Abstract

Pemanfaatan kegiatan praktek pembuatan Upiya Karanji sebagai sumber belajar PPKn dan hal yang dapat dilakukan dan dapat dikembangkan dalam pembuatan Upiya Karanji sebagai sumber belajar PPKn. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus (case study) Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila pada pembelajaran PPKn dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode dan pendekatan pembelajaran PPKn dalam penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila dan peran serta guru dalam pembelajaran khususnya melalui praktek kegiatan pembelajaran. Dampak dari penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila adalah adanya peningkatan kesadaran akan nilai-nilai Pancasila (kebersamaan, kemandirian, empaty Meningkatnya rasa toleransi dan keharmonisan dilingkungan sekolah; tumbuhnya perilaku kepemimpinan dan kepedulian social pada diri peserta didik. Kecintaan terhadap nilai budaya yang membentuk nilai menghargai keberagaman budaya, kerjasama dan ketelitian serta memiliki karakter yang positif. Manfaat kegiatan praktek pembuatan Upiya Karanji sebagai sumber belajar PPKn di SMPN. Praktek pembuatan Upiya Karanji, peserta didik tidak hanya belajar tentang nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam konteks teori,  mereka juga dapat merasakan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam tindakan nyata. Ini membuka peluang bagi untuk memahami makna persatuan, keadilan, demokrasi, dan nilai-nilai lainnya dalam Pancasila dapat diwujudkan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari mereka. Pemanfaatan kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran ini juga mempromosikan penghargaan terhadap budaya dan warisan lokal. Ini menciptakan ikatan antara nilai-nilai universal Pancasila dengan nilai-nilai budaya dan tradisi yang ada di daerah, memperkaya pemahaman peserta didik tentang pluralitas budaya Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the implementation process of gray water and black water wastewater management policies in Gorontalo City in the context of improving environmental quality. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with the Miles and Huberman model technique in the form of data collection through field observation, analysis of documents from related agencies and interviews with resource persons by providing a structured questionnaire so as to obtain research results by reconstructing policies that show that the implementation of centralized wastewater management policies in northern cities using Charles O. Jones' theory by looking at factors The following are the following: (1) The organization still faces several significant obstacles, such as the lack of adequate wastewater management infrastructure, (2) The interpretation of the government's weak commitment in monitoring and maintaining IPALT facilities made by the Directorate of Cipta Karya, In addition, the enforcement of regulations such as Mayor Regulation Number 9 of 2016 has not been effective due to the lack of supervision of the community who dump domestic wastewater into the river so that the sanctions given by violators neglected policies. (3) Application In the implementation process, it turned out that there was a lack of budget given to DLH (Environmental Service) so that it did not run properly and optimally, so that development (IPALT) did not function optimally. This study recommends more equitable infrastructure improvements, increased budget allocation, and strengthening sanctions against communities that pollute water with wastewater, Novelty for the success of gray water and black water wastewater management to improve the quality of the environment in Gorontalo City is the existence of a more appropriate wastewater management method that is clearly explained in the policy so that waste management is more effective and sustainable. to create a cleaner and healthier environment in Gorontalo City. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali bagaimana penguatan nilai kearifan lokal Huyula dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) di SMP Negeri 4 Satap Dungaliyo. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data primer berasal dari kepala sekolah, guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, dan peserta didik, sedangkan sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal, buku, serta laporan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan nilai kearifan lokal Huyula dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan sangat mendukung pembentukan karakter siswa. Penguatan ini dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Huyula seperti kebersamaan, gotong royong, dan persatuan ke dalam materi pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Hal ini memperkuat pemahaman siswa tentang kewarganegaraan serta penerapan budaya lokal dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, penerapan pembelajaran yang mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis membantu siswa untuk menganalisis masalah sosial dan membuat keputusan moral berdasarkan nilai-nilai Huyula. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung penguatan ini meliputi kompetensi guru, kurikulum yang relevan, kebijakan sekolah, serta partisipasi aktif siswa dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disarankan agar sekolah lebih memperkuat integrasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam setiap aspek pembelajaran, terutama dalam pendidikan kewarganegaraan, guna membentuk karakter siswa yang lebih kuat dan adaptif terhadap perubahan sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 25 of 2005 concerning the Control of Livestock in Moutong District, Parigi Moutong Regency. The research employs a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, with both primary and secondary data sources. The findings reveal that the policy implementation has not been optimal due to a lack of seriousness from the government and enforcement team, as well as limited socialization efforts toward the community. Other inhibiting factors include low public awareness, budget constraints, and limited understanding of the policy among implementers. The conclusion of this study is that greater commitment is needed from the government and enforcement team in enforcing the regulation, along with more effective community outreach. Additionally, adjustments must be made to address obstructing factors such as funding and implementers’ comprehension, in order for the policy to be successfully executed in accordance with its original goals.

Abstract

General Background: Basic literacy is a fundamental component of education, especially in the digital era where students must master reading, writing, and critical thinking. Specific Background: In East Sumalata Regency, many elementary students face challenges in understanding texts and applying Pancasila values due to conventional learning approaches and lack of contextual media. Knowledge Gap: Despite the availability of digital infrastructure, effective media that integrate daily experiences with Pancasila Education to improve literacy remain limited. Aim: This study aims to develop digital-based Daily Text Activity media using the ASSURE model to enhance students' basic literacy in Pancasila Education. Results: Expert validation resulted in a feasibility score of 90%, and classroom implementation showed improvements in reading comprehension, writing responses, and student engagement. Novelty: The media presents contextual daily texts integrated with Pancasila values, supported by interactive elements such as visuals, audio, and collaborative tasks, designed based on students' real-life environments. Implications: The media not only strengthens basic literacy but also fosters character education rooted in local culture. Its effectiveness indicates potential for broader application in schools with similar characteristics, supported by teacher training to optimize the use of digital learning innovations.Highlight : Digital media daily texts enhance students’ basic literacy in Pancasila Education. ASSURE model ensures structured development and effective classroom implementation. Media content is contextual, interactive, and gains strong validation from experts and practitioners.
