned Enterprises in various strategic sectors such as construction, financing and financing guarantees, and Tourism SOEs. In conclusion, the development of state capitalism in the tourism sector goes hand in hand with the development of the tourism economy as one of the sectors that support Indonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

The waste discarded by the community every day comes from agricultural activities, markets, households, entertainment, and industry. One form of waste is domestic waste, which originates from household waste. The increase in domestic waste goes hand in hand with the development of physical infrastructure and the expansion of adequate facilities and infrastructure. As a result of this pollution, environmental balance is disrupted. In this experiment, one method will be used to reduce or minimize environmental pollution, especially air pollution, by using an electrostatic precipitator as a tool to capture solid particles from exhaust gas in waste combustion smoke. It is expected to efficiently reduce the solid particle content in the exhaust gas from waste combustion. The electrostatic precipitator is an alternative for reducing environmental pollution, as it has high efficiency, reaching 98.4%, and can capture particles as small as 100 micrometers. The electrostatic precipitator works by capturing solid particles that pass through the particle charging area, which is at a high potential. The charging area provides high-speed electrons by ionizing molecules and particles in the exhaust gas from the smoke. The exhaust gas particles receive positive ions and become highly charged, allowing them to be attracted and captured by negatively charged electrodes (collecting plate). Through this process, the solid particle content in the exhaust gas from waste combustion can be eliminated. Therefore, this final project involves the development of an electrostatic precipitator prototype aimed at reducing environmental pollution, particularly air pollution.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is inextricably linked to Islamic Cultural History (SKI). Students have grown bored with Islamic Cultural History because it is only taught through the traditional lecture method. However, it is different from MTs. Darur Roja, which is in Cinere, Depok, and West Java. Learning the history of Islamic culture has become one of the students' favorite subjects. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Islamic Cultural History subject was taught at MTs Daarur Roja in Depok, West Java. The research method used is field research with a quantitative approach. The results of this study are: 1) Islamic Cultural History at MTs. Darur Roja Depok is a fun lesson; 2) The Islamic Cultural History Subject at MTs. Darur Roja Depok uses varied methods in accordance with the material presented, although it tends to often use expository methods and role play. 3) The supporting factors in the learning process of Islamic Cultural History at MTs Darur Roja Depok are that most of the students are very happy with stories from the past. 4) The inhibiting factors in the learning process of Islamic Cultural History at MTs Darur Roja Depok are that students who are used to online learning must adapt back to offline learning.
