Abstract

Cooperative is one of actors in Indonesian economywhich is expected to be a cornerstone of Indonesian economy. Based on statistical data on the site of Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium, many cooperative at provincial level have failed. One attempt to be able to reduce failure rate of cooperatives at provincial level is that there needs an effective and efficient guidance to know reasons of failure cooperative, so the coaching focused on the reasons of failure. The purpose of this research is building cooperative failure detection system based on rule of classification results from cooperative dataset using C4.5 algorithm. The stage of system development implemented Waterfall software development, while Black Box Testing Method was used as system testing for measuring whether system was able to run well or not. The result shows that information system of failure detection cooperative at provincial level can detect cooperative failure and provide information of most influential factor in that failure.

Abstract

ABSTRACT - Submission of product information and promotion system of a company that is done conventionally encountered several obstacles include the high cost of printing for promotion and difficult to control the production and sale of goods. The aim of this study is to develop a web-based information system on the Family Furniture Magelang. The website is built in the form of information about the company and products dijual.Selain the website can be used for promotional media perusahaan.Teknik data collection in this study with interview and observation method. While the software development method used is waterfall consisting of five stages. Websites built using HTML and PHP programming language. The conceptual design of a database using ER diagrams and physical development of the MySQL database using the software. Website creation results in the form of web-based information system on FamilyMebel which can be used for the delivery company and product information as well as the promotion of the company that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. It resulted in the promotion of a wider range with unlimited time.Keywords: website, waterfall, PHP, HTML, MySQLABSTRAK - Penyampaian informasi produk dan sistem promosi sebuah perusahaan yang dilakukan secara konvensional menemui beberapa kendala antara lain mahalnya biaya cetak untuk promosi dan sulitnya kontrol produksi dan penjualan barang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem informasi berbasis web pada Family Mebel Magelang.  Website yang dibangun berupa informasi tentang perusahaan dan produk yang dijual.Selain itu website dapat digunakan untuk media promosi perusahaan.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan metode interview dan observasi.  Sedangkan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah waterfall yang terdiri darilimatahapan.  Website dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan PHP.  Desain konseptual database menggunakan diagram ER dan pembangunan fisik database menggunakan software MySQL.  Hasil pembuatan website berupa sistem informasi berbasis web pada FamilyMebel yang dapat digunakan untuk penyampaian informasi perusahaan dan produk serta promosi perusahaan yang dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun.  Hal tersebut berakibat pada jangkauan promosi yang lebih luas dengan waktu yang tidak terbatas.Kata kunci: website,  waterfall, PHP, HTML, MySQL

Abstract

ABSTRACT - Innovation in sales business is needed to fulfill consumer need for ease, speed, and comfort in transaction. Sales businesses that do not innovate in the marketing system, promotion, or in sales will gradually lose in business competition. This is because conventional marketing, promotional and sales systems are limited by time and place. The purpose of this research is to build a sales information system on online stores. In the development of information systems are needed supporting data collected by data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and literature study. While the stages in the development of this information system applying the stages on the RAD software development method. This method is very appropriate to use for short information system development project. Sales information system is built with HTML and PHP programming language and is supported by the MySQL database application. At the stage of planning requirements obtained analysis of functional and nonfunctional needs of the system to be built. While at the workshop stage RAD design obtained database design and design of information systems sales interface. In the final stages of testing by the method of Black Box Testing which shows the results that the information system built already has a good system functionality in accordance with the described in the analysis needs.Keywords: Information system, online store, RAD, Black Box Testing ABSTRAK - Inovasi dalam bisnis penjualan sangat diperlukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen akan kemudahan, kecepatan, dan kenyamanan dalam bertransaksi. Bisnis penjualan yang tidak melakukan inovasi dalam sistem pemasaran, promosi, maupun dalam penjualannya lambat laun akan kalah dalam persaingan bisnis. Hal ini dikarenakan sistem pemasaran, promosi, dan penjualan konvensional masih terbatas oleh tempat dan waktu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem informasi penjualan pada toko online. Pada pembangunan sistem informasi tersebut dibutuhkan data-data pendukung yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik pengumpulan data antara lain observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan tahapan-tahapan dalam pembangunan sistem informasi ini menerapkan tahapan-tahapan pada metode pengembangan software RAD. Metode ini sangat tepat digunakan untuk proyek pembangunan sistem informasi yang singkat. Sistem informasi penjualan ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan PHP serta didukung oleh aplikasi basis data MySQL. Pada tahap perencanaan syarat diperoleh analisa kebutuhan fungsional dan nonfungsional dari sistem yang akan dibangun. Sedangkan pada tahap workshop desain RAD diperoleh rancangan basis data dan rancangan antarmuka sistem informasi penjualan. Pada tahap akhir dilakukan pengujian dengan metode Black Box Testing yang menunjukkan hasil bahwa sistem informasi yang dibangun sudah memiliki fungsionalitas sistem yang baik sesuai dengan yang diuraikan pada analisa kebutuhan.Kata kunci: Sistem informasi, toko online, RAD, Black Box Testing

Abstract

ABSTRACT - The main problem of data collection is the finding of irregular and unstructured data. That is why we often find much data missing value while collecting them. The result of classification is affected by the data quality. Linear Regression is one of methods in Machine Learning that we can use it to estimate the value of data based on the correlation between variables in the dataset. We can also use the method to estimate the missing values in a dataset, so it will optimize te dataset to be used for classification. To examine the performance of the linear regression method in estimating missing values that carried out in the Case Fatality Rate dataset Dengue Fever in Indonesia, is to classify whether there is a potential increase in the percentage of Dengue fever Fatality Rate Cases in a province. The classification is done two times; first it using a dataset without missing value, and the second using a dataset with optimal data after the estimated missing value. The classification is carried out on the training data, while to determine its performance, it uses the results of the classification test on the testing data. The results show the classification of data both in training data and testing data using an optimized dataset has a higher percentage of accuracy than the dataset that removes missing value data.Keywords: Missing Value, Linear Regression, Classification, Case Fatality Rate, Dengue FeverABSTRAK - Permasalahan utama pada pengumpulan data adalah data tidak teratur dan tidak terstruktur.  Seringkali kita mengumpulkan data dengan banyaknya data missing value di dalamnya.  Hasil klasifikasi sendiri sangat terpengaruh pada kualitas dari data.  Regresi Linier merupakan salah satu metode dalam Machine Learning  yang dapat digunakan untuk memperkirakan nilai dari suatu data berdasarkan korelasi antar variabel dalam dataset.  Teknik ini dapat digunakan untuk memperkirakan nilai yang hilang dalam dataset sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan dataset yang akan digunakan untuk klasifikasi.  Untuk menguji performa metode regresi linier dalam memperkirakan missing value dilakukan  pada dataset Case Fatality Rate penyakit Demam Berdarah di Indonesia untuk mengklasifikasi apakah ada potensi kenaikan presentase Case Fatality Rate Demam Berdarah di suatu provinsi atau tidak.  Klasifikasi dilakukan dua kali yaitu pertama menggunakan dataset tanpa missing value dan kedua menggunakan dataset dengan data optimal setelah diperkirakan nilai missing value.  Klasifikasi tersebut dilakukan pada data training, sedangkan untuk mengetahui performanya dilakukan pengujian hasil klasifikasi pada data testing.  Hasilnya menunjukkan klasifikasi data baik pada data training maupun data testing menggunakan dataset yang sudah dioptimasi memiliki presentase akurasi yang lebih tinggi dibanding dataset yang membuang data missing value.Keywords: Missing Value, Linear Regression, Classification, Case Fatality Rate, Demam Berdarah

Abstract

ABSTRACT - The Technical Education Training Center (BLPT) is a Regional Work Unit (UKSKPD) of the Yogyakarta Special Region of Education, Youth and Sports which has the main task of providing education, training, and technical development. PKL or Internship registration activities are still carried out conventionally, starting from the PKL submission process to managing and storing data related to the registration process, so errors often occur during the process. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based field work practice registration information system. The software development method used is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model and data collection techniques to build the information system using interview and observation data collection techniques. The results of this study are to build an online PKL registration information system and make it easier for officers to manage registrant data.Keywords: BLPT, Internship registration, RAD model ABSTRAK - Balai Latihan Pendidikan Teknik (BLPT) merupakan Unit Kerja Satuan Daerah (UKSKPD) Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda, dan Olahraga Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang mempunyai tugas pokok menyelenggarakan pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengembangan keteknikan. Dalam aktivitas pendaftaran PKL/Magang masih dilakukan secara konvensional, dimulai dari proses pengajuan PKL sampai pengelolaan dan penyimpanan data-data yang berhubungan dengan proses pendaftaran, sehingga memungkinkan sering terjadi kesalahan pada saat proses tersebut berlangsung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem informasi pendaftaran praktik kerja lapangan berbasis web. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan model Rapid Application Development (RAD) dan teknik pengumpulan data untuk membangun sistem informasi nya menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan pada saat melaksanakan penelitian. Abstract

Abstraksi – Informasi bisa didapatkan melalui berbagai media salah satunya dengan website. Melalui website, kita bisa mendapatkan informasi mengenai sebuah produk baru secara rinci dan realtime. PT Sovva Kreasi Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang perawatan wajah dan tubuh dengan nama Sovva Beauty. Brand Sovva Beauty merupakan produk lokal yang masih tergolong baru sehingga masih mengalami kesulitan dalam proses promosi. Produk yang dimiliki oleh Sovva Beauty berupa produk perawatan wajah dan tubuh namun perusahaan ini belum memiliki website sebagai media promosi produknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah website di perusahaan Sovva Kreasi untuk membantu mengoptimalkan penjualan produk perawatan wajah dan tubuh. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), metode analisis permasalahan menggunakan metode analisis PIECES sedangkan metode pengujian menggunakan metode black box. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara observasi, studi pustaka, dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian ini dengan adanya website yang dibangun dapat membantu memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, mempromosikan produk dan meningkatkan penjualan produk, membantu divisi marketing dalam pengelolaan data produk serta memudahkan divisi marketing dalam menyajikan laporan. Through the website, we can get detailed and real-time information about a new product. PT. Sovva Kreasi Indonesia is a company engaged in the field of facial and body care under the name Sovva Beauty. The Sovva Beauty brand is a local product that is still relatively new, so it is still experiencing difficulties in the promotion process. The products owned by Sovva Beauty are in the form of facial and body care products, but this company does not yet have a website as a medium for promoting its products. This study aims to design a website at the Sovva Kreasi Indonesia to help optimize sales of facial and body care products. The software development method used in this research is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, the problem analysis method uses the PIECES analysis method while the testing method uses the black box method. Data collection in this study was obtained by means of observation, literature study and interviews. From the result of this study, the existence of a website that was built can help expand marketing reach, promote products and increase product sales, assist the marketing division in managing product data and make it easier for the marketing division to present reports. Abstract

Financial management system and wood inventory at UD. Anugrah Limbah often faces problems that can affect operational efficiency and accuracy. Problems that arise include the fact that financial recording and wood inventory is still done manually, making it vulnerable to double recording, miscalculations or loss of data as well as other problems. This research discusses the application of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in developing financial and wood inventory management applications. The aim of this research is to design and implement an application that can increase efficiency and accuracy in managing finances and wood supplies at UD. Anugrah Limbah. The Rapid Application Development method was chosen because of its advantages in accelerating the application development process through an iterative and collaborative approach, which allows end users to actively participate in every stage of development. The research results show that by using the Rapid Application Development method, applications can be developed in a shorter time with quality maintained. The resulting application has features such as recording financial transactions, monitoring wood supplies, and reporting that is integrated and easy to access.

Abstract

Batik has become a cultural identity for Indonesian people. Madura Island also has cultural richness in the form of Madurese batik which is still preserved to this day, inseparable from the batik civilization of Tanjungbumi Village, Bangkalan Regency. This research is aim to identify the process of civilizing process of women's batik as the cultural capital of Madurese batik craftsmen in Tanjungbumi Village. This research conducted in Tanjungbumi Village in August 2023. The research method used qualitative research. Techniques through observation and interviews with purposive sampling. This research is very important and useful for stakeholders in formulating policies for developing the Madurese batik business in Tanjungbumi Village, Bangkalan Regency. The results of the study shows that the process of civilizing process of batik according to Norbert Elias can take place through two processes, namely psychogenesis and sociogenesis. First, psychogenesis can be understood through batik techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation by families. The philosophical meaning of batik as basic knowledge through the family is then internalized by batik makers in producing batik. The value of tenacity and patience inherent in women as part of the sociogenesis of batik making needs to be owned and produced repeatedly. Second, sociogenesis takes place as a reinforcement of the social construction that women are still synonymous with batik. Third, this civilization process will become cultural capital that can be maintained, including through the social institutions of the family, batik community and government through batik development training in Tanjungbumi Village, Bangkalan

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the ability of business actors to utilize digital technology for marketing and managing websites. This training and mentoring was carried out in response to the challenges of the growing digital era, where more than conventional marketing is needed to reach a broader and more diverse market. The training focuses on two main aspects: first, digital marketing strategies, which include the use of social media, email marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and paid advertising on digital platforms. Second is website management, which includes website creation and maintenance, exciting content, and analytics to monitor website performance. The methodology used in this activity is a participatory approach, where participants are given theoretical and practical training material. Intensive mentoring sessions were also held to help participants apply the knowledge they have gained into actual practice in their business. This activity significantly increased participants' understanding and skills in digital marketing and website management. Participants can manage their websites and design and execute effective digital marketing campaigns. This activity is expected to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of small and medium businesses in the digital era.

Abstract

Banaran Village, which is located in Kulon Progo Regency, has several Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises including Batik, handicraft accessories, and culinary delights consisting of smoked catfish, crispy eel, krasikan, wajik klethik, geplak, gethuk, traditional herbal medicine, cassava croquettes, and so on. Technology integration is emphasized in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise activities which aim to increase efficiency, competitiveness and have a positive impact on society and the environment. The problem currently is that there are quite a lot of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Banaran Village, but most of the products of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are still unknown to the wider community. Judging from product marketing activities, most Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are still not optimal in utilizing digital marketing. Apart from the marketing method, the marketing content also still does not attract buyers' interest. The solution offered to Community Service partners is in the form of increasing the ability of Banaran Village Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to utilize technology, especially AI tools. The activities carried out began with a survey of partner needs, continued with a workshop introducing Freepik and Digital Marketing and the next stage was the implementation of Freepik to create digital marketing content. As a result of this service, it is hoped that participants will be able to utilize Freepik and other AI tools to improve the quality of digital marketing content. The resulting digital marketing content becomes more interesting and high quality.
