Semarang City is one of the most densely populated cities in Central Java Province, which has experienced land conversion due to increased development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship and influence of urban development on temperature in the urban area of Semarang from 1980 to 2020. Population data, land use changes, temperature change data from 1980 to 2020, and remote sensing images were used.The influence of city development and temperature used inferential statistics, which is a method related to data analysis for forecasting or drawing conclusions about the overall data. Regression analysis is one part of inferential statistics that is widely used in the decision-making process. Semarang is experiencing development, both in terms of physical appearance and population growth. The population continues to increase until it almost doubles over a period of 40 years, which is directly proportional to the increase in temperature in the city of Semarang. The results of the analysis show that the development of the city seen from changes in population and changes in built-up land has an effect on temperature changes in the city of Semarang by up to 69.9%. The spatial distribution of temperature changes shows the direction of the center of Semarang City activities in the Districts of Central Semarang, North Semarang, East Semarang, South Semarang, and Gajah Mungkur, which is also in accordance with the condition of the area, which is also a residential area and the city center.

The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study use efficiency efficiency ratio formula. Capital Expenditures are regional government expenditures whose benefits exceed one fiscal year and will increase regional assets or wealth and subsequently will add routine expenditure such as maintenance costs to general administration expenditure groups according to PP No. 71 of 2010. The results of the study that Capital Expenditures from 2013-2017 have been in efficient criteria. Where in 2013 it was categorized as efficient, in 2014, 2016, 2017 was categorized as quite efficient, and in 2015 it was categorized as very efficient.

This study examines the controversy of school accreditation standards in shaping public perceptions of the quality of national education at SMA Al-Hikmah Muncar Banyuwangi. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used three model analysis techniques. The results show that there is a diversity of community perceptions of accreditation, which is influenced by various factors such as personal experience, socio-economic background and information obtained. In addition, three points emerged relating to the accreditation process at Al-Hikmah Muncar Banyuwangi High School, namely a too narrow focus on administrative aspects, lack of transparency, and limited stakeholder involvement. To improve the quality of education, this study suggests the need for a more comprehensive evaluation of the accreditation system.

Improving the quality of education in Indonesia continues to be pursued and developed along with the times. Basic education is the first stage explored by students and is the initial key for students in the stage of developing knowledge skills. Research methods Qualitative research is an approach to conducting research that is oriented towards natural phenomena or symptoms. Qualitative research is fundamental and naturalistic or natural in nature, and cannot be done in the laboratory, but in the field. Research Results In compiling teaching modules, teachers determine what aspects can support students in learning. The existence of planning like this makes it easy for teachers to implement according to the pattern that has been made and teachers also have guidelines in the learning process that will be carried out. So that it can direct students to think critically through teaching modules based on the problem basic learning model according to the planning that has been prepared. Conclusions in the study Realizing meaningful learning by making students think critically requires good planning. Good planning is the first step to success in learning before entering the learning implementation stage.

This study aims to describe and analyze several aspects of the implementation of financing management, namely: (a) transparency, (b) accountability, (c) effectiveness, and (d) efficiency in improving academic quality at Babussalam Blimbingsari Junior High School. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, using interview, observation, and documentation methods as data collection techniques. The validity of the data was tested through source triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of financing management at Babussalam Blimbingsari Junior High School to support the improvement of education quality is carried out based on the principles of transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency. These principles are realized through providing access to information related to school financial management, involvement of related parties in decision-making, open budget reporting, forming a financial management team, and implementing education quality improvement programs. This success is supported by competent human resources, good coordination skills, budgeting according to needs, and proper program planning. The management of education financing management at Babussalam Blimbingsari Junior High School is carried out in a structured and professional manner. The use of the right budget is a key factor in the success of the educational process in schools. In addition, the analysis of education quality showed that there was a positive relationship between financing management and improving the quality of education. Financing management has proven to be able to answer the needs of programs and policies that support quality improvement at Babussalam Blimbingsari Junior High School. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen waktu dalam organisasi siswa intra sekolah (OSIS) di SMP Negeri 7 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah satu pembina OSIS, ketua OSIS , bendahara OSIS, sekretaris OSIS dan lima anggota OSIS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian manajemen (1) kemampuan membagi waktu tercermin dari kemampuan pengurus OSIS melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan OSIS tanpa mengganggu proses belajar di sekolah; (2) membuat jadwal atau rencana kegiatan tercermin dari jadwal rencana kegiatan yang dibuat oleh OSIS selama masa jabatannya yang belum bisa dibuktikan karena belum ada data yang diperoleh dan dipaparkan; (3) pendelegasian tugas tercermin dari adanya penyerahan tanggungjawab yang tidak terlalu sering terjadi dan; (4) menggunakan waktu secara efektif tercermin dari kemampuan pengurus OSIS menggunakan waktu secara tepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kegiatan sehingga tidak ada waktu yang terbuang sia-sia.

In this case the development of clothing from year to year changes in motifs from certain areas. Traditional batik has many types and motifs where each variation contains a meaning that reflects the art of its manufacture, thus leading to a special meaning that is good to see with the many other motifs and variations. This research method uses several sources from the library, references and materials related to this research. The formula is how to design an application that can be used as an interactive batik introduction and the implementation process of this introduction media application can be more interesting. Testing this application using the black box and white box testing methods, the test results are stated that the test has been successful. The results of this study are Image Processing Applications as a Media for Introduction to Batik Nusantara, which helps users in selecting or matching batik cloth models that have been provided by markers easily and attractively.

This study aims to analyze the employee performance improvement strategies implemented by PT. Citra Sawit Mandiri, specifically from a work environment perspective. A conducive work environment is believed to play a significant role in increasing employee morale, motivation, and productivity. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with several employees and field foremen as well as documentation at the research location. The results show that employee performance improvement strategies in this company include routine work briefings, incentives, technical training, and periodic performance evaluations. However, the physical work environment conditions such as lighting, temperature, and work facilities in the field are still inadequate and are a complaint for some employees. In addition, the relationship between superiors and subordinates is also an important factor that influences work comfort. From this analysis, it can be concluded that performance improvement strategies will run optimally if balanced with improvements in the work environment, both physical and non-physical. This research is expected to provide input for companies in formulating more effective and sustainable human resource management policies.

This study investigated effective methods to teach the meaning of Ramadhan to children at Miftahul Jannah Orphanage to enhance their empathy towards others. Traditional approaches to Ramadhan education often focus on rituals, potentially neglecting the social and humanitarian aspects. This study explored the use of experiential learning, social activities, and engaging media to foster empathy and a deeper understanding of the spiritual and social values of Ramadhan. The results showed that these methods significantly improved understanding of the meaning of Ramadhan and encouraged positive behavioral changes, increasing social sensitivity and empathy among children. This study highlights the importance of innovative and contextual approaches in religious education to foster caring and socially responsible individuals.

Sharing takjil, breaking the fast together, and providing donations to children from orphanages are social initiatives that aim to strengthen relationships between individuals and provide assistance to those in need, especially children from orphanages, realizing the concern of lecturers and administrators of Radja Publica Grub andIKMA SERGAI in increasing the sense of social concern for others, instilling human values so that the next generation has a strong sense of empathy. This is basedLaw Number 4 of 1979, LN.19979-32 concerning child welfare, article 4 (1) states that "children who do not have parents have the right to receive care from the state or person or body".These activities include distributing takjil to people who are fasting, breaking the fast together to increase the sense of togetherness, and providing compensation to children in orphanages as a form of social care.
